INVALID TICKETS for the event! I ordered front-row tickets two months in advance for an event. Received the tracking number right after ordering. Didn't ship until two days before the event so no time to spare. Once we get to the event, Ticketmaster tickets are scanned for entry and show "INVALID". They try scanning multiple times and won't work although they look real. Go to BOX Office and find out the person who originally bought them canceled them and got a refund. Complete Disaster for an exciting evening! TickPick Customer service is non-existent when you need them the most! Would never recommend or use them again! Stay away! Their guarantee says "make it right" by offering a refund. Not much good when it ruins your night!

If you're trying to buy tickets, you're better off purchasing from the buyer over vivid seats. My ticket was issued 2 hours before the event even though I purchased them 2 months in advance. In order to get someone on the phone, you will be waiting a minimum of a hour. Customer service doesn't offer refunds even if you're ticket is not claimed and they won't allow you to speak to a manager. Stay away, if you have issues with your tickets there won't be anyone to help you.

Tickets for this event were hard to get at a reasonable price. Was so glad I found tickets I could afford with pretty good seats! Best live game Ive seen in years!

I bought 2 tickets to Lady Gaga's Las Vegas Enigma show for significantly cheaper than the ticket master resales. I was a bit sceptical after seeing mixed reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised! E-tickets were sent to me a few days before the show and they worked with no issues!

Tickpick is a scam for sporting events. They sold me tickets from the actual MLB site at about a 30% markup, I just didn't know i could get good seats directly and they will find any way out of their bestprice guarantee. Use MLB ballpark or any sport app, tickpick is a scam. Customer service ignores any email reply to object to their excuse out of their own guarantee. Go anywhere else, charged me $95 for tickets that show stadiums original price.

This was my first experience using Tick Pick and Ill never buy tickets any other place again! So easy to use, as well. Find your tickets, pay safely, and your QR codes arrive well before the event. Very happy Tick Picker here!

Update, they did finally refund my purchase. Took a little leg work. So if you are persistent, you may get a refund under the same scenario.

Stay away from this company. It can be a scam! The venue effectively cancelled the show and gave everyone a refund. The venue informed me I had to go through tick pick. Turns out their advertised money back guarantee if the show is cancelled is just a sales pitch. The fine print reads "at their discretion", and you agree to that when you give them your money. Very scam type practice and I would advise everyone look elsewhere. The seller cleaned up as they sold me a ticket and then they got a refund as well. What have we come to in this world to treat people this way.

I bought multiple groups of tickets for our family to attend a Broncos game, all of them in the same row. At least, that's what the listing said. After purchasing, one of the groups of tickets was in a different row. I reached out to TickPick and they basically said, "they are close to as advertised, sorry". No offer to buy them back, no effort to make it right.

TickPick scored me two tickets that allowed me to take my basketball-loving son to see LeBron's (possibly) last appearance in Orlando...at a significantly less price than other ticket websites and with no less quality of e-ticket delivery or access. I will be back...

I went to this site after buying tickets that had a hefty service charge on another site.

These guys claim 'no fees', but what they don't tell you is that their ticket prices are much higher than other sellers, even with the fees added on. Tickets I paid $165 (with fees) for appeared to be $400+ on tickpick (comparing tickets in in the same area of arena).

I find using Tickpick great for purchasing and listing tickets. I have made several past purchases via instant download without a hitch, so I recently decided to list tickets for sale since their seller fees are much cheaper than Stubhub, and they have no mark-up for buyers. To my delight, the process was as easy as can be. Their site is easy to navigate, and they rate tickets based on their quality. Highly recommended!

TackPicktook my money and never provided access to the tickets. It was a Christmas event and gift and we are not able to attend a meaningful game to my family because TickPick has not been able to contact me other than email which only repeated the websites instructions.

The tickets were $420 and I never received any confirmation or email from C cake as indicated. I have a seat geek account and it was never updated with the ticket access and when I spoke to see cake they said nothing could be done.

For $210 tickets, I would expect some level of service and effort to make sure the tickets were sent.

I bought 2 tickets without the extra charges of any other webpage like Ticketmaster, same tickers paid less.

I absolutely LOVE TickPick! I almost always end up choosing them for ticket purchases. I have never had an issue with not getting my tickets on time, and they tend to have the lowest prices. I love that you can see the fees without having to go through the entire checkout process.

I've always preferred TickPick to other vendors because of the "no hidden fees" thing. You know what you're paying up front. But I had the unfortunate opportunity of putting their customer service to the test when a seller failed to send me my tickets.

The TickPick reps were thorough and understanding. After a ton of back and forth in an attempt to get my original tickets, TickPick eventually agreed to replace my tickets the day of the event. Thank God. The event was a charity fundraiser benefiting cancer research, and it meant a lot for me to be able to attend. I am really thankful that TickPick came through for me.

I bought tickets sort of last minute for a show that was coming to town that I'd been keeping my eye on. Got a good price and great seats. The tickets were delivered to me via email within minutes. Great experience.

The fine print is that once you purchase a ticket - the seller has 48 hours to decide if they want to actually sell it to you. Meanwhile you are just stuck waiting and have no choice. All the while other tickets are being snapped up and prices going higher and higher.

Price was good tickets came faster than expected even though the event is most likely not going to be happen. I will be using tickpick again in the near future. Please continue to have good customer service and keep prices good.

We purchased two tickets to a football game, with social distancing measures being enforced at the stadium. Unfortunately Tickpick allowed the seller to split its 4 tickets to sell them 2 by 2, therefore having us seat right next to strangers. This is totally unacceptable and against Houston Texans/NFL rules in effect at the game.

I'm always paranoid buying tickets from resellers but after asking around a bit, I decided to take a chance and I'm so glad that I did! Since there were no fees, my tickets were quite a bit cheaper than they would've been from other sites and my ticket worked perfectly. Would definitely recommend.

We got tickets for the pro bowl in Orlando Florida. The website was easy to use and ticket prices were lower because no service fees! We were able to get better seats!
