It was my first time buying tickets for any event and for my first concert to boot. Spending so much money but getting a discount for my first order is what drove me to buying with them! The selection of cheap seats combined with the even better seats is what really kept me! My section was great I LOVED LOVED LOVED the show!

This was one of the most fun events I have ever been to live, 10 out of 10!
We had such a great time that we already registered for tickets for next years event!

Purchased Taylor Swift tickets right when conservative was starting. Buyer transferred tickets quickly and we were in our seats well before Taylor came on.

First time using TickPick, but won't be the last. Easily purchased the tickets I wanted and got them almost immediately. Have no hesitation to utlitze this site again.

Very simple to pick tickets - pay - receive

Brewers stadium was great - parking fine - concession prices way way too high. $8 tater tots - $14 can of beer - no draft within a mile

Great and easy experience. Love to know the total price up front, they take Apple Pay which makes things super easy and tickets were emailed within a few minutes. Couldn't have gone better.

Was looking for tickets at 8pm in Detroit. All other main ticket sites shutdown and stopped offering sales. Heard about Tickpick, $833 and got front row seats. Will never forget it.

Wasn't sure what to expect, but it was exactly like promised, and not seeing another hundred dollars with the fees. Tacked onto things at the end is marvelous. We will do this again.

This site is a rip off and charges more than what the actual tickets are. What a scam smh. Please do your research before you give money away to sites like these.

I used them twice and one time they would not give me my money back after a shooting scare at the Global Citizen Festival 2018. Everyone left and they would not let me back in. NO SHOW AND NO REFUND. Second time they cancelled my tickets so they were invalid at the door and said the seller priced them too low.? WHAT

Was a great experience for me to see a basketball game as a tourist visitor, I really enjoyed it! And it's always nice to book it through TickPick cause they always have good deals :)

I waited until the show started to buy tickets because I scoured for WEEKS! Show started and this was the only platform with affordable tickets. Stubhub, VividSeats and Seatgeek just STEAL from their fans and sellers. BEST resale ticket platform.

"David" no longer planned to use his Lion King tickets so we picked them up. We had to open a Ticketmaster account, then accept a transfer. All went smoothly.

Great. Event was sold out at ticket counter I went on Ticpick and had my ticket transferred to me in time to walk inside well before first pitch. Cool.

We thought all hope was lost. Then we checked Tick Pick and noticed some last minute floor seats and bought them! So thankful we were able to get these!

Bought last minute concert tickets to see Bryan Adams. Cheaper than Ticketmaster due to low demand, and tickets were delivered to me right away. Would definitely use TickPick again!

Was worried when I kept getting notifications about how our tickets were available and needed to be downloaded. I had already downloaded them and put in my apple wallet.

Purchased tickets to Garth Brooks for charlotte nc for $380 for 2 tickets first complaint is how they price gouged when face value was about 70.00. My biggest complaint and concern was purchasing said tickets and then not having them in hand which I believe is absurd. Granted concert not until may and I purchased dec 6th but I had a super uh uneasy feeling about it immediately after purchase and started looking at reviews and better business bureau etc and it was warranted for me to have these uneasy feelings. I contacted support at tick pick asked to cancel order if I couldnt have the tickets in hand they said not available due to venue not releasing them and it was at that moment I realized I had completely been scammed out of 380.00 because I know for a fact tickets were released from the venue because I have several friends going and already have there tickets I requested money back and they tell me all sales are final and theres nothing they can do. I for one week extremely hard for my money as do other people and all I ask is please return my money it's now March 11 and still no tickets at this point I dont want them I just want my money back because even reading reviews it's a well known fact at this point even if I would receive them theres a huge chance they wont be valid at the time of the concert please make this right and refund my money your site should be shut down! Obviously no legit place is going to hold tickets until 2 days before event when they have for sure been released from a venue that's just an excuse to keep someone hanging in the balance

This is just a pathetic money grab outfit that offers NO real help in resolving questions or concerns about the upcoming event. I actually spoke by phone to a rep once, and exchanged emails at length later. This was after I was ignored 2 days prior to my event (Rolling Stones in Dallas 2021). Only AFTER I missed the concert due to not receiving tickets, these TickPick clowns told me I received the tickets thru a 3rd party email that I was not expecting, and no info from TickPick... BUT THEY COULD NOT SHOW ME THAT INFO BEFORE THE CONCERT.
$1158 lost. I'll be happy to share the last string of pathetic emails from them.

Tick Pick has given me the opportunity to get to some ball games without breaking the bank. Times are tough financially for many people. It's a nice little treat for myself for sure.

I had my first experience with Tick Pick when purchasing tickets for the Usher residency in Las Vegas. It was seamless and fhe concert was icing on the cake!

Elton John reschedule 2 times because of covid19 tick pick kept saying the notification will come never did no email no phone call lost 700 my daughter graduation lost too hotel not to mention didn't get see Elton John I am social security took my check to buy these tkts I am do hurt and disguised by the this I want a refund don't use this co for tkts

Picked up some great seats for a Los Angeles Clippers game. My son and I had the best time. Thank you TickPick for coming through for us!
