I love this app. They have no fees and so easy to purchase and find seats. So convenient and fee free it's amazing. I buy all my tickets for shows and games from them and never had a problem.

Just got a great deal for concert tickets. Everything was straight forward and the concert itself was off the hook. I had a wonderful time and I will be using TickPick again!

I paid for tickets in a reserved lawn section of a venue for a concert, but upon arrival I learned I did not in fact have tickets to that section, but general lawn tickets instead. (Tickets said "Lawn2" which I thought must be code for Reserved... alas, it was not). The concert was about to start, and being pretty easy going people, my boyfriend and I enjoyed the show on the general admission lawn rather than spend time trying to contact customer service. Knowing they advertised a "Buyer Guarantee", I wasn't worried about it. When I submitted the issue to TickPick the next morning requesting to be reimbursed for the difference in cost (about $120) I was informed since we already attended the event there was nothing they could do. I explained the issue was not access to the venue, only access to the seats I had believed to have purchased, and I was not asking for a full refund, just for a refund of the difference in ticket prices. Despite that, they refused to do anything. For TickPick to expect us to not attend the concert at all in that situation in order to get a refund is absurd. I paid for something they did not deliver, and they refused to take responsibility.

Great seats and the foul net wasn't as bad as I thought. Would definitely let tickets in this section again. I also got my tickets quicker than what I thought!

Buying the tickets for the game was very easy. The prices were great. We had really great seats. Having the tickets on my phone made entry into the stadium easy.

Decided at the last minute that I did not want to be on the hill for my concert and happened to look at TickPick and found an amazing deal with no service fees and AWESOME SEAT! A friend had told me about this website before. I decided to give it a try! The transaction was very smooth and I had received my ticket right away! I had no issues whatsoever at the venue and YES I have already purchased through TICKPICK again! I have told people about TickPick and told them they should check it out!

Purchasing tickets with NO FEES! When a ticket is $22 and you buy 2 tickets and the TOTAL is $44 (just like it should be) ==> that's GREAT!

I was unsure of the process. All of my questions were answered promptly. I got my ticket's when I asked my question. This was several days before the show.

Experience was amazing using the site, I not only bought last minute tickets to the event, but also sold a set last minute for the second night as well all went smooth!

The process was pretty smooth but had a minor glitch when signing up through tickemaster to receive tickets. It took a minute to get tickets but everything was fine & the concert was awesome!

We purchased four tickets to see Pink at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas through TikPick for what a single ticket through the "official" site would've cost. We had zero problems and a great time!
