First time user of TickPick and some of the reviews had me a little nervous. You don't get tickets instantly like other sites, but I had these within an hour of placing my order. Everything went smooth and the seats were a great value without additional service charges. Got in football game perfectly.
I beg you, please Do Not Purchase Tickets in this site unless you want to lose your money. My tickets were never sent I tried to contact them several times through text,email and calling. I paid extra for Fed Ex which was a scam. They refuse any and all refunds. I don't know why they haven't been shut down. I plan to advise friends and go on line to tell people about what goes on at this so called company. Please go to another site, even if it ends up costing more. Just for Peace of Mind knowing you will receive your tickets. They are complete SCAMMERS!

I bought a ticket on TickPick for the 5/20/23 Saturday night show of the Jeff Tweedy charity show after it had sold out. I had to pay slightly over face value, but by avoiding any fees on TickPick (thank you!), I paid comparable to the face + fees I would have paid at the native vendor. After a little time, the ticket appeared in the native app, AXS, where tickets were sold for that event. And I know this because I purchased a ticket natively for the show the night before with the same artist. In the app, the tickets appeared the exact same way. I could not have told you which I purchased natively and which I purchased with the app.
I would purchase using TickPick again without even thinking about it. I recommend it to everyone.
This is the second time I've used TickPick. Someone told me I should try the Gametime app so I did both for this most recent purchase.
Both your prices and Gametime prices were about the same, but their additional fee added over $100 to the final price.

The first time i used TickPick in 2021 I had a terrible experience with tickets that were never delivered. After reviewing the facts the company provided a refund and a small credit. I used the service again the day of show last week and received my tickets within a few minutes of purchase. Couldn't have been smoother. TickPick back on top! Thanks
I purchased tickets that were front and center for a concert, only to find out that the seating chart from Tickpick was incorrect, so my tickets were not in the spot I thought they were. I notified them and they quickly addressed the chart and got me tickets that were even better than the original ones I purchased. I ended up sitting in front of the of the artists family, the seats were so good and the family gave us some tea about him. Very pleased with the outcome of this transaction.
As a first-time user, I was a little worried about when I would receive my tickets because I was traveling across the country to my venue. Customer service was always polite and responsive, and they ensured me the tickets would be delivered 24-48 hours before my event. I indeed received them the day before my event, as promised - and everything went smoothly. No issues and great seats!
Used them for a once-in-a-lifetime event last year. They were the lowest price on the web, and kept us up to date on how to get our tickets. At the pick-up site the day of the event, they had a station to grab our tickets, and ample security to make sure we were safe. It was well organized, convenient, and the staff was friendly. Spectacular, eye-opening, nothing short of wonderful. A day at the ball park with my friend was perfect in every way. From our bleacher seats in section 111, we had a perfect view of the field and we were given both the option of some sun rays to tan and a little shade to cool. Good company, good game, and great seats at a great price! Very happy :)
We will never use TickPick again. Bought tickets to a concert that was postponed over a year ago due to Covid and was unable to attend the rescheduled event due to feeling unsafe with Merriweather's policy. Several people we know are vaccinated and have Covid currently, so we feel that Merriweather's policy isn't fair and that everyone should need to produce a negative Covid test for the safety of everyone attending. We tried to sell the tickets and contact TickPick to obtain a credit or refund but they didn't seem to care. We would have never bought these tickets knowing this policy was in place or tried to sell them a long time ago. Instead we only had a few days to try and sell them with no luck. Ticketmaster was offering refunds with no issue. Pay the extra fees and buy elsewhere. $236 dollars wasted for tickets bought before Covid hit.

Great! The venue was clean, lots of food,fun and no problems with the size of the crowd. One thing is I lost my driver's license and have been trying to get in touch with lost and found it have had no luck.
I needed a last-minute ticket for a Cleveland Guardians game. I was in town with nothing else to do that night and thought it would be fun to check out the scene. It was! I got a great ticket for the right price, and easily processed everything while walking to the stadium. It was a super nice night.
Bought tickets for a NHL Stanley cup game on Saturday for a Monday night game. They were not confirmed Sunday night so I called in. After a 10 minute hold, was told to send an email. I was told there was only 2 people working that weekend and that it was unusual for tickets not to be confirmed yet. Was told to wait until Monday morning. Monday morning, 2 more emails sent and the I received a call back saying wait until noon. At this point, I asked to cancel because I wanted confirmed tickets for that nights game. The rep was extremely rude and said I could not cancel. So I don't have confirmed tickets that I purchased 48 hours ago for a game in less than 12 hours. After a lot of debate, I was able to cancel the tickets after they talked to the broker who had sold the tickets to someone else.
Bought tickets to a concert in Las Vegas and the tickets were supposed to be delivered within 48 hours. They were not. The seller apparently didn't have the tickets yet. TickPick did not inform me until I questioned why I didn't receive tickets. They said I would receive the tickets 2 days before the show. I did not. I inquired again and they told me that the venue does not release tickets until 24 hours before the show. This seems like something they (or the seller) should have known. Low and behold we are now 12 hours to showtime and I still don't have tickets. Honestly the worst experience I have had with buying tickets. I planned an entire trip around this concert (airfare and hotel) and now am in limbo. Very disappointing

We apologize that you had this experience, while we try to ensure tickets are delivered by the expected delivery date there are rare occasions when that date may need to be changed based on circumstance but even with such changes we guarantee delivery before the start time of your event as long as you purchased a reasonable amount of time before it begins. Your seller for this order did not originally have a transfer delay imposed on their tickets which is why the transfer date was different initially. Never purchased off of TickPick but I did sell my tickets here. Sadly, I had to get rid of my Dave Matthews tickets. I have never sold tickets on any site before but I now know I can definitely count on this team to help. I emailed and they were very responsive. They provided a clear step by step walk through. For a second, I thought it was over. I thought I could never make it to the concert. I thought I was going to screw up the surprise package I have for my girlfriend because I have already told her we will be going out and the concert happens to be the one she has been dreaming about for awhile. Tickpick came through when I had little hope left. I got the ticket the exact time it was promised and amazingly at a lesser price than expected. I do not think there is a better site to keep anyone safe from disappointment than tickpick. I will always be a number one customer here.

Funny how you read the reviews and you only respond to the 5 star reviews. You never try to help the 1 or 2 star, even 3 star. Shows the lack of customer service from this company in trying to rectify and actually be on par with other companies. Maybe instead of just answering 5 star you make a point to rectify and show you value all customers.
I purchased tickets for an event 5 months before the actually event occurred. I never received my tickets and when I emailed them to find out where they were it took them 3 days to respond. They told me that my tickets were sent to me 3 months prior to the event. I never received an email and when I explained that they never responded and I ended up missing the event. It has been almost a week and they still haven; t responded to my emails. I would not recommended this site to anyone. It cost me $1100.

I purchased concert tickets months ago. Due to covid-19 the concert was cancelled. I was told it would take up to 30 days to get a refund. What company takes 30 days to give someone their money back. I have yet to receive my refund. I will not use this company again neither will I recommend this company to anyone. Please use other companies. I've used others and gave this one a try and I will never use them again. Like really, 30 days for a refund and I still haven't received mine.

Please, use other sites. First time using and for sure the last. What company takes at least 30 days to refund your money and I've yet to receive it. BS company

Had a problem where I bought tickets at the arena and had to stand outside in the freezing cold waiting about 20 minutes for the "seller to approve the order." If a seller lists tickets the transaction should be instant.

They sent me the wrong tickets - I had clicked on the game I wanted but when it rang up, it rang up for a different game, and then when I went back to the tickets I was supposed to get, they had jacked up the prices for them. They refuse any refund or exchange for the tickets - only said I could resell on their site... how convenient. Use another site. There is a reason why they don't charge a fee.

When you first called in and spoke to my colleague he explained the situation in great detail. He went over how the order was not confirmed, but was ready to lock up replacements for you or cancel and provide you with a credit. We never like to delay orders until the day of the event however, you wanted us to wait until we received full confirmation from the seller that the order was rejected.
