First time user of TickPick and some of the reviews had me a little nervous. You don't get tickets instantly like other sites, but I had these within an hour of placing my order. Everything went smooth and the seats were a great value without additional service charges. Got in football game perfectly.
I beg you, please Do Not Purchase Tickets in this site unless you want to lose your money. My tickets were never sent I tried to contact them several times through text,email and calling. I paid extra for Fed Ex which was a scam. They refuse any and all refunds. I don't know why they haven't been shut down. I plan to advise friends and go on line to tell people about what goes on at this so called company. Please go to another site, even if it ends up costing more. Just for Peace of Mind knowing you will receive your tickets. They are complete SCAMMERS!

I wrote several emails and they kept refusing to help me get my tickets. They kept saying it was AXS in the wrong. AXS kept saying they needed the tickets from TickPick. Finally I told TickPick that I was going to dispute the sale. SUDDENLY I GOT MY TICKETS. I can't believe I had to take it to such extremes in order to finally get what I paid for.

Tickets purchased and paid in full last week - originally told the ticket transfer would be available on the 11th - it is now after 6pm on the 12th and the tickets aren't transferred yet. TickPick representatives are friendly and nice; but they can't get me tickets. They've called the broker selling the tickets and he/she is having trouble getting them from the box office. I've asked for a refund to go purchase elsewhere. NOPE. A TickPick representative put an 8pm (23 hours before curtain goes up & 20 hours before meeting my guests for dinner and drinks prior to an evening at the theatre that I planned and invited them to) deadline for the ticket seller and I am held hostage (as is my nearly $550) until then. Meanwhile, I've watched 2 other sites sell groupings of 3 tickets that I can't go ahead and purchase while I wait 2 more hours...RIDICULOUS. I am going to end up without even single seats. Never again. TickPick is just a middle-man between you and the broker and your money is held hostage up until it's too late to do anything else even if the tickets you bought aren't available or provided.

My daughter bought tickets for the Utah Jazz game in February. She had worked hard for them and bought these for her dad at Christmas time. When the day of the game hit, yes she procrastinated, after all she is a teen, there were no tickets to be found. Even though they stated that these had already been transferred, they hadn't. My daughter only has one email account. Either someone ripped them off in the transfer process, or they have servers that are unsafe. We called customer service 3 times. The first time she spoke to the agent for an hour. The second time, I called an agent and got hung up on. The third time we spoke to an agent, they told us the tickets were already disbursed and they could do nothing for us. We asked for a refund. They stated we would only get a refund for $8. We asked for other tickets, they stated they couldn't give us any. So sad to rip money off from a teenager. Why don't you hold these tickets in an account so they could possibly be downloaded again? This makes no sense! This was a total waste of time and money. I wouldn't use them again... ever! So basically they stole my husband's Christmas present from his daughter.

They sent me an empty FedEx envelope with no tickets inside. Claim the seller is a "very reliable broker". Refuse to refund or offer voucher. Awful experience.

I've been using TickPick for a few years now (both buying and selling). Prices can't be beat, and I'd never had any sort of issue with ticket delivery up until recently.
Long story short, I had tickets to a festival in Vegas. It was a two day fest, but both days were the same lineup, it was just to facilitate more people being able to attend. My ticket was for Saturday. Crazy windstorm hit, and Saturday was cancelled morning of. Naturally, I jumped on TickPick immediately and snagged Sunday tickets (no easy feat, and the prices were SKYROCKETING moment by moment because people knew us Saturday folks were already in Vegas panicking).
Waiting for my seller to transfer my Sunday tickets all day. Started to worry, so I called TickPick customer service. They looked into it and informed me that the seller could no longer fulfill the order, but not to worry, as they would replace them.
She hops on to take a look with me on the phone and says "oh wow...these are...REALLY expensive." Mind you, at this point, some of the tickets were nearing a grand, and I only spent $400 earlier.
They paid the difference. Literally hundreds of dollars. New seller got my tickets transfered over right away, and all was well.
I absolutely couldn't believe how above and beyond TickPick went for me. I literally won't buy tickets anywhere else.
Stay away from this vendor. They hide behind multiple layers of ticket transfers and blame everybody else when you don't receive a refund. I purchased 2 tickets for a Michael Buble concert in Cincinnati. Due to Covid, the concert was rescheduled. We were going to be away from Cinci for the rescheduled event and hence unable to make it. I applied for a refund online. Their policy states "no refunds unless the concert is cancelled. I then received an email from Ticketmaster with a refund request number on it. Subsequent emails to Ticketmaster only referred me to their website FAQ section... no live person available to handle calls during Covid! Funny how all other businesses work from Home and provide customer service? The concert was rescheduled again for late October. I called TickPick 3 days before the concert and asked them if they would re-issue the tickets because we now were available to attend and if I wasn't getting a refund we would gladly go. I waited until the day of the show and called again... no tickets... no refund... I'm out $444 and this company stinks! Stay Away... don't give them your money!

I bought tickets for Jersey Boys in NYC. They emailed me tickets for Ohio.
I called and emailed them the same day I got the tickets (the show was also later that day), but they wouldn't give me a refund nor give me another set of tickets for the right location.

Tonight I was wanting to see hamilton in San antonio. About 2 hrs from showtime many sites removed the tickets so I figured there was a time trigger that pulled them from the site. Tickpicks still had tickets so I figured I better grab some there before they also disappeared. I purchased 2 seats and very shortly headed to the play. At the play they said it was cancelled and ticketmaster was notified at 5pm. I called tickpicks that they sold me tickets for a postponed event when everyone else had them removed. I paid 40 bucks in uber fees ill never see and all tick picks is telling me is that I can sell the tickets on their site. So I paid 25 dollars in taxes and don't get a tefind unless the showbiz cancelled altogether. How does a Friday nite ticket I purchased equate to a potential makeup weekday matinee. If they got their alerts when other 3rd party sites did then tickets would have been removed. The fellow I talked to was quite nice but I looked a few minutes before showtime at 755 and they still had tickets listed for sale. With no refund policy selling tickets to postponed or cancelled events is low grade. I will submit another review after all is resolved to see if they make exception or if I'm duped
