First time user of TickPick and some of the reviews had me a little nervous. You don't get tickets instantly like other sites, but I had these within an hour of placing my order. Everything went smooth and the seats were a great value without additional service charges. Got in football game perfectly.
I beg you, please Do Not Purchase Tickets in this site unless you want to lose your money. My tickets were never sent I tried to contact them several times through text,email and calling. I paid extra for Fed Ex which was a scam. They refuse any and all refunds. I don't know why they haven't been shut down. I plan to advise friends and go on line to tell people about what goes on at this so called company. Please go to another site, even if it ends up costing more. Just for Peace of Mind knowing you will receive your tickets. They are complete SCAMMERS!
The seats were excellent and the process was very straightforward.
I was a bit nervous because I didn't buy tickets until about 5 minutes before getting to the gate. But, the purchase was simple, and the delivery of the tickets was very fast. Great deal for the tickets I received
I bought tickets to a Wizards vs. Nets game last minute on my way to the game. I received a great deal, but was nervous since I needed the tickets asap. I gave customer service a call, and they told me that they would call the seller. I received the tickets within five minutes of that phone call. The game was great, I saved money, and I received great customer service. Thanks TickPick!
I had a friend in town and wanted him to go with us to the game. So i grabbed a ticket the night before so that he could go with us. Nice and easy, bought the ticket and the emails sent were self explanatory and very easy to navigate.
Picked up tickets at will call and they didnt work, apparently the original owner of the tickets had duplicates and either sold or used the other copies. This was a common problem for this particular show and something Tickpick needs to resolve in the near future. However customer service was very prompt and as there were no other tickets on tickpick, they reimbursed me in full for the Stubhub tickets I had to buy that were twice as expensive. I hope they charged the original seller the difference in price.
I bought my tickets on the train ride to the concert bc they were the cheapest option and it was so quick and easy. They were delivered to my account quickly and I didn't have to basically almost checkout to see what the total was.
TickPick sent tickets with aisle number and some sort of code that we assumed were seat numbers. At the venue, we were told that wasn't a seat number and we have no seats. We drove a long way and did not get to see the sold out show. Meanwhile Tick Pick took our money and did not provide any tickets
Went to Padres game with our daughter and family. The whole process went very smoothly.
Bought tickets got sent the email without the link to get said tickets. Called customer service to get the tickets. Was told they would send me the tickets again and never heard from them again. Absolutely terrible. DO NOT USE

I was watching the Taylor Swift tickets for a while and was happy to see the one single ticket go for just about face value after I missed the 2 opening acts and a couple of her songs. It took a couple of minutes for the email to come over, saying that the tickets were now in my Ticketmaster account, so that was a bit nerve-wracking.

I am happy that the buying process was easy and straightforward! All went well! I just believe all purchasers should be provided with the face value of the tickets being purchased (shouldn't be optional).

To be honest, I was sceptical when I read the reviews (considering 50% of the reviews are horrible and the other 50% are alright). I'm lucky enough to have had a smooth experience. Made my purchase, had my purchase approved by the seller, and the tickets emailed to me all within a 15 minute period of time.
Not saying this site is the BEST... but it worked out flawlessly for me. I wouldn't risk spending thousands of dollars on tickets from this site, but if you're considering a low priced game, I would take the risk.

I purchased my tickets early enough to attend the event and also for my email to come so I could download my tickets through Ticketmaster so they could be scanned at the event. Well, after being contacted or first, I contacted customer service I received a phone call she sent me another link to see if they were there they weren't, then she told me that she would contact Ticketmaster so they could send me the link directly but that never happened either. So I ended up purchasing more tickets so that we could attend the event. I will no longer use this site. Also I tried to sell my tickets on TickPick, but when I attempted to do that, it told me that it could not discovered the card that I used to buy the tickets in the first place. So all around my experience was horrible. Just horrible.
Easy app to navigate. Easily purchased with PayPal and were sent to me immediately via email and also within the app. Able to transfer to my apple wallet for even easier use.
Everything was great, got the tickets no problem and it was a great game!
