First time user of TickPick and some of the reviews had me a little nervous. You don't get tickets instantly like other sites, but I had these within an hour of placing my order. Everything went smooth and the seats were a great value without additional service charges. Got in football game perfectly.
I beg you, please Do Not Purchase Tickets in this site unless you want to lose your money. My tickets were never sent I tried to contact them several times through text,email and calling. I paid extra for Fed Ex which was a scam. They refuse any and all refunds. I don't know why they haven't been shut down. I plan to advise friends and go on line to tell people about what goes on at this so called company. Please go to another site, even if it ends up costing more. Just for Peace of Mind knowing you will receive your tickets. They are complete SCAMMERS!
I like how all fee are included in the price so there's no suprise at checkout. Tickets were transferred to my email.
Where do I start with these people...? Absolutely, by far the worst customer support experience I've ever been apart of. Be very very careful when using the app, as it has major glitches that will automatically place orders without your consent...
For example, when I wanted to see the final price w/ fees, the app asked for my 3-digit security code on the back of my credit cart, and when I entered the last number, the app just started loading non-stop for a few minutes until I was able to close and reopen. However, when it opened, the tickets I was researching were all of the sudden ordered, JUST BECAUSE I ENTERED MY 3-DIGIT SECURITY CODE!
When bringing this error to Tick Picks immediately, they ultimately did nothing and said word for word (swear to God), "Well sir, we don't know why that would happen, and it's too late to do anything about it. You should TRY YOUR LUCK with selling the tickets online."
Seriously!? Truly unbelievable.
I have found other people online with this same exact issue, but Tick Picks just shrugs their shoulders and steals your money.

So easy to access from the app on my phone. Had tickets in my Apple wallet within 10 minutes of purchase.
Process for buying, transferring and using tickets was super easy! And really appreciated the "price as promised" approach - no hidden fees.

If I could give TickPick a 0 star review I would. I am not one to write reviews on products I've used, but I have never been more frustrated with a ticket service (and that is saying something) and do not want anyone to fall into the same trap I did. I bought tickets for a concert this past fall and the day before the concert I attempted to transferred the tickets and the link did not work. I called countless times and received basically no help. I even just asked for a refund and they would not give it to me and kept telling me "the link is valid and the seller of the tickets is verified by the TickPick team". I then had to buy new tickets at the concert for nearly DOUBLE the price I had paid. I called the day after the concert and got the resonse that I should have reached out to the customer service team the day before hand (which I had SEVERAL times)... After talking to several customer service reps, I was denied any sort of refund because they "can not do anything about the process after the event has happened and blamed everything on ticket master... It was truly an unbelievable experience. I will NEVER EVER use TickPick again and am straight up pissed off by the experience I had and how I was treated.
