My sons 12th birthday was 3 days ago and all he wanted was to see his very first MLB game and the Houston Astros play. I tried Vivid Seats, StubHub, and Ticketmaster and others... although I found the same prices, the servicing fees were outrageous! I wanted so bad to make this happen for my son, but knew I couldn't afford these costs/fees for myself, my husband, and our son.

I found TickPick in a google search, saw that there were NO SERVICE FEES, searched for tickets, and found 3 seats on the first baseline... 2nd ROW! When I selected them and went to checkout. I noticed the cost almost seemed too good to be true. I was so desperate to make this happen that I just clicked "purchase now" and didn't think twice.

Then. Those little voices on my shoulders started causing doubt in my mind. So I started to read the reviews. My heart sunk. I read so many unhappy people with this service... I completely doubted the decision I just made. However, I did see some really good reviews as well that I decided to "stick it out".

THANK GOD I DID!

TickPick completely came through and DID NOT DISAPPOINT! The excitement on his face and in his voice were all I needed to know that I made the right choice on tickets! He had the best time of his life, had amazing seats, he got to meet his favorite Astros player while signing autographs (Jose Altuve), and although the Astros didn't win... it was a night full of his first MLB experience memories with his parents!

As a first time user, I was impressed at how quick and easy TickPick is to navigate and transfer tickets. And the price was right!

Bought tickets last minute to go to a hockey game with a friend and got cheap tickets through the app. Was an easy process.

TickPick facilitates fraud. They allowed my account to be either externally or internally criminally hacked and proceeded to allow the criminal scammer to change the name on my account without alerting me and order 7 tickets to two time sensitive Dallas sporting events on 12/23 and again on 12/24. I alerted Tickpick via phone on 12/24 and email that my account had been hacked and that my credit card info needed to be removed from their website. I also submitted a form twice to close my account to prevent further fraud. They've refused to remove my credit card and are continuing to facilitate fraudulent use and orders on my account.

One of their employees has hacked my account and is placing orders with my credit card or they're just allowing an external criminal to gain continued access to my account. My card is still on file and my account hasn't been secured. How stupid of a company allows someone to change the name on the account and not alert the actual owner of the account. Overall, TickPick has charged my credit card $1,418.08 and there is $1,532.82 Pending. They have yet to contact me and secure my account. They haven't once admitted this is fraud and that my account was hacked. They're a fraudulent company ran by inept and idiotic criminals. Their customer service is abhorrent and the worst of the worst. It's unbelievably bad how poorly run this company is. I had multiple phone calls with TickPick managers in December and they all said to dispute the charges and they would refund me. My credit card company just alerted me that Tickpick is refusing to refund the charges and claiming they're invalid. They're even lying and claiming that I've had an account since 2013 when I didn't even hear of this idiotic and criminal company until a year ago. I'm lawyered up and they won't get away with this. Customers and sellers beware and do not do business with Tickpick.

Mets game was amazing. 7-4 win, and a free hockey jersey! I surely plan to use TickPick for another Met's game soon.
