First time user of TickPick and some of the reviews had me a little nervous. You don't get tickets instantly like other sites, but I had these within an hour of placing my order. Everything went smooth and the seats were a great value without additional service charges. Got in football game perfectly.
I beg you, please Do Not Purchase Tickets in this site unless you want to lose your money. My tickets were never sent I tried to contact them several times through text,email and calling. I paid extra for Fed Ex which was a scam. They refuse any and all refunds. I don't know why they haven't been shut down. I plan to advise friends and go on line to tell people about what goes on at this so called company. Please go to another site, even if it ends up costing more. Just for Peace of Mind knowing you will receive your tickets. They are complete SCAMMERS!
Purchased 2 tx for Hamilton in San Francisco for 11-20-19.
$1000! Purchased in July, never received the TX. Sent email to them, they responded the earliest we would get out TX was 11-18-19. This is outrageous!
Their own guarantee states "you will receive your TX in AMPLE time before the event. Is this ample time to anyone out there. Also this show is 300 miles from where we live, we need to leave on the 19th, one day!
We want a refund, TickPick have violated their own Guarantee!
I'll admit I was skeptical at first as this was my first time using TickPick. I went to Chicago Night 2 of the Eras Tour and TickPick has the cheapest tickets(still expensive but much better than other sites). I bought tickets outside the stadium and minutes later I was able to transfer them onto my phone! Super easy and would highly recommend
They need to fix the parking, not only is it extremely expensive at $60 per car is extremely chaotic as well. Getting out of Citi field parking lot is a joke, multiple fights happen because of the confusion.

I don't quite recall how I heard of TickPick, I think I was searching in the app store for sports tickets. Nonetheless, I was very happy with my experience. Everything was as advertised. The only thing that was slightly odd, was the $5 eticket delivery charge. Why bother charging that at all?
Besides that, I think I saved about $50 on my $480 purchase compared to stubhub. I'll be definitely be back.

Seller never sent tickets spent 3hrs on phone with customer service morning of the game with them telling me to keep wanting as they would take care of it. The game the actually started and their only response was they could reimburse me and could not even offer replacements, never will use again there is no buyer protection that they claim. Call finally ended with customer service hanging up on me with no resolution.

I purchased 6 orders for Damien Lillard's return game to Portland. TickPick refunded all 6 orders and the same tickets were later seen listed on resale sites 4X the list price I tried to purchase them at. Unbelievable!

Used their website to look for tickets to a theatre show for that evening, found tickets that I liked, put in my credit card information and clicked submit. A message came up telling me that those seats were no longer available. So, we ended up buying tickets through another vendor. To my surprise, when I looked at my bank account a few days later, I noticed a charge from tick pick! I called tick picks customer service and he basically told me "too bad, so sad" since the event had already taken place. He asked me if I had gotten any emails from them with the tickets, which I said no that I hadn't. He then proceed to tell me to look in my SPAM folder and guess what? There they were! So after the tick pick website says that the tickets were already sold and the emails go to my SPAM folder? And I'm responsible for these tickets that I didn't know existed? WORST customer service EVER!

Very Quick and As Expected, and had best price -- Tickets were loaded in my account immediately after purchase, with no issues on usage at the event. Tickets were for the Cure who are especially managing ticket re-sell very tightly, and there was still no problem.
I stumbled across TickPick online when I saw the exorbitant fees charged by a competitor. It was great to get tickets for a same-day event for the all-in cost, no other BS fees. It allowed me to get parking covered for only a little more than I would have paid for tickets alone,a dn enjoy a weekend MLB game with my son without breaking the bank. The site had accurate views from the seats, easy checkout and tickets were delivered to the MLB ballpark app in minutes. Highly recommended and I'll be coming back to TickPick next time for sure!
I don't like buying tickets on the secondary market because of the exorbitant fees other platforms charge the sellers and buyers. Happy to find a good platform that doesn't charge buyers and has a fair seller fee.
Bought 8 tickets to a college football game this am. Got a message the tickets had been transferred to me by email. Then 3 hours after I bought them got an email telling me they were cancelling the sale because they could sell the tickets for more money to someone else. There website says "All sales are final - no refunds or exchanges". Same with the on hold message on their phone line. But apparently they are not final if they can get a higher dollar sale AFTER they have charged your credit card. All their guarantees are WORTHLESS - they are dishonest scam artists. Do not buy tickets from these clowns. The photo shows the message I received that the tickets had been transferred to me ( as in transferring ownership of the tickets - past tense). Three hours after they transferred ownership of the tickets I HAD PAID FOR they decided to take them back. Taking back something I paid for and owned against my will after the transfer is THEFT plain and simple.

The show was awesome the venue was nice but the parking was miserable. Not sure if I would go back.
These guys are scammers. They take your money immediately when buying but claim it will take 30 days to refund when canceled. Well that is not the truth. It has been 35 days and no response imagine that. These guys are liars. Go with Ticketmaster or a reputable company.

Originally purchased tickets in beginning of June for the Cure 6/20 show at MSG. Got confirmation that the seller got my payment. Struggled to get tickets until 1 hour before the show giving me severe stress of not being able to see the band. I would have liked that the tickets be sent to me after confirmation from the seller that they received the payment. It was a very frustrating the day of the concert!

Tick Pick was new to me do I was a little nervous and afraid of being scammed. I didn't understand having to wait for my tickets to be "live". But my tickets came to life a week before the concert and I was stoked. Yay! This is for real. No extra fees. So the tickets were considerably cheaper than others. I recommend using it next time for an event.

The tickets were a gift and they had SO MUCH FUN! Discounted tickets but the same amount as fun! ABSOLUTELY. AMAZING.
So I was hesitant at first to use TickPick, as I had not heard of the site before. However, the same seats on TickPick were approx $1,000 cheaper than on their competitors site due to the competitors fees. I took a chance and pulled the trigger. My tickets came from the buyer instantaneously and the full experience went off without a hitch. Im happy to say I gave it a try and it was a successful and enjoyable experience!
