Easy to find tickets for the ballgame and was so happy to not have the surprise exorbitant fees show up at the end of the process when I went to pay. Highly recommend & will use again myself!

The multi-talented Highwomen put on a phenomenal show with the "gorgeous" Columbia River Gorge as a back drop. Amanda Shires rocked out both on the fiddle and with her voice. Brandi Carlile embraced her country roots yodeling and performing with her signature twang. Maren Morris was her usual powerhouse and Natalie Hemby brought her powerful voice and lyrics. Add in Tanya Tucker and a countrified band to create a glorious night of music.

I always get my tickets through this app. Tick Pick works well with me and I like no extra fees. I have never had any bad experiences with this company.

We got last minute Dodgers tickets while visiting LA. Searching for tickets, purchasing, and using was a breeze. Best site I've used for secondary market tickets.

Purchased 5 tickets in Sept for 11/13/22 concert. 2 Tickets showed up 24 hours before event but had difficulty transferring to ticketmaster as required. Phone call to get help and ask about the other 3 tickets which were promised to be delivered by midnight on 11/12/22. Next morning, no tickets. We were traveling 4 hours to concert city - stopped several times to check email and send emails to ask about the 3 tickets. Got to event city- the tickets were emailed 2 hours before event and seats were not consecutive. Two hours before the concert and didn't know if we were going to get the prepaid tickets! And then had to spend considerable time on the phone with customer service to get the tickets transferred to ticketmaster account. Had spent nearly $1000 on the 3 tickets and was not sure we would get admission to the concert. Was late to the concert as a result of this fiasco and still had non-consecutive seating for the party of 3. This was a first and last experience with tickpick. I cannot in good faith give a decent review.

Very easy to use the site. Everything went flawlessly. Tickets showed up at the perfect time. Worked perfectly at the gate. No problems at all.

I thought we had no chance for Cure tix. Then I saw this Tick Pick ad on my Reddit. I wasn't sure what to expect but I took a chance and it went great. Totally Legitimate. Saved me in the end.

Needed assistance getting my ticket sent to me; a representative answered me within minutes and continued to monitor the status until resolution.

I feel the app deceived me as I selected 3 tickets in the Filter. The options presented to me should have been for 3 tickets only, not 4 or 2 or something else. At checkout, I throught I was ordering 3 tickets, and I was charged for 4. When I tried to correct the mistake, Tickpick "tried", but the ticket "owner" said no. It would be one thing if it was a $50 or even a $100 ticket, but it was 4 tickets at $1400 each...

Most people don't interact with online ticket broker apps very often, and the customer experience when selecting tickets is extremely poor. Your technology team should add an "Are you sure" button that makes the purchase details more explicit, or traps the fact that the filter was selected as 3, while the selection said 4 - Better yet, there should be a warning, "You have selected a number of tickets that differs from your filter selection of 3". This has to be a common issue, and I think Tickpick's inability to influence / control the cancellation process destroys customer trust and future repeat business - it certainly has for me.

I hope this reached Tickpick's Co-CEOs Chris O'Brien and Brett Goldberg, and they help me get this corrected before Saturday's World Series Game 2.

I always receive great service with Tick Pick. Even when I needed help with a pickup, they jumped in. And I love that there's no extra fees! Will continue to use Tick Pick.

Went to Oracle park for a game and the stadium is beautiful. It was very clean and the seats were in a perfect location to see the field. It's cold there, so definitely bring a jacket.

We saw Eddie Izzard thanks to TickPick, as in, we found reasonably priced tickets and enjoyed the show. The transfer process was only a little shaky, I got the message from TickPick to transfer the tickets, but TicketMaster was clearly not ready - in a little more time, I got the message from TicketMaster that the transfer was ready and the tickets were then transferred to me. Overall, a good experience and I will DEFINITELY use again, to see the ticket and pay only sales tax was most welcome.

Process was smooth and easy purchasing my tickets. Seats were amazing at a wonderful price with no service fees. I'll never purchase another ticket from anywhere other then TickPick!

Okay... where do I start... I purchased several games to baseball games at different stadiums. My friend and I planned to visit several ballparks, however, an emergency came up and our plans changed. I needed to re-sell my tickets to take to at least come close to getting our money back. Well, after reselling 2 games(I had 8 different games) I was unable to open the website where you click on "sell". I called customer service and was told that "MAC" computers sometimes have this issue with their site. They told me to find another computer or use their app. Trouble is; the app does not have the capacity to sale tickets, only buy. So posting tickets was difficult; I had to use my phone. They then claimed that I posted the same tickets twice to the same venue. In between, I called customer service several times and they told me someone from "TECH" would call me... no one did. So after telling me that I sold the same tickets twice, my sell was voided and I was penalized $400... for what I have no idea. I spoke to an Alex who said someone would get back to me in an hour and assured me things would be cleared up. No one called!
What a nightmare! Today, I got in touch with someone else; they have no records of phone call(no notes in system at all! 0. Now they tell me my penalty is 108$... to pay for what... I am not sure. I will tell everyone to stay away now!
