My tickets didn't arrive. Tick pick refused to refund or offer alternative tickets. It isn't worth using this site - I lost a lot of money on these tickets.

Kept me updated on availability and price fluctuations for the event I wanted. Good communication. Good service.

Found seats that looked good, price shown as all-in price is so much better than sites that add fees and service charges at checkout! Ticket delivery was fast and seamless.

This place scamms people, lies to them and cheatd honest people out of their money. Bought tickets 7,5 months in advance, was supposed to get them 7,5 months later.Of course i never got any tickets and they refused to refund me because the tickets got sold to another customer. They couldn't tell me this 7,5 months ago? Cheaters

Tried for a week to get tickets through other websites and apps, finally after many failed attempts I tried tickpick and my seats were confirmed first try.

I love that there are no hidden fees. My ticket was delivered to me before the show and it was easy to get in. I had a blast! Would use TickPick again.

We purchased the tickets. Received them on our phone right away and we t to the game the next day. Seats were even better than expected. Will definitely use this service again!

Would give zero stars if I could. Purchased tickets to a sporting event, downloaded their app, had Digital copy of the tickets, when I got there the venue said it was invalid and someone was already sitting in the seats I purchased. No customer service, no refund, SCAM! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Bought last minute tickets to the chicago fire game last weekend. Got good seats at a good price. Great that my two $28 tickets cost $56 total. Really liked that there were no fees or add on charges

Just learned about TickPick while trying to buy tickets for the Eagles concert in St. Paul last Friday.
I will always use TickPick. GREAT and quick service.

Did not get my ticket sale money. I listed my Cardinals 1st-row season tickets on this site. They "sold". I uploaded the PDFs as required. I was told PDFs did not work the day after the game and I was told I was charged a surcharge for the PDFs failing to work. So I wasted tickets and was told I would be charged extra for their failure.

Kudos to tickpick... my third time buying my ticket from them... I've never been disappointed... I've also referred my friend and his experience was awesome too... Please keep up the good service!

I had seen TickPick mentioned on a few Facebook group pages I follow and decided to try it for the Cole Swindell concert at Yaamava'. I favorited the concert and watched the available tickets for a couple of weeks. I made my purchase the day before the concert and within a half hour I had my ticket. I know I paid less for my ticket than most of those people seated near me. I have been recommending the app to my concert-loving friends.

Transferring of tickets was super easy and the fam enjoyed the basketball game. Other then they lost. Lol.

I took my son to AZ for Cubbies with tickets from Tick Pick for 3 of the games. Game one- tickets rejected at gate! Called TickPick emergency phone and "no reos available". Had to buy from scalpers- they said next day it was a technical issue and refunded the cost of original tickets. We were stuck by scalpers. Two days later EXACT SAME THING... Got TickPick on phone with Cubs ticketing and they could not rectify. Cubs said seller had recalled tickets after I bought them. TickPick says tough luck. They claim to guarantee that "tickets will be valid for admission"- well that is a lie. If they make it to your app its on you- even if Tick Pick failed to get them in your name. Take it from the Cubs who advised "NEVER BUY FROM TICK PICK "
