First time user of TickPick and some of the reviews had me a little nervous. You don't get tickets instantly like other sites, but I had these within an hour of placing my order. Everything went smooth and the seats were a great value without additional service charges. Got in football game perfectly.
I beg you, please Do Not Purchase Tickets in this site unless you want to lose your money. My tickets were never sent I tried to contact them several times through text,email and calling. I paid extra for Fed Ex which was a scam. They refuse any and all refunds. I don't know why they haven't been shut down. I plan to advise friends and go on line to tell people about what goes on at this so called company. Please go to another site, even if it ends up costing more. Just for Peace of Mind knowing you will receive your tickets. They are complete SCAMMERS!
They say they will make things right but that's a lie. They sold me "Sun Deck" tickets to a Thomas Rhett concert. When I got there I was told I needed a wristband and only the original purchaser could use. After "investigating" they said I did not need a wristband. Really? Because they wouldn't let me into the Sun Deck and had to give me different tickets. Advice to Tick Pick, don't cause your customers stress then accuse them of lying. I will NEVER do business with this Stub Hub wanna be company again. I am a teacher of 21 years and have a husband that's a retired vet. Shame on you for letting your customers down. I paid $166 each for tickets that I was unable to use!
A few months back I had a bad experience with purchasing tickets for Adele through TickPick and was refunded which I was very upset about. This time I tried again and purchased Taylor Swift tickets. The seller ended up not having the tickets I purchased and tried to replace with worse tickets. I called TickPick and in only a few minutes not only did they get me comparable tickets, they got me better tickets! That's customer service. That's how it should be. No headaches, no back and forth. It was greatly appreciated and I'm once again 100% TickPick for events.

I ordered and paid for tickets for a concert and a couple days later got an email saying the tickets I ordered are no longer available and that they were substituting those tickets for other tickets in a worse section and I was going to be charged the exact same price. A complete scam. Stay away from this site!
Purchased seats for the Atlanta Braves game for Father's Day for my husband. Seats were great and reasonable. Easy transfer of tickets. No fees is the best! I know what I'm paying when I see the ticket price with no buried fees.

Not the first time using Tickpick which is the first place I go to shop for tickets for events. Red Sox tickets were transferred to my account pretty quickly. What is nice is you pay the advertised price and no hidden fees.
Although their website states: "Your tickets are 100% covered by TickPick's BuyerTrust Guarantee", they do NOT guarantee undelivered tickets. I received an email 4 days before the event that I would be receiving a "corresponding email" for the transfer of the tickets, however, I never received that email. When I called to ask where my tickets were, they do not know where they were sent. They kept telling me to look on the "Teams account manager Page". However, they could not explain how to get to that page or find the page. They kept telling me they have "proof" the seller transferred the tickets, but could not provide where they sent the them... Very, very frustrating experience!

Ok look, I thought TickPick was a whole scam. Lol. I was like well maybe I'll be out $300+ but I can warn others. I was HAPPILY wrong! Paid $300 and some change for two tickets 40 feet from the stage! 40 FEET! I was so close! This concert was for Melanie Martinez and it was a gift to my teenage daughter! She cried the entire show because she loves her so much, and this was her first concert. TickPick made it so easy and affordable to give my daughter this amazing experience. I didn't pay any extra fees I didn't pay ridiculous charges, this couldn't have been a better first experience with TickPick. THANK YOU!
Showed a buddy the app and he, like everyone, was waiting for the other shoe to drop and see additional fees. Once he saw that the price was the price, he downloaded the app and bought concert tickets for he and his wife. And at lower than they were expecting!
MY ELDERLY FATHER THOUGHT HE PURCHASED 2 TICKETS TO THE TEXANS GAME AND CHARGED $480.00 FOR PARKING TICKETS AND WAS LATER TOLD NO GAME TICKETS WERE SOLD AND COULD NOT GET A REFUND. WHY CAN'T YOU MAKE IT MORE ELDERLY-FRIENDLY? I CALLED 5 MINUTES AFTER THE SALE AND WAS TOLD NO REFUNDS. I FEEL MY FATHER WAS CHEATED AND WILL HAVE TO EAT THE COST. Called day of event and TickPick wasn't able to help-they tried - the event folks wouldn't take the email we purchased the tickets. We went home and watched football game on tv. I followed up following Monday and Tick Pick is investigating and most likely will refund our $162. So for now I'm happy. Will let you know after we get refund
TickPick is my go to site for all types of tickets. I have used for concerts and especially sports. Great prices with all fees up front. Recommended to my friends and family and now they too use this site.

I purchased two tickets for Radiohead July 14 at MSG. I received an email from Tickpick confirming that our tickets would be mobile tickets and sent to my mobile courtesy of my Ticketmaster account.
Yes the tickets were transferred soon after the purchase, but my Ticketmaster account indicated that the tickets would be mailed to me?! What a joke! False advertising to say the very least. In complete contradictiom to the confirmation email from Tickpick indicating mobile phone accessible tickets. We are coming from Australia to NYC to see Radiohead as part of our vacation so imagine our panic and horror at finding out on July 13 when logging onto my Ticketmaster account that we did not actually have mobile tickets! It took a 30 minute international phone call to Ticketmaster in USA at a cost of 44 cents/minute to rectify this.
This is not acceptable. And I am being too kind to say that. Paper tickets being sold as mobile tickets. Appalling.

It took so long to get my ticket I wound up having to buy another ticket from stubhub to go to a Yankees game, so the ticket I paid for at this outfit went to waste. Customer service was responsive, but a joke; telling me to wait until it winds up getting to me online isn't service.
I bought 2 tickets. Row 2 Pit center to a concert. The next day I was told the seller didn't have them available (?). But they would give me comparable tickets for the same price. Comparable tickets for the same price were 4 rows further back and way off to a side (at this particular theatre acoustics to the side are not ideal and site lines are not perfect either). I indicated I did not want that replacement and would like something closer to where I purchased. They cancelled the order without trying to make it right. I get that things happen and apparently a seller backed out but at least make an effort to make it right. Will never use again.

I bought last second tickets for cheap at about 6:20 for a 6:40 start game. I didn't get the tickets until nearly 6:45 and missed the first inning as a result and it was overall just a stressful experience trying to get in contact with someone and not being refunded for the inning I missed.
You can't beat the prices you get with TickPick. The only thing that I would like to see is the available seat numbers. For example I am buying four seats in for 4 section 127. It would be awesome to be able to see which seats they are actually in.
Janet put on a great show and you can see the entire audience was fully enjoying her performance. The venue (Budweiser Stage) needs to invest in some infrastructure and employee improvements to allow flow of fans into the venue. There was no real order to entry (no lines) and was a free for all to get in immediately. Fortunately, it was a mature crowd and there were no real issues.
Bought tickets to an event 2 days prior, so I was a little nervous that I would 't get them in time. But they came in right on time. This was the second time buying the same tickets because Vivid Seats scammed me. So thankful for TickPick
