I was upgraded to the floor. The view was phenomenal. We got a lot of close-up videos of all the performers, especially the fantastic dancers. Thank you TickPick for guaranteeing my seat and upgrading to the floor location. It was the experience of a lifetime (and I'm over 70).

It was easy to find tickets in my price range and the delivery was smoothless.

I have used TickPick for many of my online purchases. The prices were fair and the customer service was quick and friendly. There was no hidden or overcharges. All the transactions went good. Definitely a 5 Star service. Recommended to everyone for online ticket purchases.

I came across TickPick after being referred by a friend who had a great experience from the purchase up to the event! I had a few questions on some tickets I was looking at and was able to have all my questions answered by their customer service staff. After shopping around, TickPick by far had the cheapest tickets compared to other sites out there with no buyer fees and received them with no issues. The tickets were great and I used the money I saved for a Christmas gift for a family member. The gift you ask, tickets from TickPick for the upcoming Bruno Mars tour! So we actually came to the park with cheaper tickets.

After seeing that the tickets weren't at a good seat we purchased new tickets.

We get to these new seats and they are double booked! ( the tickets lady at the stadium confirmed it)

So we were stuck without seats- which we paid for.

I contacted tick-pick AT the game and then about 15 times after and they refuse to refund me or do anything else.

They claim unless we have full proof we can't do anything( isn't two set of tickets enough proof?)
And they said the tickets we bought were scanned by the entrance to try game- which isn't true since we didn't even have those tickets then)

So yeah the customer service they claim to have is non existent.
Would not risk buying again from them and wasting money.

When you purchase a ticket, it's not "confirmed" until the seller confirms the purchase. They often list speculative priced tickets and, if you purchase when they have it listed low and prices are likely to or are rising, the seller will cancel your purchase and raise the price. TickPick will side with the seller always, of course, and tell the buyer they have to purchase at the new price.

Placed several purchases for a concert that was originally on Feb then was postponed to March then August 15 for an Arena that was not and still not open to the public due to Covid-19. Called, no answer. Emailed several times no answer back. Lack of costumer service! I haven't got an email regarding the concert since April, yet I still keep getting emails regarding new concerts! Unacceptable! That's just wrong. It's not our fault this crisis happened and we deserve a refund. I don't even want to go to the concert anymore. I'd say I'm unhappy with the way I'm being treated but I'm not even being treated at all. I'm not being acknowledged.

Difficult locating transfer ticket! It took a couple of your associates to email me how to find. The instructions from the original purchase email was not helpful and incorrect.

I sold 4 tickets to a Braves game and the buyer failed to get the tickets even though I sent them. Tickpick decided that since the buyer didnt get them, regardless of whether of not I sent them, it was my fault. Not only am I out on the sale of the tickets but they charged me an additional 200% penalty. Did absolutely nothing wrong and they charged me nearly a $1000. Please, please whatever you do, dont use this company

Bought the tickets for our event the day before the event. Although we didn't choose instant download and chose tickets with Ed livery, we received the tickets within minutes of our order. Price was exactly as stated and there were no hidden fees. Purchasing was easy and we will be using TickPock again in the future for sure/

This was my very first time using this particular app was very satisfied on the quickness of the receiving of my tickets, and received at awesome price without any fees. This will definitely be the new app for me to buy tickets.

Shortly after purchasing my tickets through TickPick, I got an email from a stranger asking about tickets to the game I was homeworking. Once the dots connected and the stars aligned, I figured it out. It was an incredible event and I was happy to get tickets so quickly.

The openers, dennylove and Lou Lou were amazing and I almost wanted them to be on stage longer before Chris Delia. The show was great. Personalities were great and the jokes actually made me laugh. This was my first comedy show.

I wasn't expecting to get this tickets for that price, the resale was crazy earlier, so my daughter asked me if we can go just to buy some Merch, so we went and i ended buying this tickets because i saw them for a really good price

Love the all-in pricing. I received the notifications that the tickets were delivered through AXS. Once I had the app, the tickets were right there. All 4 tickets on one QR code made entering the venue a breeze.
