MY DAUGHTER AND WIFE WERE SCAMMED OUT OF $238 ON MY CREDIT CARD THEY SAID IT WAS SENT NEVER GOT IT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BEYOND PATHETIC,THE SELLER SCREEN SHOTTED FROM HER PHONE AND PROBABLY DID A CANCEL TRANSFER CAUSE THE BOX OFFICE EVEN SAID THE ORDER NUMBER NOTHING WAS COMING UP FOR TICKETMASTER AND DISCOVER MY CREDIT CARD THERE PATHETIC TOO AS THE SIDED IN FAVOR OF TICKPICK SIMPLY CAUSE OF THIS BOGUS SCREEN SHOT I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO BBB,STATE OF NY ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE,STATE SENATOR CHUCK SCHUMERS OFFICE AS THIS HAS TO STOP THAT HONEST PEOPLEARE GETTING SCAMMED AND THEY TICKPICK AND SELLERS KNOW EXACTLY HOW TO CON THE CREDIT CARD COMPANYS CAUSE MY DAUGHTER HAS TICKETMASTER AND IT NEVER WAS SENT OR RECIEVED AND MY 15 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER WAS IN ABSOLUTE TEARS ON MAY 23RD AT HARD ROCK CASINO FOR JONAS BROTHERS SO SAD THAT THIS SELLER ( MARIA) SCAMMED A DISABLED IRAQ WAR VETERAN.I HOPE KARMA COMES BACK TO THIS PATHETIC HUMAN BEING.ALSO ONE CUSTOMER SERVICE WOMAN WHEN I ASKED WHAT DOES ""PHI"" IN ORDER MEAN SHE SAID ""PHILADELPHIA""I SAID ""OH REALLY THE CONCERT WAS IN ATLANTIC CITY" AND SHE HUNG UP ON ME.NEXT TIME I RATHER SPEND THE MONEY AND DIRECTLY GO THROUGH TICKETMASTER-SO EVERYONE KEEP A EYE OUT IF YOU EVER SEE THIS SELLER SELLING TICKETS ON TICKPICK--SHES A FRAUD

Used TickPick twice this week for Magic@ bulls games. It's my go-to now. I love the all in pricing.

I got great seats super cheap, 8 rows up from front row

I searched for two tickets for the Vikings-Giants game on Friday 1/13/2023 and was charged for three tickets due to a flaw in how tickets are suggested on the website. I spoke to customer support multiple times and was told it was my error and my only resolution was to email and hope for a response from management. Sequence of events:

1. Identified two tickets to purchase (on mobile page) and completed checkout process. Hit the purchase button.
2. A modal page popped up telling me someone had purchased my tickets(why didn't it lock them?) and suggesting two other tickets in the same section. The price of the two tickets was within $2 of the original tickets, so I hit the accept button.
3. The modal closed and took me to the bottom of the checkout page with the purchase button active and no other information visible as the page was scrolled all the way down.
4. I hit the purchase button and was taken to the receipt page, which showed I had been charged for three tickets at a cost of nearly $200 more than what had been shown on the modal.
5. I immediately called customer service and was told that I would receive a callback either Friday afternoon or Saturday morning after they investigated the issue. I expressed urgency because the event was on Sunday and was told that is all they could do.
6. By Saturday afternoon I had not received a call back, so I called again. I was told the technical team was reviewing the logs and would get back to me at the latest on Sunday morning. I again expressed urgency, but was told we had to wait for the technical team.
7. No one got back to me on Sunday, so I accepted the tickets (there was no option to accept only 2 of the 3) and went to the game and used 2 tickets.
8. No callback on Monday.
9. I called customer support on Tuesday and was told that the technical team believed I had switched the quantity of tickets and the best they would do was to refund the seller fees on only the third ticket to my tickpick account. They also said "because I accepted the tickets", when the only reason I accepted the tickets was because they didn't respond when they said they would, so I had to to go to the game.
10. I asked to speak to management and was told that I needed to write them an email laying out exactly what happened. I pointed out that I'd already told people on the phone what happened 3 times and would prefer if they'd just let me talk to them or they give me a call. They said management doesn't take calls.
11. I was abruptly put on hold, which gave me a moment of optimism that I was getting somewhere only to have the rep come back and reiterate that I changed the quantity and it was my issue, so the only recourse was the credit for seller fees and to email management.

I ended the call and decided to write only my second review ever, due to how terrible the experience is. Stay away from TickPick. They're not much cheaper than the other major players and they don't seem as mature in their processes or systems.
