First time user of TickPick and some of the reviews had me a little nervous. You don't get tickets instantly like other sites, but I had these within an hour of placing my order. Everything went smooth and the seats were a great value without additional service charges. Got in football game perfectly.
I beg you, please Do Not Purchase Tickets in this site unless you want to lose your money. My tickets were never sent I tried to contact them several times through text,email and calling. I paid extra for Fed Ex which was a scam. They refuse any and all refunds. I don't know why they haven't been shut down. I plan to advise friends and go on line to tell people about what goes on at this so called company. Please go to another site, even if it ends up costing more. Just for Peace of Mind knowing you will receive your tickets. They are complete SCAMMERS!

Being a huge wrestling fan for many years, yes you get to see amazing superstars but this past event and seeing The Rock was a once in a lifetime experience.

I ordered tickets to the NYR game at 1pm today. Paid and got an email saying I'd get my tickets shortly. 4:30pm rolls around- and finally an email, but it says my tickets were sold to another buyer! I was on my way to the game with NOTHING. Called tick pick and their service was AWFUL. They did nothing for me and I was forced to scramble and pay more for tickets just so I could go. Worst site. Worst service. Worst managers ever.

Absolutely the worst place to buy tickets. Stubhub and others send your mobile tickets instantly. Ordered NY Mets tickets at 10am for a 110 game. Promenade level which is nosebleed. Panicked at 1230 when no tickets delivered and no cuatomwr service reaponse. Teied 2x by phone. 1240 tickets arrive. Had I waited for them would have been late to game for sure. Of course, no refuund since they delivered the tickets. Unacceptable in most situations where lines and other logistics prevent you from just waiting until Tickpick feels like delivering the service.
Tip for consumers:
Dont wvwr use especially on short time frame.

Bought myself Taylor Swift tickets to go see the N2 show in NJ and I am very happy with the process. Took off 1 star only because it took a while for the ticket to show up on my Ticketmaster account but I am accounting it to mostly Ticketmaster being horrible than anything else.
I had to click a 5 because its the only way they let you respond. This was by far the worse experience I've ever had. Will never use this site again
