First time user of TickPick and some of the reviews had me a little nervous. You don't get tickets instantly like other sites, but I had these within an hour of placing my order. Everything went smooth and the seats were a great value without additional service charges. Got in football game perfectly.
I beg you, please Do Not Purchase Tickets in this site unless you want to lose your money. My tickets were never sent I tried to contact them several times through text,email and calling. I paid extra for Fed Ex which was a scam. They refuse any and all refunds. I don't know why they haven't been shut down. I plan to advise friends and go on line to tell people about what goes on at this so called company. Please go to another site, even if it ends up costing more. Just for Peace of Mind knowing you will receive your tickets. They are complete SCAMMERS!
Having to wait for the tickets was a little unnerving, but I did get them about 1 week prior so THAT part was good! Otherwise no fees is TRULY awesome. I'll definitely use again.
Ticket prices were great, as they clearly listed on the ticket listing and their website, that purchasers MUST CLAIM the tickets from the Seller AFTER purchases, BUT, they did NOT inform me that my ticket Seller was TICKETMASTER, so I had no idea it was TICKETMASTER, but eventually realized it was. And confirmed and claimed them.
In short, they should inform Buyers who the Seller of the tickets are, so Buyers know when they get the CLAIM info email.

I was a bit nervous being a first time user, although a family member has made this app his app of choice. The entire process was quite simple and I received my tickets right away.
My husband and I decided to be spontaneous and buy some Twins Tickets the day of the game. The seats were amazing, and we had a wonderful experience! TickPick had lower fees than other platforms.
My experience was great from the ease of purchasing to the transfer of tickets to attending a great show. I will definitely use TickPick again. The bonus is it saved me about $140 in fees.
Received the tickets in time and no issues accessing. Would be nice if I could add the tickets to Apple wallet. You have to click on each ticket and scan. With Apple wallet you can just tap to enter.

Easy to use, with no added fees. If you have an iPhone it is best to transfer your tickets to your wallet since the wifi at the stadium is intermittent.
Great performance. Very energetic. Loved Melanie Martinez and the show she put on. No problem with the mobile tickets at all. Got right thru the gate at The Mann Music Center.

I was hesitant since I hadn't heard of them but after price shopping I decided to give them a shot because they were the cheapest by far. I received my tickets in a timely manner and had no issues!
They sell FAKE TICKETS, I bought 2 digital tickets for a concert in Kaseya Center in Miami for Enrique Iglesias / Pitbull on 11/10/23 when I arrived and scanned the tickets the staff checked them due to a RED light and the tickets were FAKE. They are SCAMMERS.

Long story short. I bought a 'will call' ticket, got a receipt for a 'will call' ticket, went to the game and there was no ticket. Came home and after searching the internet, to find contact information, tried calling them, only to hear music and then hear the phone go dead. Tried to email them. Got a response but it sure wasn't timely. Meanwhile, I found an email from them in my junk email folder that had an electronic ticket (product substitution). They at first tried to tell me this was my problem. After 3 emails, I think they realized they did not deliver as promised and gave my account a credit. So if you are going to use this service, realize that customer service is not up to par, add them to you email address book (to keep any last minute changes they make from going into your junk folder), Adding their telephone number to your phone just in case, but my experience is that the telephone is not adequately manned. Realize emails also are very slow.
My previous use went flawless, this one went horrible. Just be aware that they may do a "switch-er-roo" on you and you may not know it. Keep a smart phone with you, check your junk email folder. If you need to contact them, don't expect any timely response.
Good Luck - Hopefully what happened to me won't happen to you - Just be prepared in case it does
There was supposed to be a ticket for me at will call window. Was there for an hour and a half before the game and the ticket never came. Went to the stadium (cost of parking and my time) for nothing. I have called the credit card company to put a complaint in. We'll see what happens. Don't use these guys unless you want disappointment and wasted time and money!
Update: Found a number for them. I called it. Went to music and then hung-up on me.

Your tickets are not guaranteed to be where you planned on them to be located. They will bait and switch you and not show you the actual ticket until you purchase. Do not use!
Thank you TickPick for being the only honest ticket resale site I could find, and I have looked at plenty. Other, more well-known ticket resale sites may appear to offer the tickets you want for a somewhat lower cost per ticket. But by the time you get to the check out page, which often requires entering a credit card number, you get hit with outrageous service fees. But at TickPIck, the service and email delivery fees for my purchase today were a total of ZERO, exactly as they advertise. So in the end, I saved considerably on the total price even though the nominal price of the tickets was somewhat higher than on other sites. Moreover, my tickets (to a college football game) were delivered within minutes, and were two seats together in a prime section, exactly as advertised. In sum, the price I saw for the tickets was the price I paid -- no hidden add-ons! I am sold on TickPick, because I do not like being scammed by other sites that lead you on, only to gouge you with a ridiculous service fee at the end. Trust me, if your experience is like mine, you will pay much less with TickPick.

Fantastic view from one of the most beautiful ballparks in America. I was able to land 2 great seats for cheap using TickPick about 20 minutes before the game started. The view was amazing!
I would like to report something very serious: TickPick is selling tickets for Madonna tour and they simply charge the value and do not deliver the ticket. I made two TickPick email complaints and they are saying that they can not give the tickets now to avoid cloning. This does not really make sense.
They said I knew that, but I WAS NOT INFORMED ABOUT THAT.
When I bought the tickets they did not inform me that I would have them on hand only two days before the show. I justdo not accept that. I want to be sure that I will attend the show and for that I demand my tickets delivered.
Why did Razorgator.com deliver the ticket for October 15 on the same day and TickPick can not do the same?
