First time user of TickPick and some of the reviews had me a little nervous. You don't get tickets instantly like other sites, but I had these within an hour of placing my order. Everything went smooth and the seats were a great value without additional service charges. Got in football game perfectly.
I beg you, please Do Not Purchase Tickets in this site unless you want to lose your money. My tickets were never sent I tried to contact them several times through text,email and calling. I paid extra for Fed Ex which was a scam. They refuse any and all refunds. I don't know why they haven't been shut down. I plan to advise friends and go on line to tell people about what goes on at this so called company. Please go to another site, even if it ends up costing more. Just for Peace of Mind knowing you will receive your tickets. They are complete SCAMMERS!
"I had a fantastic time at the Boz Scaggs concert in Macon, Georgia. From the moment he stepped on stage, Boz had the crowd mesmerized with his signature sound. The energy was electric, and it felt like we were all transported to a different time and place.
The entire band was incredible, and the musicianship was top-notch. Boz's vocals were as smooth as ever, and it was obvious that he was enjoying himself just as much as we were. The setlist was a perfect mix of old favorites and new material, and the crowd sang along to every word.
I purchased tickets for a concert, covid hit and the concert was eventually cancelled. I had to make numerous attemps to get a refund which eventually happened but was not made easy at all. This was origianlly 1 star review, but as I did get my money back I have now made it 3 stars.
Bought tickets for Lady Gaga concert over a year ago. When tour was postponed and no new date was provided was not allowed to receive a refund. Paid $274 for Nosebleed tickets only to later learn these same tickets were selling for around $100 on THEIR OWN WEBSITE. So much for best possible price as they claim on their homepage. When I called to request either a refund or upgrade was told no. When I asked to speak to the manager was told the manager was unavailable and was then hung up on. Will absolutely NEVER use TickPick again. Would not recommend unless you want a horrible experience.
Tickpick is ALWAYS my go to for tickets. I hate fussing with presale codes and Ticketmaster's fees suck. I've been to many events and concerts and tickpick is always the first place I check for tickets. I love tickpick for a couple reasons.
1.) no fees
2.) I have used tickpick for years and I have never had one issue. I know the tickets will get delivered to me with no hassle. It's nice to not have to fight with presale codes or crazy fees
I recently discovered TickPick and I'm glad that I did! Compared to other reseller apps, this was a great experience and lower than what I expected. I am adding TickPick to my list of apps to check out when I am heading to events!
Prices are the best. Stubhub isn't even close with all of their fees. Fast delivery of tickets, and then you can access the tickets right from the email you receive. Well done!

We attempted to purchase tickets through Tickpicks, when we selected our seats TickPick flagged the seats were not available for sale make another selection and we made another selction,TickPick flagged our new selection of seat, these seats no longer available. We were charged for both selected attempts on our Chase account. We were never sent an email confirmation of our transaction or any concert tickets. We disputed these transaction with TickPick and Chase. Chase has sided with TickPick. I would discourage anyone from doing business with TickPicks And they never sent an order number

This was my first time using the app and it was great! It's clear on what was available and what wasn't. I appreciated that it automatically showed me the best deals which is where I found the tickets that I purchased.
I purchased tickets for the Mets vs Yankees game and later realized I couldn't go. I listed the tickets for sale and someone purchased them after a few days. I received an Email from Melonie telling me that I had to transfer the tickets which I did and received a confirmation of a successful transfer. The buyer never received the tickets and notified tickpick. I received several calls from Jen telling me I never transferred the tickets. I sent proof that I did and they still don't want to pay me for the sale. Somehow this became my fault. Ridiculous!
Someone sat in my seat, when I went to get a beer in between the 2nd and 3rd inning. There were a bunch of other seats in my row, so i didn't complain. It was kind of funny though. Who would ever think that someone would want my seat in section 323? The 2 innings I experienced though were fascinating. I never thought baseball could be so entertaining from so high up. I have been proven wrong. I look forward to the next time I can sit in section 323. Without TickPick, I would have been watching the game from outside the stadium. With TickPick, I was able to sit in a seat that was very close to the seat that I purchased. Thank you for providing the service, I had a great time at the ball game.
If it wasn't for someone that let me know of tickpick on a reddit page for NYC concerts I would have never known about this site and how great they are on prices. Although the concert tickets were the same on ticketmaster for this event specifically, I know i can trust TickPick for future events. I really like the option to track any upcoming events I am interested in and am expecting to buy my tickets with TickPick again soon!
Easy process to get the tickets, i was worried i wouldnt receive the tickets as i neared the event but customer support was extremely helpful and reassuring about the process. I received my tickets the day before and had a wonderful time. Definitely recommend.

My co-worker recommended the application to me and when trying to buy the first tickets I had a difficulty and I wrote an email and I quickly received a response and they solved the security problem.
If I could change one thing, it would be receiving the ticket link sooner. It was a Christmas gift, and I had to wait until the day before the event to forward the link.

We were purchasing tickets for a concert at the United Center in Illinois on July 25 & after we paid and printed the tickets the date was June 25 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles - we called & emailed within minutes and they would not do anything for us! Biggest waste of money- must be nice to take money from people knowing damn well there is no way a family of 5 could fly to California in 3 day notice to see the concert! Highway Robbery and heartless people!
I am nervous. We used TickPick for the first time for the rodeo in Houston on Monday, March 12. My tickets were scheduled to be delivered via FedEx no later than today, March 9, but no tickets have been delivered and since its Friday, I thought I better check on them (thinking no one may be available over the weekend to help me). I emailed the company and got a rather quick reply that the seller just got our tickets and would overnight them, yet FedEx doesnt deliver on weekends, so now we will get them on Monday (by 10:30am). That is the day of the concert! And we had planned to leave early and spend the whole day at the rodeo. Now we have to sit at home and hope the tickets show up.
Tickets were good priced spent a fair amount at the event but the suns came back 21 points in the last 3 min and won by 2 points in the last min! Was quiet a comeback
