First time user of TickPick and some of the reviews had me a little nervous. You don't get tickets instantly like other sites, but I had these within an hour of placing my order. Everything went smooth and the seats were a great value without additional service charges. Got in football game perfectly.
I beg you, please Do Not Purchase Tickets in this site unless you want to lose your money. My tickets were never sent I tried to contact them several times through text,email and calling. I paid extra for Fed Ex which was a scam. They refuse any and all refunds. I don't know why they haven't been shut down. I plan to advise friends and go on line to tell people about what goes on at this so called company. Please go to another site, even if it ends up costing more. Just for Peace of Mind knowing you will receive your tickets. They are complete SCAMMERS!
They're my favorite when it comes to concert tickets and any kind of sport events I recommend you guys give them a shot they haven't let me down yet
Use this app 1 time for 3 tickets to a local concert this past summer. That went well and tix worked fine. I have not used the app or looked at the app since. Well last month I get a credit card statement and there's a charge for tick pick of $177! I have not bought anything from them and here some random charge on my card for 1 ticket to a concert I wouldn't go to and sure wouldn't ever pay $177 for 1 ticket! Ugh... called them, no help said I had to dispute with my credit card. Called and opened a dispute with credit card company and they say since I have used the merchant before that I have no recourse... ummm WRONG! This business is a scam and is not secure if transactions can go thru on your phone app unknowingly! I will be calling and disputing this further. They kept my credit card info on file and allowed it to be used without my knowledge. Stick with buying tickets from the venue or Ticketmaster, or box office... saving a lil money is not worth the headache this merchant comes with!
Everything about our ticket purchase was simple. Good communication the whole time. Purchasing, transferring, and using the tickets was easy!
I exclusively use Tick Pick for sporting events. They are efficient, timely and I have never had a bad experience.

Received tickets timely with no added costs making them much less expensive (for the exact same seats) than other ticket outlets I checked.
I stumbled upon TickPick website while searching for tickets to see Hadestown. The first thing you do after creating an account is choose the event. The second thing is choosing the performance date and time. Then the system brings up a list of available tickets. I had only one date that was possible for seeing the show and I selected that date (note that I was VERY careful to select the correct date from the list). Unfortunately, I later discovered that the buyer CANNOT CHOOSE THE DATE until the browser wheel stops spinning. I clicked on August 1st, but didn't notice that the page hadn't fully updated. After I made my $1014 purchase, I realized the system chose a July 27th performance date. I'll be in Florida on July 27th and TickPick won't provide a refund. I understand that the seller doesn't want a false sale, but I had no idea that the page was not finished loading. I'm trying to resell the tickets, but with only 2 days left, I'm not very confident. $1000 is too much to money to just lose. I'm NOT a happy camper.
