Last minute we decided to go to the Baltimore Orioles game vs. the Texas Rangers. For $40 per seat without additional fees we were able to great seats in the outfield! The game wasn't the outcome we would have hoped for, but it was still a great time!

I never purchased tickets through a ticket agency, and even though this started poorly (I was able to view my game tickets, but couldn't access the Parking Pass I had purchased.). Pamela from Tick Pick went above and beyond to help me access my pass and I had a great time as a result.

Bought tickets to the first game of the season Browns vs Bengals, only bummer was not knowing exactly which seat we had until the day before the event. Game was on 9-10 and we were not able to physically see our tickets unti 9-9 that just made it hard to coordinate with the others we were going with to be able to get seats together ordering separately.

I never write reviews. Seriously I think this is my first one but that is just now and bad my experience is using this appl/website. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I bought 2 tickets to the Bruins Coyotes game on Saturday night. TickPick took $362 from me and they double sold the tickets. I was denied entry at the gate and then they wouldn't refund me cause "the seller has proof the tickets were transferred." Even though when I got there and went to the box office they told me the seats that I bought were transferred to an entirely different email address. Basically called me a liar. Embarrassed me beyond belief on Saturday night with my date who I told I had tickets to the game. Don't buy tickets from TickPick cause there is a good chance you'll go there and not be able to get in. Customer support is useless as well.

I recently moved to Dallas and wanted to get rangers tickets for when my parents came down to visit. After reviewing Ticketmaster, stubhub, and TickPick, there was a CLEAR winner in prices. Although Ticketmaster has cheaper prices, the fees that were added made them WAY more expensive then the same exact tickets on TickPick. I probably won't buy tickets from another site in the future!

I bought tickets to post Malone in a nearby town and then when I hit purchase the venue changed to three hours away. When I called and complained they said they couldn't refund the money not change the venue. Total bait and switch. Horrible I will not use ever again!

Purchased tickets friday for noon game Saturday. Called them friday evening because tickets weren't there. Saturday morning they opened at 10 am. I sat on phone with them and they told me tickets were in my account so go talk to box office. At 11 am i did they could not find my tickets by full name or email address. I will NEVER buy from them again. NO REFUNDS and no tailgating due to their systems. They are set up to benefit them and seller. Had to buy more tickets from scalpers to get in.

I had a great time at the season opener vs Elon. I got a real good ticket for the money and everything went great with the electronic transfer and mobile ticketing process. TickPick, your grade for this event is A+. GO DEACS!

Bought 4 tickets for Hamilton in Chicago for our 25th anniversary. Drove 5 hours. Checked into hotel. Went to theatre. Tickets they sold us didn't work. The ticket office confirmed someone else already had tickets WE bought! Customer service offered us 2 tickets in balcony (inferior to what we bought) and I guess the two people who came with weren't supposed to see the play. Had to buy 4 tickets (not together) for matinee the next day. I asked how could they sell tickets they didn't really have and they said they wouldn't know about it until we showed up at theatre. I told them that makes no sense to me that they wouldn't know. Bad business model if that's true! Horrible experience!

I bought tickets to the Beyonce concert 8/30 for section 106. I was advised order was confirmed and sent to Ticketmaster. Still no tickets. After I reached out to TickPick, they advised that my original tickets werw not available and will offer me comparable tickets and I have to make a decision to get right away. Since advised ot was comparable I said yes. After Days of research I found out it was not comparable and it's an onbstructed view. TickPick put me in a bad situation. All I want is comparable to tickets with a view I expected, but they gave me a downgrade. I would never use this site again. I don't want a refund, but good seats that are not blocked by a speaker. This is supposed to be a special gift to my daughter.

The tickets were easy to retrieve. The seats were amazing. Thanks for a great experience.

I had been looking for tickets on the main sites for about 3 weeks. Tickets would rarely go down and would mostly go up and fees were in the $100s, essentially a third of the price of the ticket. TickPick was the cheapest and easiest option.

I have spoken to several TickPick reps in all the time I have been using TickPick but I need to give a sincere Thank you to Alina for being the absolute most sincere, caring and Amazing Customer Service rep I could have gotten on the phone. Alina went above and beyond to help me with my ticket issues and took the initiative to solve my problem all together. TickPick should value Alina and hire more people like Alina who really care about the customer as she spend over 20 mins on the phone with me! Thank you Alina! You Rock!
