First time user of TickPick and some of the reviews had me a little nervous. You don't get tickets instantly like other sites, but I had these within an hour of placing my order. Everything went smooth and the seats were a great value without additional service charges. Got in football game perfectly.
I beg you, please Do Not Purchase Tickets in this site unless you want to lose your money. My tickets were never sent I tried to contact them several times through text,email and calling. I paid extra for Fed Ex which was a scam. They refuse any and all refunds. I don't know why they haven't been shut down. I plan to advise friends and go on line to tell people about what goes on at this so called company. Please go to another site, even if it ends up costing more. Just for Peace of Mind knowing you will receive your tickets. They are complete SCAMMERS!

I've used this company several times and had pretty good experiences. Last night I bought tickets to a concert and they turned out to be parking passes at $33 a piece. This was not under the parking pass section and but the actual concert section. This is GA grass seating that I was looking at. On the ticket section it did say park but I've never been to the venue and didn't know if maybe that is what that section was called. I contacted customer service and he told me my only option was to resale. I don't know how I can sell $33 parking passes when parking passes are going for $10. What a scam.
I bought tickets to the Minnesota Vikings@ Atlanta Falcons game, and it was a great experience. I got confirmation that the tickets were confirmed really quickly, and then received the tickets from the seller within a few days of the event. The fact that there are no service fees makes this one of the best ways to get tickets.

Horrible. I trustingly went to this site to buy tickets because of what they say about the zero fees. Come to find out when I go to ticket master the tickets I bought for would have been $130 cheaper for better seats.

I am a Los Angeles Dodgers fan… But even more an Atlanta Braves fan. I had a great afternoon at the stadium and a wonderful seat behind home plate. My team did not win but all things considered. It was a great day. My only complaint was about one annoying Dodger fan who cursed throughout the entire game, and was quite drunk. Otherwise, it was a great day. Glad I made the effort.

I got really lucky one day and signed on to look for tickets the day this show opened their ticket reservation link. I was able to snag four tickets! It was such an amazing experience that I highly recommend everyone to try. The check-in is very simple.

Bought tickets to the peach bowl an hour and half before the game. They said they would send me the tickets. It was taking a while so i called the customer service # and spoke to lady. She tried several different ways to get the tickets to me, but was never able to get them to come to my email or the ticketmaster site. We missed the game. When i called afterward to tell them what happened, they said it was my problem because of the internet connection- this is complete bull because i was getting all the other emails tickpick were sending me to try and reset passwords, etc to resolve it. Also was on ticketmaster website the whole time also with no issues. I can show all the emails i received during this time. The tickets a week later are still not anywhere to be found in my emails or ticketmaster to again prove this was not a connection issue. Will never use them again unless they make this right and also will post this story on every site i can find so no one else gets ripped off!
Put two pairs of seats up for sale. Deleted the second pair once the first pair sold, but just received an email that they are ready to charge me 200% of my total listing because I can not longer provide the seats. Devasted.

Tick Pick is terrible. I only used them once and will never use them again. Stay away from them.
They incorrectly listed 4 tickets as 'All-In' for $1,967. When selected the price skyrocketed to $7,868! It was $1,967 per ticket! (Deceptive! And Fraud) And, their website did not give a chance to review the final price, it just charged the $7,868.
We called them several minutes after this and they refuse to refund our money. They said they would call us back, they never did.

I had purchased two concert tickets from them and never got them.Their transfer ticket links didn't work. I contacted them several times, they lied and never fixed it so it left only one option.Contacting my credit card company to try to fix this. They never responded when I pushed them to fix it. They removed my tickets off their page with no notification. I still wanted the tickets but they failed to even try to make things right in the end. I ended up buy tickets from another site.

I love attending concerts but lately the cost can be prohibitive. The last few events I have gone to I used tick pick to get great seats at a reasonable price. I enjoy the rating system based on the value and seat quality to know if I am getting a good deal.
I was looking for tickets for the rangers game and kept going back and forth between StubHub and TickPick. In the end TickPick had better seats and 20% cheaper than StubHub with a fraction of the fees. Also, I don't understand why StubHub doesn't do the all in pricing…. It's so confusing cause u think you found good tickets then you go to check out they just add $70 fee compared to TickPick who does all in pricing and the TickPick app user experience is smoother and easier. The actual image of the seats that tickpick shows is pretty incredible.… StubHub has been taking advantage of ticket buyers for far too long. I see a changing of the guard … TickPick for the win.
Have been wanting to see Jerry Seinfeld for some time. When I saw his concert listed on TickPick I got excited. The last time I tried to buy tickets to see him they were unaffordable. But this time via the TickPick the price was right. It was an easy way to navigate through the website to order them and had no issue when presenting my e-ticket at the venue. All in all, a great experience.
Went with my sons from Indiana to see Chicago Bears at Denver Broncos. Looking for something to do Saturday night and decided on a Rockies game. Just an hour or two before game time, used TickPick to get great seats at a very affordable price. Best thing about TickPick is no exorbitant handling fees like another popular second hand ticket site.

I paid this no fee shylock company $140 for $49.95 face value tickets, i had the worst concert experience of my life thanks to tickpick, i bought 8 tickets as a gift to my siblings and spouses, we couldn't even see big screen or the artist clearly. I honestly want this company to go bankrupt and not commit the same crime to someone else as they did to me and i hope they burn in hell. 8 x 90 = $720 that was their NO FEE charge
I am sorry for any confusion here. TickPick is a secondary marketplace like StubHub. What separates us from them is that we do not charge buyer fees. StubHub charges the buyer and the seller a fee while we only charge the seller. When purchasing tickets on the secondary market you are purchasing tickets above or below the value of the tickets. I have purchased concert tickets through TickPick 2 times. I have purchased many times online with other providers. TickPick was by far the most seamless experience I have had. As an added bonus, there were no service fees! This will definitely become my go-to ticket source from now on.
My tickets were not delivered, and I thought that it was because of them so I gave them a call. The man who answered the phone did his best to calm my frustration and after I calmed down he politely explained about the delivery delay. He was very nice and I can't wait to go to my first Bruno Mars concert!
Bought five expensive tickets to tedeschi trucks band and order was confirmed and money taken off my credit card and then find out late the next morning that they sold the tickets to someone else and that I'm just screwed out of my concert that I've already told everyone and planned. I wouldn't trust this company with anything anymore. Totally unsatisfactory results
My group decided 2 days before the Queen Concert in Los Angeles at BMO stadium that we just didn't want to miss it. TickPick was perfect for choosing decent seats for a reasonable cost without all the fees.
Exactly what we wanted and we were very happy. Physical seats at BMO aren't that comfortable, will bring cushions next event.

If you buy from TickPick, do it at your own risk. They will not refund you at all for a postponed show and hold your money until a new event is announced. I will never ever use TickPick again and its a scam for them to hold your money.
TickPick came in clutch for getting these tickets the night before the game. I got 2 for me and a coworker and we got to sit 3 rows in front of my cousin in the same section. I was pleased with the seats and pricing. The best part was that the app is very easy to navigate as far as choosing what section your looking for or multiple sections for more options and then organized your options via price or value. It is by far the easiest ticketing site to manipulate to your liking for tickets. I will say, this was a great experience at the game itself because it was my coworker's first ever baseball game and I know he had a great time.

Searched on line for a sold out NASCAR race. After reading reviews and checking with the BBB, I found TickPick. I was able to purchase just one ticket, instead fo the 2 or 4 most of the rest of the places wanted. I paid extra for overnight shipping so I knew I would have the ticket on time. First and foremost, the communication was outstanding. The same tickets were available on Ticketmaster for 40% more including fees and markup. Accessed tickets, entered stadium without a hitch, and had great seats!
