First time user of TickPick and some of the reviews had me a little nervous. You don't get tickets instantly like other sites, but I had these within an hour of placing my order. Everything went smooth and the seats were a great value without additional service charges. Got in football game perfectly.
I beg you, please Do Not Purchase Tickets in this site unless you want to lose your money. My tickets were never sent I tried to contact them several times through text,email and calling. I paid extra for Fed Ex which was a scam. They refuse any and all refunds. I don't know why they haven't been shut down. I plan to advise friends and go on line to tell people about what goes on at this so called company. Please go to another site, even if it ends up costing more. Just for Peace of Mind knowing you will receive your tickets. They are complete SCAMMERS!
Absolutely DO NOT sell your tickets on this website, you will not get paid even if you do everything right. I sold two tickets and transferred them to the buyer (with customer support stating everything was correct), only for days later the customer service to say my order was transferred to the wrong email and I would not be getting paid. Mind you this was the email the buyer requested and that service said was correct MULTIPLE TIMES and trying to help the buyer. Reach out to customer service and all you will hear are ghosts, absolutely terrible support if you are lucky enough to hear someone. If you plan to buy/sell here, just burn the money because that is where your money will end up.
DO NOT SELL HERE. Go to Stubhub, vivid seats, seatgeek or somewhere reputable
We were told about TickPick a few days before the Denver Nuggets game! We were about to purchase great seats at a very reasonable price and having to not pay any processing fees made it even better!
I purchased tickets to the Morgan wallen and friends concert and the day before morgan wallen dropped out and the venue still didn't cancel the concert and replaced him with Jason aldean. I didn't want to see Jason aldean and TickPick contacted the person I purchased the tickets from off their website and asked if I could return them. So I got my $900 back the day before and I was sure I wasn't going to! Really nice of them to let me do that.
Utopia concert was amazing and TickPick is for sure the best ticketing app I have used! Travis Scott was incredible, the atmosphere was amazing, and Tickpick got me my tickets in the VIP section for an amazing price after all my purchases with Ticketmaster kept getting cancelled with errors.
Was in LA for a business trip and decided to take our staff to a Dodgers game last minute. The price is what you pay and we got a great deal on really good seats.

I have been trying for 5 DAYS to get a response from your company. I purchased insurance with my tickets. I have yet to receive anything from Allianz and they say they have NO record of it. I NEED THIS RESOLVED ASAP or I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE AND NO ONE RESPONDS TO EMAILS! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!

The environment at Acrisure Heinz stadium is awesome! The people were great for us visiting Packer fans. Could not have had a better time except the outcome of the game lol.
TickPick is the only place I use for tickets! It's a user friendly App. You can filter your wants, and it gives you a picture of what your view will be. The prices are competitive and no hidden fees.
Selecting seats was easy with TickPick and it showed true prices with no added fees unlike other sites that surprise you at checkout. It was easy to use and the tickets were mobile on my phone.

Terrible. The tickets never transferred to me. I drove to San Francisco to the Giants game and the tickets I "purchased" through Tick Pick weren't available. What a waste of time and money. Called their company several times and they kept saying they couldn't get ahold of the seller, so they couldn't give me a refund. Even a credit for what I paid would have been nice. Such a waste of my time and money!

Easy purchase and didn't have to wonder how many additional fees would be tacked on at the end of the buying process.
I really appreciate the no fee aspect of TickPick. When I was on several other sites, StubHub, SeatGeek, etc they all were charging a $90ish fee per ticket. I was able to secure 14th row to Old Dominion at Red Rocks, expensive at $300 per ticket but a bargain based upon supply and demand. Since I was a new user to TickPick they also made me go through some extra steps to make sure the credit cards I was using were indeed mine which took a little extra time and effort but I have had issues with fraud recently so I appreciated the due diligence.
Took my mom to see Jersey Boys in Ft Worth. I wasn't sure about using this site. Prices were better than through the venue & other sites. Everything was really easy. Great experience & good seats!
