I received an email saying that my order was being canceled nearly a week after I placed the order online. The email said the item was now out of stock. Very angry because this was for a Christmas present and Christmas is now 12 days away.

Yes After all this time, I finally received the shoes and they weren't the ones ordered. Says it will take over 14 days to process returns. I think it's time to upgrade to a computer and dump the pen and paper. Never again Tilly, never again.

Ordered a pair of shoes online 15 days ago and they keep updating the delivery by another 5 days. The original paid for delivery date said 5 business days and I am on day 15 and still no package. In the world of Amazon and 2 day delivery this online store will never make it. Sorry Tilly, I am far from impressed and actually very disappointed.

Don't bother spending your money here! Customer service is horrible. When you call customer service, they tell you to email customer service?! I never heard back from them. Decided to chat with no success. I'm extremely frustrated because I love their products. I earned $40 in moola and am unable to use it. It says they're INVALID! WTF?! I first earned $30 in July. They emailed my codes and it says to use between 4/2016 and 5/2016. HELLOOOO it was July. Chat rep said oh sorry you can redeem them between 9/6 and 9/25. It is a known fluke in the system. Fix your sh**

The absolute worst customer service experience that I have ever encountered. I ordered a package weeks ago and they provided no tracking number, I had to call to find out. Then when I finally got a hold of fed ex they told me it won't get to me until another week when I was told verbatim in the store that I will receive the package in 3 to 5 days the most. HORRIBLE. Now I am stuck purchasing another gift at the last minute. NEVER AGAIN

So I bought a pair of shoes on the 20th and it said 5-8 business days and now they are saying they will be delivered on the 30th and they did not tell me I had to go over to fed ex to track them and the lady treated me like I was stupid! I will never buy anything from this place ever again!

Awful customer service, they should be more experienced since they have such a glitchy website. After I placed an order they let me kno via email they had charged me a different amount! I cancelled my order but it was such a hassle.

Ordered what I thought was two items at a great price and never got the order. Put the order in days before Thanksgiving and all the rush of Black Friday. I even called almost everyday to check the status of my order to be sure that I got the items. I was promised that my order would post each day that I called and that they promised I was going to get my items. A week after I originally placed the order I called back to check again and was informed that my order canceled two days prior with no notification. I still have yet to receive any notifications from the original order or termination of this order. The customer service lady's response to all this trouble was "Sorry, we can upgrade your next shipping to 'regular shipping' for free". I will never order anything from Tilly's ever again or attempt to order I should say.

When will I learn? I actually like tilly's clothes and want to shop there, however how long it takes me to get my stuff is ridiculous!

I live in MD & the time it takes me to get my stuff is usually anywhere from two weeks to a month! The first time I ordered it took a month something about a wild fire? The second time I ordered it took so long I actually forgot that I had ordered something. And this last (& final time) I went to the store in arundel mills so I wouldn't have to wait, but go figure they didn't have my size so they offered to ship it for free to my house.

Here we are over a week out and I still haven't received my stuff! I online shop all the time & tilly's is by far the worst!

My son ordered a hat for my birthday. It didn't fit. I called to exhange it for a different hat and size. They said i had to return it and then buy a new one. I did return it per their direction and it took 3 phone calls and 5 weeks to get a refund. And to make it worse they charged me for the shipping - buying and return. Needless to say I would never do business with them again. They blamed the delay on a new computer system. Will find a hat somewhere else - who pays for shipping anymore anyway.

I recently bought clothing from Tilly's onlime, a few shirts and leggings. I looked at the tag on the items to make sure to wash them the right way. I wore these items once and now they are way to small. I will never by clothing from there again.

They got really good shirts and pants but what bothers me and makes me really mad is that they say its a Large but when i come home wear it wash it it shrinks to like a small size most of my wardrobe is full of shirts that say size L but when you put them on they are size S i feel like they need to do something about that because it feels like im dropping money every two weeks bc i dont like wearing supper tight shirts im not being dramatic when i say that half of my wardrobe is full of small shirts and they look new af too i only wear them once and then boom its small i dont know if they do this so they can keep costumers coming back but im most definitely going to stop buying accessories or any type of clothing from there it's ridiculous

BEWARE!

BEWARE! They require signatures for deliveries and if you aren't there, you can't schedule it for a convenient time for you through fedex and if you don't catch them you have to go pick up your package far from your home. They won't even leave it at a fedex near your house.

Terrible... I waited twice the amount of time to get 3 shirts and only 2 of the 3 came and when I got them one of them was a whole size smaller than the other one but it was the same size so I was mad. The quality of the shirts were very uncomfortable and kinda harsh, I didn't like them at all. Right now I'm waiting to get the thired shirt so I can ship theses gits back to get my money back. Completely ruined my whole week because I was looking forward to wearing them.

Bad vibes

It was my first time going to tilly's, clothes are cute and the store was nicely organized, my concern wasn't the store it was the workers, they are absolutely the worse. They we're talking bad about their customers && making rude comments. There was one working that I think was great, but the rest were rude and didn't put effort.

Upset.

I was about to buy a shirt- orange with a sunflower. It was on clearance and said clearance on the tag! With 50% off the price would be 13$ and when I got to the register, the cashier told me it had no discount and it was 25$ I didn't have enough so I couldn't get it. Very upset.

$#*! this website, its the worst. I tried ordering something and it said my card didnt go through and it told me to try again. I tried like about 7-8 times and it charged me those 7-8 times even though it didnt take my order!

I have tried to order THREE seperate times from them online while they are having sales and I have not once been able to order anything because it is always out of stock but it lets me add it to my cart and enter my card info everytime... then it says "OUT OF STOCK". Nobody wants to sit and do this only for it to fail everytime. Also, it should not even let you add it to your cart if they dont have it in stock. It kept saying my card information was wrong, which it was not and then i finally called and they told me it was nothing to do with my card, they just did not have that item anymore.

I purchased a pair of sandals to wear for a wedding. Not only are their updates crap, but they fail to mention that while it says FedEx is sending your package it's really being dumped off at a USPS facility to pick up & send out when they do choose! NEVER AGAIN will I EVER buy anything from them! BTW... still haven't received the shoes!

Was able to apply a giftcard with a 3.99 balance. I then put in my billing information and clicked accept. The website then said that I filled in something wrong and had to retype everything. It then said that my giftcard balance was 0$ and couldn't be used but I never actually placed the order at that point. I know it's only 3 dollars but I saved that card for a bag I really wanted not cool.

Jeans quality

I've recently been getting thinner and I have noticed my jeans (I was a 5S), have been feeling very loose on me. While in Tillys I thought maybe I should try the next size down, just to see if I truly did go down a size. I grabbed a random pair in the next size down and tried them. They fit good and the quality was acceptable but i lightly tugged on the belt loop to pull them up a bit, and it completely tore off. As this is not a huge deal, l I'm not upset or disappointed with Tillys. I just wouldn't recommend their jeans. Try F21 if you're looking for affordable and durable jeans. Hollister is also and option but its a little more pricey.
