First time user of TickPick and some of the reviews had me a little nervous. You don't get tickets instantly like other sites, but I had these within an hour of placing my order. Everything went smooth and the seats were a great value without additional service charges. Got in football game perfectly.
I beg you, please Do Not Purchase Tickets in this site unless you want to lose your money. My tickets were never sent I tried to contact them several times through text,email and calling. I paid extra for Fed Ex which was a scam. They refuse any and all refunds. I don't know why they haven't been shut down. I plan to advise friends and go on line to tell people about what goes on at this so called company. Please go to another site, even if it ends up costing more. Just for Peace of Mind knowing you will receive your tickets. They are complete SCAMMERS!
I was really afraid that my tickets would somehow not be accepted at the gate because they were just such GREAT tickets at a good price. But TickPick was there to answer questions, offer their guarantee, and there was no problem whatsoever with my tickets. I got to see a once-in-a-lifetime up close show by Keith Urban that will stick in my memory forever.
I purchased day of tickets for a concert at noon, by 3:00 p.m. I heard NOTHING about my ticket status. So I called and asked for help - being told that they needed to investigate and would call me back.
90 minutes passed and nothing. Upon calling them back, they already knew they sold me invalid tickets and their "offer of comparable seats" were literally a whole level up from the original seats
Upon voicing my displeasure and expressed that they weren't the same and I wanted a refund, their "customer service" rep became incredibly defensive and rude - demanding a thank you for doing his job...
When I called my bank to dispute the claim - guess what company was still trying to process the same?
Ordered my tickets with the impression they arrive in a timely fashion. Tickets did not get sent to me. Contacted support and there response was we will contact the seller... So, they basically sell tickets without the seller knowing and if he/she doesn't send them you are $#*! out of luck? What kind of brutally stupid process is this.
Did not get any updates on my tickets, had to email several times. WHAT A COMPLETE JOKE of a Site!

Absolutely terrible business practice. Bought a ticket for the NYY. We knew exactly what section and row we needed to be in to be close to friends. Ticket was "available". Once I purchased the ticket, I then received an email from Ticketmaster. Completely different ticket with no refunds. Total scam. I contacted them to see if it were user error and they then email their terms which talk about "upgrades" at their discretion. Just let the customer know that they are not purchasing what they picked. Advice to buyers: Pay the extra $6 and work with an honest firm. Shame on you!

I was reading an internet article about platforms where you can purchase tickets. Tick Pick caught my eye about no fees passed to the buyer. I selected my tickets and your site confirmed my payment. I received with on 45 minutes email showing where the tickets had been released and how to electronically obtain tickets. Oh Duran Duran was a great concert. I am very happy with service from Tick Pick.
Tickpick was and excellent source to get last minute tickets to go see Taylor Swift! I loved that the fees were included and they were delivered to me within 5 minutes! I would absolutely buy through them again in the future.
I was fooled by their "guarantee". Venue rejected my tickets. I was embarrassed and humiliated as my guest and i were turned away. Tickpick refuses to work with me. Never again STEER CLEAR. Their resolution process is bogus.

I was buying tickets for a concert after coming here from another page because of the fees. I was looking at different tickets and eventually decided, but got my tickets mixed up somewhere before checkout and started the payment process. Normally this would be no big deal because places have a "Review Purchase" page right before the end where I could have backed out. This page didn't exist so I accidentally bought a ticket for the wrong seat, and since this is resale I couldn't refund or cancel the purchase. I would have liked that extra safety net, even if I never make this mistake again and have to click one extra time.

It felt like such a short experience but knowing his audiobook is 12+ hours, I should have expected it to be much shorter. JP shared some perspectives I haven't heard in his books or in his lectures or on social media. It was extremely cool seeing in person the man who has had such a strong influence on my life indirectly for years. Thank you Dr Peterson!

I echo the zero reviews. These guys are terrible. Bid on tickets in prime seating and was given nose bleed seats. Had to get an oxygen mask just to get up there. Customer disservice said too bad all sales final. Really? The tickets aren't even in the right section.
I have made several attempts to get ahold of this company for a full refund, it been over the 30 days and still no answers or refund. I've contacted tickpick several times via fb and email. Their phone lines are not working so there is no way to contact them. I've also filed complaints with the BBB and FTC but that doesn't seem to matter because obviously a lot of ppl have. I just want what I paid for my tickets so I can be done with this company.
My wife and I wanted to see a baseball game in Philadelphia. Not having tickets, we decided to check out Tick Pick and we got incredible seats a few rows up from the field for $50 each. What a bargain! Great stadium, great seats, great site to buy them on.

Can't get any easier to get to the game --fast and economical
Tickpick hangs its hat on no fees but just up charges the ticket price to make up for it. A ticket is 54 dollars on stubhub before 15 dollars in fees while that same section and row ticket costs 71 here.
The game on the other hand was a blast. 5 stars for the game

I enjoy using TickPick a lot because what you see is what you get -- they also once helped me get a refund when the tickets didn't work out from the seller. They are quick, reliable, and the app is easy to use. Love having no extra fees!

I think all sites should show you actual ticket price, but I've only seen Tick Pick do it. I've purchased tickets at least eight times from them, for an out-of-state show, a local show, and multiple group tickets for college football games, never had any issues. Other sites make you go all the way through check out to show you their additional fees - and I've seen them be up to $55 extra per ticket! I always get the tickets on time and with no issues.
Customer service is also everything they should be. They actually answer their phones, and if there is a problem with the phone system, you can email and they will get back to you in the allotted time. (Great service from Drema!)

I was charged for eight tickets to a minor league hockey team I had never even heard of before much less woulda ordered tickets from. When I asked for a refund I was told that was impossible and they were uncool in every way about it so don't buy from this place cause someday they'll hit ya big like they did me

We purchased 4 tickets to an Astros game and it was so easy through Tickpick.We had great seats and a great time. There are no hidden fees, what you see is what you pay. I would highly recommend Tickpick.
They will quote one seat and switch the seating once you have paid and claim there are no refunds. Do not deal with this company! I would give a 0 star rating, but this wasn't a star option, unfortunately.
