Excellent experience using TickPick...As well as venue itself was excellent...Food and beer prices could be alittle more reasonably-priced...and could use a couple more vendors for food and drinks cause lines are unbelievable...

I have been wanting to see Matchbox 20 for years, but forgot the date of the show. When I checked, it was in mere hours. TickPick not only hooked me up with great seats at a fair price, the access to the tickets was easy, no service charges and I got to see an EPIC CONCERT! I wish I could be a groupie and follow them around the country. Sigh. Super great memory.

My husband and I decided to attend a local concert pretty last minute. I'd heard of TickPick before and really like that you know the price you see is the price you pay. We're so tired of looking at tickets and then having anywhere from $10 to $50 added to the price for fees for 1 or 2 tickets. That's insanity. We saw tickets that worked for us. Paid for them and got confirmation from the seller within a short time. The tickets worked perfectly and we had a blast at the show. We will definitely be using TickPick again!

This was my last chance at getting tickets to the Hozier concert. Finding one here for way under the asking price of every other site, in the first three rows, was an incredible steal. It was the closest to face value and I loved my seat. My ticket was also transferred within the hour. This will be my new go-to ticket site!

When I got to the event my tickets from my phone didn't work. I had to have the ticket office print them. Then when I arrived at my seats another group was sitting in them and had e tickets as proof. My family had to sit in far worse seats. I tried to contact you several times and got no one live to speak to. I will contact better biz bureau if you don't make things right. Was a big trip with my children that was ruined!

This was the first time I used Tickpick and it couldn't have been a better experience. The total price of the ticket was up front and the fees were the lowest of all the other platforms.
No waiting till the last screen to find out that the price is really much higher and the "convenience fees" are almost 40% of the ticket cost.
A great platform that's easy to navigate and has the lowest fees out there, I'll definitely use TickPick again

We used the site to get 3 tickets to a Mets game while on holiday. The tickets arrive as described.

I took my Son to his first MLB Game at Camden Yards in Baltimore. So much to describe here, just say I got some really good footage, he got a game ball and also the official lineup card from the umpire! Thanks TickPick for the awesome seats in the 5th Row behind home plate. We even got on TV! What a memorable experience!

Was looking for a pair of tickets for the Cure and a friend referred me to try Tick Pick. I wasn't aware of this app as I've always used the more established sites(seat geek, stub hub, etc...) but I was pleasantly surprised to find that this app was cheaper than the others so I gave them a try. Tickets were email to me next day and worked like a charm the day of the event, so 2 thumbs up from me. I will be using this site again on my next entertainment experience!

I was trying to buy concert tickets, I put my debit card information within the website to get the tickets. All of a sudden a pop up ad said "the tickets are unavailable, the money will be in your account in 24-48 hours." It has been over a week of me trying to get my money back, and I never received the ticket. I even called multiple times and emailed them. I did get a response back once saying, "this was not the email you used to purchase them. Just keep waiting for the money to show." I emailed them again after and never got a response. This place has been the worst experience of buying tickets, truthfully. Be careful with this site.

Love all the charts tracking the ticket prices. Also was definitely the best deal price wise.

Can you go wrong with being able to attend the Subway series at Citi Field? It was a wonderful evening. The transaction process was easy. I was able to easily access the tickets through the app and no problem entering the park. Definitely will use the service again.

I purchased 5 tickets through Tick Pick. I had an issue actually getting the tickets transferred to me (probably my fault). Sarah from Tick Pick customer support worked with me to identify what needed to be done. She had the tickets re-transferred to me and kept me informed every step of the way. She was gracious and wonderful!

I bought a front row center seat to John Mayer's Solo Tour in Salt Lake City and it was worth every single penny! He read my sign, played my game, and played my song request! His energy was immaculate and the set list was so great! Thank you, John, and thank you, Tick Pick!

What is there to explain? I got an amazing value on great tickets to the World Series, and got to take a friend, my cousin, and my dad to watch their teams play for it all. In a crazy year, that was one of the highlights for sure.

Before Omnicorn I bought tickets for Wicked for Jan 8th. L. Sales are final. Great, but who would have thought the virus would be rampant again. I called and asked about a refund or exchange and was denied. They told me to sell them. Who is going to buy tickets for January 8th with this going on. I have underlying health issues and the lack of compassion they have shown is just mind boggling.
Do no buy tickets from them …..

Made last minute decision to go to the game and found an aisle seat for $7 down the first base line 7 rows off the field that sells for $32 before the evil overlord of tickets adds their fees. Got to see Trout homer, steal a homer and Ohtani steal two bases giving me a wonderful bargain!

I was searching for extra Savannah Bananas tickets. Everyone on Facebook was a scammer and all the other ticketing sites fees made the ticket price unaffordable. This site was a saving grace! Upfront prices, no extra charges, and fast!

Concert was good, I enjoyed it. Drinks over price kind of expensive. Yes I recommended to buy tickets using this website, they don't charge for a fee transfers and service. Its kind of ridiculous to pay for extra service,

Love the fact there are no service fees and surcharges. Got my tickets cheaper than retail value and also very easy to see the seating chart. Also love the fact you get both options either print out the tickets or have them on your phone
