Bought tickets months ago for loge seats last night. At the last moment, I received a call stating the tickets were not available and if we tried to use them we would not be admitted. They offered replacements in the upper balcony. No refunds due to being lesser value tickets. They stated construction at the venue. Checked out the not available seats the night of the concert and saw no construction. The original seats were right there. Sorry tickpix never again.

Me and my fiancée went to the Vikings At Falcons in the Mercedes Benz super-dome and it was a great experience. Nicest stadium I've been to by far and the falcons have good fans so if you are the away team no worries

Was able to get my last minute ticket to see Waterparks for their Property Tour, and it was a great experience! The price was amazing, the electronic transfer was smooth & easy and I was worry free about getting into the show! Had such an amazing time at the show and it was all so much fun!

Tickets arrived right on time. Would be nice, for peace of mind, if they came witehin 24 hours--but no biggie. I find Tik Pick to be much more affordable than their competitors- whose sevice charges have gotten rediculous. I wish Tik Pick could form a formal alliance with the University of Maryland to handle all of the ticket resales for season ticket holders. There were about 3,000 no-shows in the season ticket holder sections.

Was trying to buy tickets to a concert, denied by perfectly fine credit card twice so I chose venmo and was charged when I bought them. Got a confirmation email and everything. A day before the concert, I get an email saying someone bought the tickets before me and I don't have them anymore. Offered me a $10 credit but now tickets are triple the price. Not only have I not gotten venmoed back, but they charged my credit card TWICE. I've been charged 3 times for tickets I do not have and all they said was oops sorry adn gave me a credit. Will never use the credit bc I will never use this service again. Absolutely terrible and their customer service is even worse.

The price you see is the price you get at check out instead of using other sites and they all have different fee prices that you don't see til you check out. With tickpick it's straigh forward. Plus they offer payment plans. Use them twice so far this year.

Seats where great! It was my first bucks game and a very memorable one arena was fantastic and food and drink were amazing as well all around great experience

I purchased tickets to a concert and the seller sent me the wrong concert date. The seller tried to rectify by saying he can get tickets to the right concert date by the end of the week. That never happened. I contacted tickpick and they said he has 72 hours to give me the tickets. Mind you I was going to Chicago for this show and I live in DC. Why can't I just get a refund and he resell the tickets with the correct date to someone else? Oh and the email I received said they will provide the tickets by the 12th and the concert is on the 13th. That's not 72 hours.

Highly doubt they'll allow this to get published, but i bought a ticket to a show that was falsely advertised. They said it was a floor GA ticket, i purchased a floor GA ticket. And when i received the ticket, it was for the 2nd row on the floor behind the GA, 200 feet away from the stage. Not general admission at all. Was not what i purchased, was totally lied to. The ticket was totally misrepresented. Customer service did nothing and said "all sales are final, sorry." so i bought another ticket on st|_|b hûb. Don't ever use this ticket service. Buy using one of the many sites, ones who represent the tickets properly and don't lie to you. Had lots of success with a particular "seat nerd". You can't trust this site at all. Take your hard earned money somewhere else, unless you're happy with a ticket in a section that you didn't purchase.
The concert itself was fantastic, though.

We got tickets for The Dancing With the Stars 2024 Tour. Great seats + decent pricing with no glitches= A Fun Night! I cannot wait for the next event or concert🙂

They sent me tickets that were counterfeit, and then still haven't received my refund! I have been given excuses and no results! Don't trust this company

I liked seeing total price vs getting the fees calculated later in process of ordering. However WAY TOO overpriced! But all aftermarket sellers did this.

So, I bought tickets to a UCLA basketball game -- downloaded, no problem. Then I bought tickets to a USC basketball game -- and that's when things went off the rails.

The tickets were mobile only. But that didn't work. So I tried 'claiming' them as printable. The seller 'transferred them to me -- but because I'd claimed them as printable and they were mobile-only, they disappeared into somewhere between the seller and me. TickPick couldn't do anything, I couldn't do anything, USC couldn't do anything -- at least not by phone.

The happy ending to the story is that when I got to the box office and showed them the email I'd printed out saying I'd claimed the tickets, they just re-printed real ones and it all worked out fine.

The "integration" between some college box offices and secondary sites like this one is definitely lacking -- but it's hard to pin blame (well, okay: mostly I blame SC).

Between no fees and the ease of receiving my tickets, TickPick is always my go to for buying tickets to shows and events. Always find the best prices and is always a good reliable experience. When someone is looking for an affordable good time with no fees, send them TickPicks!
