I accidentally booked the wrong date when booking a theatre show. I emailed customer relations and explained the problem and I was able to change the date. I did have to rebook and pay in full, but I then had the original booking fully refunded. This is a great help as otherwise, I would have lost a lot of money and not been able to attend the show in October. TickpPick was very helpful and I had quick responses to my queries. Fees are killer with so many of these sites. TickPick had low fees which is why I chose to use them for this event, and will most likely use in the future too!

I ordered my tickets 1 day before the show.(5pm) Around 1:00 o' clock the next day I didn't have the tickets. I called the 1800 number and spoke to a very kind women. She said she would reach out to the seller and call me back in 5 minutes. She called me back and told me she was unable to talk to the seller but she sent the seller a email, voicemail and text. She said if I haven't received the tickets in an hour to please call back. Within a hour I had the tickets. Great customer service.

Got a ticket at the last minute. Well couple of hours before any way. The responses from Tickpick helped get me through process.

This a third party who deals with induvial sellers. We purchased four tickets for the Kevin Hart show. The seller sent us a link to view our tickets. Thats didn't work so we called the customer support number, and they had to cancel my tickets to be able to resend them. They sent the tickets one hour into the show. Don't do business with them. No refunds, because they don't want to penalize the seller. Just a commission credit. So, I wasn't able to see the show.

Everything worked as advertised. The tickets arrived in my e-mail well in advance of the game. It was very easy to save and utilize them. I can't imagine a more pleasurable experience.

I found TickPick a couple of years ago while trying to buy tickets for a last minute concert. I have never heard of them before and wasn't sure if it was legit or not. But let me tell you, for the past couple years I have been using then and I will never purchase tickets anywhere else. TickPick is very much legit and they have the nicest people behind it! If you ever have any questions about your tickets they are happy to help and the tickets are always such a good price because they have no fees! I used to look at Seatgeek, Vivid Seats, Ticketmaster, Gameday for concerts and hockey games and ever since I found TickPick I don't need to look anywhere else! If you EVER need tickets for any kind of event they are the place to get tickets from!

I was excited to learn TickPick does not charge service fees. I have let me friends and family members know to use this site before checking any other sites.

I bought tickets from them a few times. Their so-called "Buyer's Guarantee" is total BS. Guaranteed Rip-off and Disappointment. I had tix undelivered by regular mail (not their problem apparently) and had to buy more EXPENSIVE tix. Then another time I had tix that were gonna be delivered the day of an out of state show. When I contacted them They said they'd send new ones to our hotel the day before the show. Didn't happen. (Again- not their problem). It was a show at a tiny venue where tix were completely impossible. Flight, hotel, rent-a-car, food, etc. for nothing. Twelve people.
With my most recent purchase I paid $2900 for 4 tix (electronic delivery Lol) unaware of the seating arrangement of the venue and its obstructed views. I contacted them about it and they told me that it was clearly stated. I couldn't find it anywhere so I sent a screenshot asking where, assuming it would be in a large bold typeface. It was indeed stated- in a thin light gray microscopic font (I could see if I used the Webb telescope) which was a cutoff sentence. Not "clearly stated". Again not their problem. I sent them a screenshot of what CLEARLY STATED is from SeatGeek's page. I was told I could re-list them… for a 10% fee and pass this bad experience on to another unassuming customer. I know what some of you are thinking. Why would he use them AGAIN after multiple bad experiences? Answer: I seem to want to teach others to learn from my mistakes. I'm an idiot. And you'd be, too if you used them. Lol

The QR code was not working at the venue. The ticket attendant said they have been having issue with the QR code. They asked to populate to full bar code on a standard ticket but my WiFi was intermittent. They acknowledge their technological issue and let me in the venue. I would've been very disappointed if I drove all the way to the venue and got informed I couldn't go in due to the handoff procedure between app and scanner.

On April 22nd I bought 15th row tickets to Garth brooks. On the morning of the concert (6/18) I was emailed that our tickets weren't available. They would give us equivalent seats for no extra cost. We originally had 15th row, they replaced them with 60th. Not ok.

As a sports fan who has gone to over 70+ games this has quickly became my go to app for buying tickets. Affordable and easy to use, the price freeze is an amazing feature!
