I bought a ticket from Tickpick and the seller sent me the ticket the next day. I bought two tickets from here and never had any trouble. During the last concert I wanted to see if the prices were actually the lowest so I compared the prices from TickPick to all the other websites and TickPick was the cheapest still. It was only by a couple dollars but I'm still saving something.

I ordered tickets and was worried when it was a few hours before the concert and I hadn't received anything. I emailed TickPick and some responded almost right away. My tickets sellers were not able to fill my order so TickPick was able to get me other tickets for the same price one row closer! I got my tickets and everything worked out perfectly! My daughter and I had a great time!

TickPick is fine to purchase tickets but awful for the sale of a ticket. Their process is very complicated and means you probably will not get paid for a long time. They use Hyperwallet for payment and this is a poor partner and you will see an uphill battle to get paid. I prefer Stubhub or even Ticketmaster which is a low bar to beat!

Purchasing our tickets was a simple process. The website was easy to use and it was the cheapest price as advertised. We received our mobile tickets on our phone which made entry into the event quick.

I was nervous about purchasing Taylor Swift tickets- thankfully all went smoothly and we had a great time. Obviously I wish the tickets were cheaper but they were comparable on Tick Pick, and the price was upfront- nothing hidden.

I cannot thank TickPick enough for their cheap Chiefs tickets. There were NO hidden fees! I booked my tickets through the TickPick app without any issues and got my chiefs tickets shortly after. Everything went as smoothly as possible. Thank you TickPick!

I was recommended to purchase my hockey tickets from TickPick. The price you see is what you pay versus the competitors that show you one price but then when you check out the amount is much higher with the fees. Love TickPick.

If you're sick of paying ridiculous online "service" fees, and like saving money, use Tickpick. I got two tickets to see the RZA show at Warner Theater last week. It would've cost $125+ through the Warner Theater's ticket provider after they added around $50 in service fees. I downloaded Tickpick instead and ended up only paying $60 for the SAME two tickets. Literally cut the price in half. No brainer.

This was my first time using TickPick for my concert ticket purchase. I was very pleased with the experience. The transaction went smooth and like they state...no hidden charges. Want to know what else there wasn't?...no hidden surprises when we got to the venue. The tickets worked without any surprises unlike my experience with another "seat-nerd" ticket seller when we got to the venue only to find my tickets I had paid a fortune for had been resold to someone else after I had purchased them. Luckily I was reimbursed but we had to buy more tickets that were not as close (I had third row floor). Thank you TickPick for a smooth experience.

Well the experience was great! However I had to buy a second set of tickets because it was not clear on GA seating. Typically, GA seating is on the floor…. Not at Credit One Stadium. Don't be fooled. Tickets stated that they were floor. GA seat in Credit One Stadium are in the top sides.

I went to the concert and when my ticket was scanned, it came through as invalid. There was no customer service number that was open to assist on the West Coast. Fortunately, since I had no other choice, I managed to sneak into the concert and sat in the seats that I had purchased, but I missed the first several songs of the set. If you are not going to have customer service available at the time of the concert to manage issues that may arise, you shouldn't be selling the tickets. I will hesitate to purchase from TickPick ever again.

I purchased a ticket specifically for Balcony 307, Row 13 at a Celtics Game and the ticket I purchased was in a different row a few seats up. I purchased this seat specifically because my friends with tickets were in the same row as me, but I didn't get the row I paid for. When I called customer service, they told me adamantly that it is clearly written in the FAQ that you might get a different seat than what you paid for. There isn't a single link to the FAQ during the purchasing process. They pride themselves on being "the most transparent, consumer friendly marketplace" but they are anything but that. You don't even get exactly what you pay for. Can't not recommend these people enough, turned what was supposed to be a fun night into a frustrating experience. Wish I could give 0 stars. Do not trust this website, stick to StubHub.

I was looking for Old Dominion Tickets for May 28th. Looked at all the normal ticket websites i.e., Ticketmaster, Stub Hub, AXS, etc... By the time I put the tickets in my cart and they added their "service fees" of over $200 - the price was too much for me to handle. I looked at TickPick - they had better seats than I was looking at on the other sites. Not only were also less expensive to begin with, but there were no added "junk fees" on top of it - the price was the price! I was a little skeptical at first - did my research - saw both positive and negative reviews, waivered a bit and decided to go for it. It went flawlessly! My tickets were transferred to me in the AXS app within 5 minutes! No issues - super easy - and saved over $400 to boot! I will definitely make TickPick my FIRST go to!

Good app that is easy to use and quick to complete transactions. I have purchased tickets for nba and mlb games multiple times using the app. Hopefully I will get to use it again soon to attend nba, mlb, or nfl.

Prior to my event I contacted customer service because I couldn't download my tickets to Google wallet. It ends up that I couldn't because I used a yahoo email for my purchase! The individual (Kimberly) who had my case was there and answered my questions thoroughly up to the day of my event! She also sent me an email that day to tell me she would be available in case I had issues with my ticket and entry to the venue. All went well and we got in without a problem! I would say tickpick is a future choice for tickets and I highly recommend them! Hopefully all of their customer service reps have the same business ethic and care about their customer! Kimberly is exceptional! Thank you!

Excellent! Can't beat the price. I love your policy; the price you see is what you pay plus applicable taxes. Most people think when I purchase money-saving tickets, that I use STUBHUB, which is more widely known.I know you won't want to hear this: I make no mention of TICKPIK. It's my little $$$ saving secret.

$180 for good floor seats to the Eagles/SD. Easy to order. The only challenge is getting them transferred from Ticketmaster, who still just sucks. Not TP's fault. Super happy and will use the service again and again and again... :)

Wow, this is one of our favorite apps to use. We've purchased so many tickets through TickPick. The prices are fantastic, the app is easy to use, and all of our seats have been amazing. For last-minute tickets at the absolute lowest prices, use TickPick!

I showed up to Taylor Swift concet and they said my tickets had already been used!... drove 3 hours to take my 13 year old. What s disappointment... they sent us to another window and hope the scanner said the same
