First time using TickPick, it couldn't have been easier, seat views were fantastic! And I got the tickets right after my payment went through. Would highly recommend! A+

When you choose tickets on the website beware! You will have to click on the Filter tickets first. Otherwise you will be looking at potential limited obstructed view seats and buy them. BE CAREFUL!

I will never use this app again. I bought tickets here and had nothing but headaches. When you purchase your tickets the seller has to transfer them over to you. Got the email but the link never worked to transfer the tickets. Called customer service and that was hard to get intouch with someone. Now I am on my way to a concert an hour and a half away still trying to get these tickets. Tick pick calls the seller to redo it and he never does. So then I called back and they tell the seller to send it to them and they will pdf me the tickets. This never happened. I am outside the venue waiting for my tickets. I get another person they tell me they are sorry so I say it is 10 minutes before it starts what do we do. They say they can't do anything it is up to the seller. So I want a refund because I didn't get the tickets and they can't do that either. Tickpick suggested I go to the box office and explain the situation to see if they would help with the proof I bought them and they did. So if you want to be stressed out then go ahead and buy tickets with them. I rather stay with stubhub with a fee and not have the headaches. They guarantee tickets they don't have it was amazing let me tell you.

Dermot Kennedy have the performance of his life, as always. The pit was super close to the stage and my fiancé & I had the best view we've ever had out of the 30+ shows we've attended.

Bought Ranger tickets to MSG on TickPick. Transfer of tickets from TickPick to Ticketmaster/MSG was seamless, tickets electronically delivered 2 full days before the event, no problems.

App would not open at check in. I wish we could add tickets to our wallet on iPhone. I had to search my photos to find tickets good thing I took photo otherwise I would have not beable to get in.

Purcahsed tickets the night before the event. It was really simple and easy. I received a confirmation email immediately. The morning of the event the tickets were in my email.

TickPick was a good experience. Everything happened as it should. My seats were excellent. I had no issue getting into the venue.

I've tried selling on here but they don't have their own website to transfer tickets. You have to send them to the buyers email which if you sell tickets you know that's going to bite you when they find cheaper seat or can't attend. They just say you never sent them or that they can't download them. Never had a problem with StubHub or Ticketmaster because you send them to them and that's you part of the deal. I've been contacted by email several times telling me to resend the tickets because the buyer can't figure how to download them or lost the email. I just got a email saying that I didn't deliver 2 tickets which sold for 326$ Also I owe 489$ for the costumer so he won't give them a bad review and the inconvenience. I sent them proof of transfer and they said it didn't matter. -815$$ for tickets I delivered scam! And they charge the same to sell your tickets as other sites 15% I have had zero problems with any other sites I sell on. So I would not sell anything on this scam website.

Purchased two single seat tickets for the New Orleans Eliana C's Los Angeles Lakers NBA tickets and the tickets were invalid. I flew down from Kansas City specifically for this event and not receive the service you were supposed to provide.
