First time user of TickPick and some of the reviews had me a little nervous. You don't get tickets instantly like other sites, but I had these within an hour of placing my order. Everything went smooth and the seats were a great value without additional service charges. Got in football game perfectly.
I beg you, please Do Not Purchase Tickets in this site unless you want to lose your money. My tickets were never sent I tried to contact them several times through text,email and calling. I paid extra for Fed Ex which was a scam. They refuse any and all refunds. I don't know why they haven't been shut down. I plan to advise friends and go on line to tell people about what goes on at this so called company. Please go to another site, even if it ends up costing more. Just for Peace of Mind knowing you will receive your tickets. They are complete SCAMMERS!

Went on TICK PICK on Sunday to purchase tickets for a play on Broadway. A screen came on with two other options and BROADWAY. (No theatre name nor city.) I clicked onto BROADWAY. SCREEN OF SEAT DIAGRAM appeared along with prices when you scrolled down. I clicked onto the seats I wanted. AFTER I paid, theater name and location appeared... BOSTON. I was in NYC. Called immediately, first put on perpetually hold, then a recording came on that there was NO ONE to help me. Mind you, this was at 10 AM and the play started at one. I've emailed"Donald P", but he's useless. Insists there were "no technical issues". I guess he doesn't consider NOT telling the customers (victims?) the venue important or a "technical issue". BTW the purchase confirmation states your purchase is 100% guaranteed. Guess it's not!
Bryan Adams was absolutely amazing! His energy and love for performing definitely shows! I've waited for many years to see him and will definitely be looking another chance to see him in concert!
I've used TickPick a number of times and feel great about the serivce as one should. All fees are upfront and communication if there's an isse or question are the best. I stopped using another site for the exact opposite results of another site.

This is the 2nd time I have been screwed by these slimy unethical greedy clowns. This time I bought tickets for a concert and obviously the whole tour was cancelled. They refused to give me a refund claiming tha concert had been rescheduled for a year from now when I am unable to attend. They refused to refund my money and have not sent the tickets - requested help several times but they just plain don't give a s&#%. Stay as far away as possible from these greaseballs

We purchased two very expensive tickets to see lady gaga jazz piano on may 16 in las vegas... the concert was cancelled due to covid19. It's been over 40 days now and numerous emails back and forth with tix pick and no one can give us an answer on WHEN we will be getting our refund! I will NEVER go with any outside ticket vendor again after this experience. I will be buying directly from ticketmaster as refunds were processed right away. We keep getting generic responses saying that "it can take up to 30 days after filing a refund request". Now we are being told that they are refunding by "event' now and that the refund process has slowed down and they can't tell us when they will refund the 600 plus dollars we put out! The worst ever. We've been trying to get refund since april 8th.

Purchased 2 front row seats to Jimmy Buffett on 9/25/21. Naturally when prices went up the seller was unable (unwanting) to fulfill my confirmed order. Shortly after I got the notice from Tickpick, the same seats I bought were back up for sale on another secondary market. They could have easily bought them and honored the buyer promise. Instead chose to go the cheap route and just refund. This is called short selling, which is illegal. So they not only allow illegal scalping. They lie. And they don't honor their gauruntee.
Tip for consumers:
Avoid at all costs. I promise you will be sorry

This site is specifically designed to protect the sellers and to make the company as much of a profit as possible. Immediately after my purchase of tickets I went to the venue's website to try to get a "view from my seat" type of thing. Not only did I find out that my exact seats were still available for purchase from the venue, but they were $245 cheaper for 4 tickets! I called TickPick customer service when I saw that and their response was "oh well!"
So basically I just spent $245 extra to have some a-hole now go to the venue's website and buy those tickets that they sold me, that they DON'T EVEN OWN YET! I am beyond infuriated. I could've bought 6 tickets directly from the venue for the price of 4 tickets on this website! Shame on you seller, and i will NEVER use TickPick again.

Got to see Clark drop a career high. It was sick. Juzang and Riley were out but #34 and clark picked up the slack. Saw #34 (not sure how to spell singelton?) hit a couole big threes his freshman year against Washington State and have been follow him ever since. Love that hes a local kid too. Dropped 6 threes against Washington this weekend when i was there. What a dog!
These people won't give us our refunds they steady making it seem like they have to find information about the event being canceled and it's all over world wide news and Ticketmaster know the concert canceled so how df do they not knw the concert canceled I will never order tickets from here please don't never buy tickets from here!
I have 49er season tickets. I inadvertently posted an away game at AZ Cardinals stadium. Despite the fact that these seats didn't even exist in this stadium they somehow sold. One of my 2 sales on TIckPick! I don't think they get much traffic. Consider that a buyer usually goes for A+ rated tix by section & consider that this section doesn't even exist at the Cardinals stadium. Personally I think they-TiclPick themselves-prey on sellers that make a mistake so they can extract the ticket price from the seller. They also told me at one point they would only charge me a minimal fee but then decided to screw me for the full amount of the tickets so they will lie to U as well! Over $400 for nothing that was eventually sold. Use them at your own risk. 1 star is an over-rating!

I had purchased concert tickets through tickpick and will never do this again. My concert tickets were canceled and not until approximately 3 hours before showtime was this resolved. Because we had a 4 hour drive and no tickets we were not able to use the tickets. When trying to resolve this through customer service, I had a very hard time getting any response and had to send several emails before getting someone to help with the issue. I did not get any refund at all because the tickets had been released previous to the time of the event. Do not trust this company. It is a scam!
Tip for consumers:
They allow scams of ticket sales that you may not receive. I have used multiple concert ticket purchase sites and never had an issue until now.
