First time user of TickPick and some of the reviews had me a little nervous. You don't get tickets instantly like other sites, but I had these within an hour of placing my order. Everything went smooth and the seats were a great value without additional service charges. Got in football game perfectly.
I beg you, please Do Not Purchase Tickets in this site unless you want to lose your money. My tickets were never sent I tried to contact them several times through text,email and calling. I paid extra for Fed Ex which was a scam. They refuse any and all refunds. I don't know why they haven't been shut down. I plan to advise friends and go on line to tell people about what goes on at this so called company. Please go to another site, even if it ends up costing more. Just for Peace of Mind knowing you will receive your tickets. They are complete SCAMMERS!
This was mostly straight forward. I wish they would have shown where the actual seats were but we ended up getting lucky and having them on the end.
It was my first time using this app and was a little hesitant, but I got the tickets very soon after purchase without hassle!

November 11 2023 I was attending a baby face concert at Madison Square Garden I was trying to buy tickets for the concert apparently I bought the wrong tickets for Babyface concert for November 18th 2023 I realize the mistake when I was trying to retrieve my tickets for the baby face Concert in Madison Square Garden so I immediately call these guys and told him what happened they told me that I cannot get a refund I have to resale my tickets I'm not in the business of selling tickets I was trying to purchase some tickets so I tried to resell my tickets during the week they would not let me resell my tickets so now I'm out of $ $288 so on this note I would never ever refer anybody to buy any tickets from these guys because of a error that happened

Looked at three different sites, definitely the cheapest with no hidden fees. Will be using TickPick for most all of events I attend in the future.
What a Mickey Mouse Organization. Bout tickets online for a concert on Friday. Called Friday because I still had not received the tickets. I know sometimes it takes time to transfer. I did get an immediate conformation from Paypal. When I called they told me the first time they never received the money from Paypal so I called Paypal. They told me they sent the money the same day I ordered them. So I called them back and I was told that if I did not log on to my account (that I didn't know I had the order would not go through. Even though they took my money. What an awful ticket broker.
To reply to your reply I spoke to two different people at your origination and got two different stories which neither one matches your that you are putting out for publicity sake. First I was told my PayPal payment didn't go through which it did and then they said it was because I wasn't logged into my account. And you tell me something completely different. Somebody's lying captain and I think it's your entire organization. The bottom line is you took my money… you had my email. I have heard a word from you. What a screwed up company.
The event was amazing and the ticket vendor was great sending me my tickets on time I would definitely use them again in the future for more concert events and the prices were definitely reasonable
Buying tickets was effortless and affordable. I. an buy tickets on my phone and be right at the venue at the same time, even minutes before a show to get the best price.

Ordered tickets, no additional fees were tagged on. Was a little worried I wouldn't have tickets until day before, or even day of event, but had the transfer in plenty of time.
I was billed at a much higher cost than appears on the tickets I ordered and received via email. The show date is approaching and there appears to be no way to speak to a live representative.
The Sam hunt concert was fantastic! Great seats and no problems with out seats or getting in! Used TickPick many of times—I like their site and not being ripped off with FEES!

I bought two tickets to lady Gaga concert in st. Paul at excellent energy center on 8/21/17. When I finally realized received tickets via email, they were Lady Gaga concert in Inglewood California on 8/8/17. I live in Minnesota. I checked history on when I was on Tickpick site and one minute b/4 purchasing ticket I was on 8/21/17 excellent energy center. I contacted them multiple times for refund and they refused to refund 2 tickets for $278.00 even though this was the beginning of July. They offered to put my tickets up for bid and when I finally agreed, I didn't hear from them again until I sent them an email and after several days, they finally responded. They told my tickets have not sold. Since then I have emailed a number of times and they have not responded. When I want on tickpick to see whether tickets had sold, tickets were not even listed. There was one ticket listed for the row I was in but I had two tickets up for bid next to each in same row. When I emailed again asking whether tickets were sold because they were not listed, they never returned my email. Tickpick has not responded yet and it is less than two weeks out from concert and I will be screwed out money. I will take whatever action I can to recoup money and warn people to never buy tickets from Tickpick. I have never been screwed over ordering online before. Do not be fooled with the " No extra fees" for they will scam you out of your money by selling tickets for wrong concert and blaming it on you. I would rather pay a couple extra for fees than lose almost $300.00.
Ticket transfer from ticket Master, to tickpick then to me, was easy and completed without any problems or issues. I am very satisfied with the service I received.
Love the app's clean design that makes it easy to find the tickets I need. Most importantly, the prices are always the cheapest since they don't charge fees.
(Note- they would receive 1 star but I still I got good deal on tix.)
So I was going to a MNF game & used this app to purchase tickets & the listing showed the exact location of the seats including exact section, row & seat numbers. I was happy because they were aisle seats (1-4) but when I received the tickets they were different seat numbers! When I called support they tried to say the seat numbers weren't listed but when I showed them proof that seats the seats I purchased were still available, they tried to say that seat numbers weren't guaranteed even tho they were displayed! So make sure before you purchase ANY tickets from this app/website to screenshot your tickets before purchasing!
Love that what you see in terms of pricing is what you get. Also love how easy it is to compare seat prices, locations, dates, and views. Overall, this is the best ticketing app by far.
Got last minute tickets to Planet Hollywood to see Keith Urban when I was in town for a work conference. Was just what I needed to relax and enjoy the phenomenal show. Getting tickets was seamless
Decided to go to the Silver Knights game spur of the moment bc we had family and friends come visit. Grabbed tickets day of great seats and price.
Purchased tickets months ago, and get an email 48 hours before the show that my tickets are no longer available and the show is COMPLETELY sold out. Why would you NOT a)verify the tickets are available and b) call these people "trusted sellers?"
Waiting until 48 hours BEFORE showtime to drop thay information is incredibly unhelpful as tickers for shows sell out WEEKS or MONTHS before a show. DO BETTER.
Absolute GARBAGE. Just as bad as Ticketmaster, and that's saying something.
Love the all inclusive price of tickpick. It is my go to site for tickets. Always seems to be very competitive with the other sites in regards to price.
Tried to purchase tickets for seats online via Tickpick's website and the transaction would not go through, but they did charge me multiple times for the transactions and would not give me the seats that I tried to purchase. They keep on saying it's an issue on my end or a bank issue, but I called my bank and there was no issues on our end.
Called Tickpick for an explanation or even similar tickets, and got hung up on twice before finally reaching a personnel who informed me that there was nothing they can do. Worst customer service ever, and they even tried to put the blame on me.
Tickpick basically charged me twice for a ticket that I never received, and informed me that it was my fault. Had to go through hell to even cancel the transaction they charged, and lost so much time in the process. Just go through the process with other more legit ticketing companies. The other companies might charge more for the tickets and extra fees, but you're guaranteed better customer service, and tickets that actually work. Would have saved so much time and headache buying from another place instead of spending all afternoon calling Tickpick!

Sorry for the delayed reply Wendy. I believe you are referring to the MLS tickets you were attempting to purchase. Our system said the information you used did not match. This usually happens when a buyer has moved and are using incorrect information that is not linked to the card. The system may be a little sensitive because the industry is highly susceptible to fraud (this is one of the ways we combat fraud). I can assure you that you were never charged. We charge our buyers only after the order is confirmed. Your attempts were never confirmed, which means they were instantly voided. My colleague did her absolute best to explain the situation and even sent a screenshot of what exactly are system was saying. I can confidently say our platform runs just fine, but I apologize if there was any miscommunication took place.
