First time user of TickPick and some of the reviews had me a little nervous. You don't get tickets instantly like other sites, but I had these within an hour of placing my order. Everything went smooth and the seats were a great value without additional service charges. Got in football game perfectly.
I beg you, please Do Not Purchase Tickets in this site unless you want to lose your money. My tickets were never sent I tried to contact them several times through text,email and calling. I paid extra for Fed Ex which was a scam. They refuse any and all refunds. I don't know why they haven't been shut down. I plan to advise friends and go on line to tell people about what goes on at this so called company. Please go to another site, even if it ends up costing more. Just for Peace of Mind knowing you will receive your tickets. They are complete SCAMMERS!
Great experience. I bought the tickets 2 hours before the show and I was nervous I wouldn't sent them sent to my email in a timely manner but they were sent almost instantly! Very smooth process
I had the best first experience, I was hesitant because i have never used before and i had bought tickets from a different site and they were cancelled and the show had already started but I took a risk with purchasing from here and I received my tickets SO fast, I've never gotten resale tickets sent to me so quickly and I got to get in the show only missing a few songs and this turned my whole day around and made it the best birthday I have ever had
Decided last minute to go to a MLB Dodger game. On the way to the stadium I hopped on TickPick found great seats, one click and the tickets were mine. The price you see is the price you get. So Easy!

A little stressful waiting for online tickets, but convenient and great for finding tickets. Lawn seats had a seat #, but no worries, they worked fine.
The event was awesome but had a hard time pulling tickets up because of no signal in the area had to go to the box office for a signal. But I will always use Tick pick for every event

Always has the best prices compared with other sites. I only use other sites in the rare case tickpick does not have tickets for the show I'm interested in.

Great experience buying these tickets, downloading these tickets, and using these e-tickets at the venue. New experience for this old gal and i 100% will do it again.
I purchased tickets for Chris Stapleton in Biloxi in March of 2020. The concert was of course delayed and then cancelled due to COVID. Concert now shows a tentative date in fall 2021. I made numerous requests for a refund. When you dont get the service you paid for how can you NOT get a refund. The tickets were over $400. They won't refund because they say it has been delayed not cancelled. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY EXTREMELY UNETHICAL. TICKPICK SUCKS!

We had problems getting the tickets to show the barcode and almost missed the show. The people at the ticket booth were able to help but it was very stressful.
Awhile back I had purchased some tickets that obviously weren't going to arrive on time so they upgraded our tickets to much better tickets. I've always had a great experience. Thanks!

Have purchased tickets for about 3 different events on TikPick.The purchases were quick, easy, and paying less for processing makes is a bonus. I paid a great price for great seats!
I was looking for tickets to see tool January 22nd.
I purchased these tickets and 2 days later found out I could not go. I went on website and learned there were NO REFUNDS! This was my fault for not seeing that before I purchased them. I'm sure the website would have alerted people before hitting confirm. What pisses me off is the fact that I can't be refunded and also I then wS told I would not get my tickets until the daybefore the concert. Wtf! That's a bunch of crap so I can't even sell them. They said I can sell them on their platform but they take 15percwnt of whst you sell them for! Then they told me I would have my tickets by January 9th. It's now the 11th and now they are telling me I was given the wrong information. They try and decide you by saying no charge to use platform. I am not out 418 dollars
