First time user of TickPick and some of the reviews had me a little nervous. You don't get tickets instantly like other sites, but I had these within an hour of placing my order. Everything went smooth and the seats were a great value without additional service charges. Got in football game perfectly.
I beg you, please Do Not Purchase Tickets in this site unless you want to lose your money. My tickets were never sent I tried to contact them several times through text,email and calling. I paid extra for Fed Ex which was a scam. They refuse any and all refunds. I don't know why they haven't been shut down. I plan to advise friends and go on line to tell people about what goes on at this so called company. Please go to another site, even if it ends up costing more. Just for Peace of Mind knowing you will receive your tickets. They are complete SCAMMERS!

Ticket viewing and purchase was far more than satisfactory. Gave me a view of where I'll be sitting before purchase, and was super satisfied with my seat purchase. Icing on the cake was the Game Result: A WIN! Looking forward to using TickPick again for my next Game!
I was very nervous putting up almost $6000 for 2 tickets to the superbowl, I'm active duty military and that is a ton of money, and i had to drive from virginia to houston hoping the tickets would be there as advertised. I got to houston and they had a reception party, gave me the tickets with some maps of the area, and directed me to another reception with some free drinks and a live band. Overall an outstanding experience and i will certainly be using them again!
Everything was great! Only downside was security on the floor were rude to the kids after the game. If you don't like working with the public, maybe find a new job. :)
It was an extremely convenient and efficient experience when I used the Tickpick last week for the fist time. It was surely very convenient via using the apple pay, which was just a few seconds that I could complete the tickets payment; the payment procedure was much much easier than other multiple platforms. TickPick is amazing, I wasn't sure if I could trust it as first but it was legit. We got tickets for actually seats that none else had and they were good. As soon as the tickets were available to send they were sent to my email to claim. And it was super straightforward and easy to get it on my phone so they could scan us in. They were great seats and for a really good price without all the hidden fees after you decide what you want.

I have been purchasing tickets online for several years now and Tickpicks.com is now my absolute go to. It is by far the best ticket site online. The other sites have really taken advantage of the consumer with the exorbitant fees they are charging. Stupid once, shame on you, stupid twice shame on me. Never again. Tickpicks.com is the smart choice if you need tickets in a pinch.
The tickets I got thru TickPick for. Any Football were right where I wanted them — upper deck 50 yd line …. The tickets thru TickPick were priced very very competitively and the entire procedure of purchasing them was very easy …. And TickPick sent weekly updates on my event and others ….I highly recommend using TickPick for purchasing tickets to all events!
Little delay on getting the actual ticket before the event, which was confusing and a bit stressful! This is my 4 th time using the app for a concert and or sporting event! I do give you guys a 10 star for no fees! Thank you and hope you stick around! Hope you guys can find a balance on no fees and turning a profit!

Bought tickets to Yankees/Astros game for June 24,2022. We received the link with the tickets that had the QR codes. After considerable expense of getting to Yankees Stadium on a promotional give away night we were told our tickets were not valid. After a lengthy hold with Tickpick we were told they cannot reach the seller and there were no other tickets at a comparable price so my family and I were unable to attend the game. Would be very leary of buying tickets from these scammers!
I was able to do everything very easily, I loved the fact that I didn't have fees. The tickets were a little bit higher than other sites, but no fees made the overall price cheaper. It was easy accessing the tickets and I will use this again.
My maiden voyage with TickPick was a smooth ride. The customer service representative was helpful and was able to help me through the process of obtaining my tickets. I'm definitely using TickPick from now on.
On July 25th the same day as the Taylor Swift concert, I purchased 2 tickets for the concert.
I received my initial confirmation and was told to wait for the link to download the tickets. No e-mail followed. I called at least 10 times before I could get a hold of a person rather than an automated system. The person I spoke with notified me that my tickets were not available and must have just been sold to someone else.
He then said that my card would be issued a credit and that maybe I should try Stub hub because they would actually deliver the tickets.
Purchasing tickets from a company that both:
1. Did not deliver
2. Was difficult to communicate with…
Is not a company that I want to ever deal with again.
I love the fact that you know exactly what you will pay as you are looking for tickets (hidden fees are shady in my opinion). TickPick price tracking is such a great feature and I used it daily for the concert! Once I found a ticket to purchase, it was an easy and simple process. The seller had my ticket to me the next day and TickPick kept me informed through it all. It was a great experience!
I paid $300 for tickets to the Shania Twain concert May 28 in the Hollywood Bowl. This is a third-party vendor with Ticketmaster. I purchased the tickets in the morning. I never received the digital tickets by email from this agency or through Ticketmaster and I missed the concert. They refused to give me a refund. Save yourself the headache of trying to get a hold of customer service and working with them. Do not use this company. They are fraudulent.

Many sellers, looking to make sure that they get their tickets sold, will list their tickets on multiple marketplaces. Your situation is very rare, but they were sold minutes before on another marketplace. Hopefully you can understand that there is high demand for an artist like Taylor Swift, so many customer's are looking at the exact same tickets.
