I bought a pair of converse a few months back, went to finally wear them, and the sent me 2 different sizes. They will not take them back, double check your shoe orders everytime.

I ordered a Breakfast Club t-shirt from Tilly's Online, and it came with two to three stains on the front of it. I had to send back the damaged merchandise, spending my own money for a bag; and I had to call them to get the return postage because their online software for returns could not find my order, even though I was reading the order number off of the receipt and zip code off of the bag in which it came. They also still charged me for the shipping of the faulty product, so I lost $5.95 for that. If I could, I'd give them 0 stars, since I am irritated about this. I would never shop with them again, and this was my first attempted "purchase" with this shoddy company. I've had so many good experiences with shopping online for t-shirts, so I didn't look for any reviews, a mistake that won't happen again. Don't shop with them; they're horrible! I've bought approximately 50 t-shirts in the past 4 to 5 months. If you want good t-shirts for fair prices which--so far--have come undamaged: Liquid Blue, TeePublic, Printerval, Redbubble, and Amazon have all been good to me. This is the first t-shirt I've needed to return, so I guess 2% (1/50) is not too bad as far as luck. I can't really speak for these companies' returns because I've never had to return a shirt, but I would expect them to be better...one would hope.

I called customer service because my order still had the security tag on it. The lady's response was "Sorry, I don't work in the warehouse. Have a great day" and hung up on me. Thanks for no help.

TILLY'S PROTECTS IDENTITY THIEVES - DO NOT SHOP THERE.

I recently confirmed a fraudulent charge made on my credit card at Tillys' website and, when I asked for the name and/or address of the purchaser, I was told that they will not give out any information, including even confirming where the merchandise was sent, as a "matter of policy, because of potential liability." Apparently, Tillys is more worried about "potential liability" to a thief than it is worried about potential liability to a legitimate credit card holder. IF YOU VALUE THE SANCTITY OF YOUR IDENTITY, DON'T SHOP THERE.

Placed an order for 3.99 shoelaces and didnt see anywhere that the shipping was 20.95 until after i hit pay by paypal and it said thank you for your oder of 24.95 we immediately emailed them to cancel the order that we were unaware of the shipping costs and do not want the item. They emailed us at 6am that it was too late to cancel it had been processed. We called and learned that it supposedly shipped at 9am west coast time 12noon east coast 6 hours after they said it was processed. I said nowhere did it show the charge you were charging and would agree to pay the regular shipping fee they refused and also informed me it wouldnt arrive until tues because of memorial day.we ordered thursday 4:00 west coast time, never order from this site again!

Twelve days ago I ordered two pairs of Rainbows flip flops. Tillys was selling them for a great price and so I didn't think anything of it. Here I am 12 days later wondering where my package is, I go to track my order using the stupid ID they gave me and it says "no package can be found with that ID". HM WHAT THE HECK. So I of course email customer service asking where the heck my package and when they plan on sending it to me. They tell me that they are sorry and give me instructions on how to report a package missing. Is that their way of telling me I'm not getting my shoes? ANNOYED AND WILL NEVER BUY FROM THERE AGAIN!

So Disappointed!

I am soooo beyond disappointed in this store. I was assured by the store manager at the Tualatin, OR store that I could exchange the merchandise for a different size if it didn't fit my daughter, even though it was clearance. I took my daughter to the store tonight and another manager would not exchange it for me. I told her one of the other managers assured me that it was ok'd but she didn't care. What kind of store doesn't stand behind their employees promises? DON'T SHOP THERE. THEY LIE!

FRAUD.

I tried to order a jacket from Tilly's website because I had a $20 gift card. The jacket was like $40, but I figured I would only be paying for 1/2 of it out of pocket, so that's fine. When checking out I kept getting an error message that basically said that something was wrong with my credit card info so I needed to re-type it in. That's what I did- multiple times. Finally, I got frustrated and looked up reviews for Tilly's, because I wanted to see if other people were having the same issues. People were commenting about Tilly's stealing money, so I checked my bank account, and guess what? THEY CHARGED ME FULL PRICE FOR THE JACKET. It's still displaying an error message, so I'm pretty sure I'm not getting my jacket. And what happened to my gift card?

This is the worst on-line merchant with the most horrible CS EVER! I ordered a Chant on 8/10/13 received it 8/20/13 (okay they are West Coast, I am East Coast so give them the benefit of the doubt). It was defective so I returned it the same day I received it. ONE MONTH later I have no Chant, no refund and when I contact CS they just keep reading me a script about their return policy (which sucks BTW). Where is my merchandise? Where is my refund (if you get your act together enough to realize I have requested a refund rather than go through this BS again)? I order from on-line merchants all the time and I can tell you even if it is across the country, it works a heck of a lot better than THIS! L-A-M-E

I ordered over $100 merchandise from Tillys that never arrived. Tilly's sent a confirmation that Fedex delivered it, but it wasn't there, and there was no indication on my security camera. Fedex will allow the SENDER to make a claim, but Tilly's refuses. They know that Paypal will not investigate if they send delivery confirmation, and they lied to BBB saying they made a claim - but the customer service is so ignorant that they don't know the difference between a claim and an inquiry to Fedex. They just send a canned message telling you to contact your bank to see if they can refund you. AWFUL

So I payed 16 dollars for it to be here in two days because I wanted to get them the day before school starts (7/20). So I ordered it on 7/17 thinking it would be here on the 19th because thats two days right? So I checked the tracking on the 19th only for it to say it would be here by 8pm on the 20th so now I have to wear old clothes for the first day which sucks. If it had showed before i payed that it would be here on the twentieth i would have payed for the overnight. Sucks/

I placed an online order. Tilly's shipped on 12/1/19. The package stopped tracking with FedEx on 12/4/19 in another city. I feel like this is FedEx's fault for losing the package. However, the customer service I expect from Tilly's is to credit or refund my purchase. Instead, I called and they let me tell them what I wanted instead since what I ordered originally was out of stock (I'm thinking, this is amazing that they are going to send me something instead). Then the rep asks me for payment information (I've already lost money to them). I let him know I used my last funds for the item I purchased as a Christmas present for my daughter. He said he had to do a lost package claim for the item and it would take up to 12 days. I said, "will I get an email or anything about this call?" He said no. I had to ask if there was a claim number and if I could please have it. Long story short. I haven't heard anything from Tilly's and it seems like they are unavailable on the weekends. I will be contacting them again tomorrow since it's beyond the 12 day claim wait. This is the worst online shopping experience I've ever had, and I will not be shopping here ever again.

Even though they have a good selection of things Tillys will not refund or order the same items for you when u file a dispute for your package being stolen. Delivery services aren't any better. DO NOT GEY ANYTHING SENT THROUGH FEDEX WITH TILLYS!

SHOULD GET ZERO STARS

We went in to shop because a friend of my daughters got a job at the store in Valencia. We waited for him to check us out when his manager made him take a break and someone else took over. Fine... no biggie. But then, the manager "yelled" at him in front of me and other customers about procedure. I went to the manager, "Billy" and apologized for making him take his break late and explained we requested him to check us out. He then raises his voice to me that "policy is policy". I said what about making customers happy. He said nothing. I explained I am not related to this person and just a friend who is here spending money BECAUSE this employee works there. He continues to raise his voice at me and was rude. I told him I was going to complain to the District Manager about his attitude and rudeness. His reply was "Whatever". Really? Who manages this way. I will never support this company again. I would advise you don't either. And if your teen needs a job, don't work at this place because clearly they don't care how managers are treating our next generation. Sad. I used to like Tilly's! Oh... and I called the District Manager to complain... no call back! DON'T SHOP HERE!
