Bought tickets for Mother's Day for my mom and we couldn't even open the tickets to downloaded and now they won't return my money because I opened the email. Secondly the theater said they didn't accept the tickets from them so they appear to be falsely selling tickets. I'm outraged and would love to get my 234 dollars back

Tick Pick is so easy and if you have a problem an unable to resolve via email, computer generated assistance, Tick Pick has a live person who can help and both times I have reached out, the representative(s) have been friendly, professional and made sure to assist with resolving issue. I will continue to use the Tick Pick for my entertaining tickets.

Looking for tickets for the game i went to was amazing, I was able to get in section 109 for about $10 a ticket, the best deal I have seen ever off here. Keep trying to find great deals like that more often

I recently purchased tickets to Taylor Swift's Eras tour on TickPick and had a seamless experience. I just wish Secondary market would cap sellers prices, while I had a memorable time with my kids, it's ridiculous the amount of money people are asking, it's full on robbing people and it's selfish and greedy. I am a single mom and just wanted to enjoy the concert with my kids who are 15 and 12, when Ticketmaster wouldn't help, I had no choice but to turn to the secondary market. I spent way more then I ever would on a ticket, something needs to change and I think it's going to have to start with the companies capping

We wanted to go to a concert. Found tickets the day of for 5 people at a responsible price. Enjoyed the fact they don't charge big fees like other sites. Only had a little trouble trying to download the tickets.

The website said he would release the tickets by 6pm. Called tickpick and had them contact the seller, who assured us that he would release the tickets within 5 minutes. Still no tickets after 5 minutes. Meanwhile the game is about to start. We wait a little longer. No tickets.

Finally I have to buy different tickets juts to be able to get into the game. And I never got my money back for the first order from tickpick.

TickPick website is very easy to use and clearly states fees and policies. I've also used it to buy tickets and have been very happy to see all the fees/pricing listed up front. Will definitely use again.

I'll use this site every time I see a show from now on. The ui of the website takes a second to get used to, but when you do it is soooooo much better. It's nice to see a ticket website that is trying to be transparent.

It was not quite what I expected I thought we had our bathrooms on the floor where we were no waiter cause they called off An then I got a pizza An it was cold had to leave concrete to go back An no refund had to get another pizza.I work at a casino am we refund money or credit back no manager was available so for a thousand dollars no was not happy nice venue.I use Tick pick a lot

It was such a smooth and quick experience. Bought the tickets the morning of the show and had tickets delivered by the seller within the next hour to my AXS account. The cheaper prices/lack of service fees was the best bonus!

I purchased tickets once through Tickpick. I then simply VIEWED other tickets and was charged for them. Spent an hour on the phone with them But they were unhelpful and insisted I had purchased the tickets. Spent another servers hours on the phone with my credit card company and they are "opening an investigation. ". I've never had this issue with stubhub or SeatGeek or any of the other sites and use them a lot. Buyer beware if you make the mistake of giving Tickpick your credit card #

I am so pleased with TickPick. I got the ticket on the day of the Hornets game. I received great seats at a great price. The tickets was downloaded very quickly and easliy added to my wallet. I will definitely use TickPick again.

I purchased tickets through TickPick awhile ago. With the event coming up in a couple of weeks I couldn't attend the event due to an unforeseen family emergency.

TickPick couldn't refund me however, their support staff was extremely helpful in helping me resell my tickets. It was a easy process! I was able to get my tickets sold so everything worked out in the end. The team really does their best to work with every buyer. Thanks again guys!

TickPick has been my go to ticket re-seller for over a year now. It is so easy to buy tickets (and parking!) and it is so nice to see the price that you pay from one page through to the billing page. I love that I am not blindsided by a bunch of fees, and generally the overall price ends up cheaper than it does on other reselling ticket sites.

Could not have been any easier to buy tickets. Service fee included in the cost so that you don't have to go all the way through the motions to get to the end and find out the real cost of the tickets. Downloaded right into my wallet and the Penn State app so we could just swipe in to the game.

I actually wasn't at the concert when I purchased these tickets! My friend was in the nosebleeds at the Taylor Swift concert and I watched the prices lower for FRONT ROW! Transfer only took maybe 5 minutes! Such a cool experience to see how close she got to be! <3

I was very nervous because I had never used TickPick before, and this purchase was high stakes. I've been a Taylor Swift fan since I was a teenager and had never been able to get to a tour before. So buying my tickets here was a huge leap of faith. And for a minute, I was very nervous it wasn't going to happen. Our original tickets didn't come through, but after two quick conversations TickPick not only replaced our tickets, but gave us better ones. Brava, this is what the ticket / second hand ticket market should be.
