First time customer and was impressed with customer service. I didn't receive my confirmation email from the seller and called customer service and within minutes receive email with a link to my tickets. My only disappointment was after making my purchase I was offered a $10.00 off promo but since I already made my purchase I was unable to redeem it. Iwas told by customer service that it was for first time buyers only which I was, other than that I will absolutely use Tick Pick again.

I ordered tickets on the 19th. Concert is today on the 28th. I paid for the overnight shipping. Tickets still aren't at my house 6 hours before the concert starts. It's completely unacceptable. They told me it was my fault for not telling the seller to send them earlier. They won't issue a refund or replace the tickets and they are putting no fault on the seller. I'm on my way to the concert now and I will have to buy new tickets. Completely completely unacceptable. No one has responded to my messages today. I attempted tp purchase tickets 2 weeks ago for Brantley Gilbert that were denied. Then tonight thru their site two more tickets for a band named Lany I was gifted I was told by their Rep but charged to my card. I was told it looked like fraud but was my job to cancel thru my credit card company for fraud even though it was done thru their site. Complete BS, if their site is hacked for fraud they should help fix the issue. Instead they told me I had to file written forms to delete my account even though they allowed other customers to gift me tickets to concerts on my own credit card. Complete bull$#*!, so this will take a few weeks and until then my info is open on their site for someone to use.

We got seats that day for a great price. That is not always the case but for some reason the prices were great that day. The process was simple and the price did not change once we accepted.

Absolutely do not order tickets from this website I ordered tickets for monster jam which cost me $114 And when I got to the venue I couldn't bring up my tickets at all it kept saying the website was forbidden so I had to buy 3 more tickets for me and my sons, imma a single mother of 5 and I worked hard for that money, which was an absolute waste! Then I called them to report what happened and all she could tell me was I should've called them, excuse me I was in line with 200 people behind me waiting to get in, plus it took me 30 minutes just to talk to a person! What a fraud people stay away from this site

Recently I had bought floor seats to Garth Brooks, costing me almost $700 Canadian. When our tickets were scanned at the venue they said they were in fact real tickets but they were not floor seats, they were actually second level seats on completely separate sides of the venue. So what tickpick has done was took single seats no one would buy and disguised them as floor seats. When I called them to get my money back they denied everything and refused to give me a refund. I have documentation from the venue saying the tickets were in fact doctored and they even scanned them a second time and sent me a scan report. In conclusion just another fake ticket site, Unless you want to waste hundreds or thousands of dollars they aren't worth your time.

Went to the Angels game as an early birthday gift. Shohei Ohtani was pitching so it was must see stuff. The tickets were great for the price. The weather was perfect. Make sure you get some Cathy's Cookies if you go to an Angels home game this season.

Huge Texans fan and to find tickets at the last moment was awesome! This was the best game in Franchise history and thanks to TickPick I was able to experience this with my daughter. Best day ever!

2nd time this has happened. Buy tickets way in advance. 2 days before game day no tickets. Email. 1st time they were more responsive & got the tickets. This time email friday, 1 response & then dead air. Email Sun. 1 response, dead air. Emailed Monday 8am, finally get trying to contact seller. Sent 4 more emails. Get response that working from home, can't respond to emails. Bought tickets from ticketmaster. Tickpick did refund my money. At 2pm finally got email about tickets told them to stick it

I use this site all the time for tickets mosly to MLB games, with a few concerts here and there. Their tickets are always the cheapest (I check), and I've never had any issues for over 10 orders placed on TickPick.

My daughter told me to download the TickPick app and I'm so glad we did! Me and my boyfriend got to finally go to our first U of M football game and we were WAY closer than we expected to be! Definitely will be using TickPick for tickets to anything from now on!

Kenny Chesney concert was scheduled May 9,2020 in Tampa Florida, I purchased 8 tickets from TickPick in February 2020. The concert has been rescheduled to May 1,2021 due to COVID 19. We are not available on that date next year to travel to Tampa for the concert. TickPick will not refund the 8 tickets. The COVID-19 issue is not typical, I experienced first-hand how other companies put the customer first during this difficult time. Not TickPick, no refunds. Do not use TickPick to purchase tickets. During a very unusual time, TickPick will not consider the customer. Horrible experience.

This is the fourth time I will be using Tickpick Services and It has been incredibly outstanding. There are the best Ticketing service client that I have used so far, Excellent service delivery. I will continue to use their service because TickPick is the best!

Awesome, cheap, last minute tickets to a fabulous musical! Actress portraying Tina was terrific. She was the understudy but you would have never known it.
