First time user of TickPick and some of the reviews had me a little nervous. You don't get tickets instantly like other sites, but I had these within an hour of placing my order. Everything went smooth and the seats were a great value without additional service charges. Got in football game perfectly.
I beg you, please Do Not Purchase Tickets in this site unless you want to lose your money. My tickets were never sent I tried to contact them several times through text,email and calling. I paid extra for Fed Ex which was a scam. They refuse any and all refunds. I don't know why they haven't been shut down. I plan to advise friends and go on line to tell people about what goes on at this so called company. Please go to another site, even if it ends up costing more. Just for Peace of Mind knowing you will receive your tickets. They are complete SCAMMERS!
Bought a ticket to a Rangers vs LA Angels game -Front row just off home plate. Drove 3.5 hours to Dallas, bought a parking space enroute during a stop for gas. I noticed that I had multiple copies of the parking pass when I presented it to park - didn't think anything of it. Got to the front gate -NO TICKET-. I did not get any notice that they had not received the ticket. When I called TickPicks I discovered I not only did not have a ticket I had purchased 30 [THIRTY PARKING SPACES] $330. When I simply selected a parking lot and clicked purchase. I still have no idea how. I had to fight with a supervisor for over 30 minutes while still outside the stadium to get them to commit to giving me a refund. So no great seat and no ball game and an enormous headache all thanks to TickPicks. NEVER AGAIN. I would have been better off with a scalper.
Seamless purchase of sports events tickets, quick, easy and great value. Walked right in and had a very good time at the ballpark.

Tick Pick is a good resource for sold out tickets. Easy to navigate and prices are transparent. Customer service is the weak point.

Didn't get to see wemby play due to him resting but it was a great time & game first NBA game together & ended up catching her a shirt section was next to the DJ that kept the vibe up

I bought tickets 2 weeks in advance for Taylor Swift concert and did not receive them. I was told to wait till an hour before the event to see if I would get them and I never did. So I then was on the phone for an hour trying to get replacement. I finally got replacement tickets but only a few mins before the event began. THIS IS THE MOST STRESSFUL AND FRUSTRATING THING THAT I HAVE EVER BEEN THROUGH! THEY TELL ME THAT THEY GAVE THE SELLER A DEADLINE OF 11am the DAY of the event and then tell me that it wasn't actually set and I I have to WAIT TILL AN HOUR BEFORE. WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AND COMPANY AGAIN. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM. It will only give you gray hairs.

Tickets where Great and had an awesome view! The prices where worth the experience as well the AXS was a great App to get our tickets and use them.
