The reason I love topshop so much and keep going back there is because of the lovely shop assistant at my local branch. She always says hello and is very friendly and always refers to me by my name which is an added bonus. Not only that, topshop always have great clothes in stock. I always shop there, especially for all my wardrobe essentials, Topshop and Evans are my favourite shops.
Ordered a 75$ dress which was torn on the side when it arrived. Had to pay 12$ for return shipping which were not refunded despite topshop.com terms of service. I wrote several complaint emails but only got automatic replies. No more orders from topshop.com for me!
I bough some shoes 2 month ago and it never arrived. Customer service does not respond (I contacted them 4 times). Be careful and always pay with credit card so that you would be able to dispute the charge

I bought a Topshop embroidered cropped blouse via ASOS, what really caught my eye was the volume sleeves with added ruche around the arms and the flower embroidery detail all over the top. This fits perfectly as its cropped length is not too short and has the right amount of cleavage. The blouse is in satin-style fabric, it was originally £29.99, and I got it on sale for £10.80 which was a massive bargain. Now that lockdown has been slightly eased, I will be wearing this to a bottomless brunch with the girls soon.
I was considering buying from here after hearing about how great their Jamie Jeans are. Upon buy I registered to receive 10% off. Long story short the promo code didn't work. I reached out to customer service to see if they could right the situation, they asked for a screenshot of the promo email and after I provided it they told me to make my purchase first and then I would be refunded 10%. Shame on you TopShop. Your customer service will be your downfall.
I'm writing a review as after I ordered a product, I saw a few very bad reviews. My experience with topshop.one store was fine. Product arrived in very good condition, well packaged, matching the description. Delivery not fast but okay.

Bought online using 4 day st delivery service. Items did not arrive and delivery date on line keeps moving back and showing as being packed by warehouse. Money has been taken from account and customer services cannot be reached by phone and emails ignored. Terrible let down as I was going on holiday and hoping they would be with me to go. Will never use again and don't know when or how I will get my money back as I will not be around if they arrive while I am away to take delivery (hope they dont leave package outside my house by bins!) Avoid and don't make the same mistake - buy in the shop but never online.
Don't shop here if you are in USA, they shut down all the stores and they don't have anymore customer service, or it doesn't work. I purchased 2 identical dresses in different sizes, because I was not sure which one will fit. It was horrible cheap looking dress so I returned both of them. I got refund for one. I tried to contact someone at TOPSHOP. I was trying to call them and message them for 2 weeks with zero success.
If you're thinking about ordering something online, SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE. I placed an order 2 weeks before I leave on a trip. I waited 10 days to have them tell me my package was delivered when it was in fact not delivered. I was home the entire day and nothing was ever delivered. Also, if you live in the US you can only email about your order or expect insane phone charges for calling internationally. I basically just have to sit here and wait and hope for some info about my package. I work full time and don't have the time to go around shopping before I leave or have extra money after placing a large order. I also won't be receiving a refund before I leave on my trip either. Thought I could trust what appears to be a large reputable company... guess not! I'm now scrambling and stressed out, thanks Topshop!
Bought a pair of joni maternity jeans cost 66 euros delivered. Wore them once and the band has no support and they keep slipping down. Gone baggy at the thighs and knees also. Atrocious quality. I contacted topshop customer service, was ages waiting for someone to get back to me and when they did they said I would have to post them back. I explained I am pregnant and self isolating on medical advice so can not get to post office. I asked for an alternative like them being picked up and returned by courier as that is how they were delivered and the refused. So unhelpful. I am pregnant not working and down 66 for a pair of jeans I can't wear. They are a disgusting service. Save your money. ASOS are great for maternity and they have an excellent customer service
I like Topshop style, however, it's not the only one on the market. Considering the service one can find better options to spend money. I haven't received my Order despite the missing of the deadline and send an ENQUIRY every day. Nobody replies. So I don't know where my order is and whether I will ever get it. Still trying. Terrible service
Bought 4 pair of shoes more than two weeks ago only received two pair and customer service is not replying to my emails! Its ridiculous! Phone lines are off and no one reply to email! I want my money back!
I ordered some clothes from Topshop US site and ARAMEX sent me an email asking for additional custom couple days ago. Now someone by the name of Michelle Yu emailed me every day asking for the money and said that they won't deliver until the money is transfer. They ask for $80. With all the fraud and scam, I hesitated to put in my credit card information in a third party site. And why nobody mentioned about custom in the first place. Why do I need to pay custom for something I bought in my own country. I bet this is not the first time this happens, I read a lot of people and fashion blogger talked about this. My advice, need anything nice from UK, go to ASOS.com. Even if they ship directly from UK, they won't charge custom unless is over thousands of dollars.
My order took four weeks to arrive, and, when the necklace finally showed up, it was completely broken to pieces. They would not refund it, and simply suggested I have it fixed and then send them the bill and they would see what they could do. Jewelry shops do not repair those sorts of things; They repair real gold and silver. Absolutely useless customer service. Terrible shipping.

One pair ripped at the seams 3 weeks later... the zipper broke on the other pair the 3rd time i ever wore them!
I have contacted their customer service team and they have not responded.
They are rip offs selling dodgy products DO NOT spend your money there! You can get cheaper stuff from supre which will probably even last longer.

I would like to give 0 star if it's possible. The worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Theis is what you got from the service:"Please note any follow up emails sent will automatically overwrite the original date resulting in it taking longer for you to receive a response". And I've been waiting for over 4 weeks.
I don't know if the product is good, but it's been 3 weeks and I still have not received my item... Their customer service is useless, and they say it can take up to four weeks... Why didn't they warn me of this? They charged my card immediately... And it appears based on the tracking that they have not even shipped my package!

I will never again buy it through this site. Shame. They do not have any protection, and no one cares about you losing your money. I bought sandals at topshop.uk and of course I paid them immedeately. Confirmation mail came from some scam Chinese web page. Now, i am still waiting for my order, more than a month. Nothing. Of course no one is answering to the phone and after a few tens of mails they told me it was not the topshop site
My daughter and I were racially profiled abd refused entry in the store by the manager. The Equality abd advisory service have found their actions to be racist. Three months on and Topshop are yet to acknowledge and apologise for it.

Apparently I have been issued a refund but klarna has not Informed me if this apparant refund.

I ordered boots 4 weeks ago and they still haven't arrived! I used standard shipping and they said it would take max 10 days. Three weeks later, I hadn't received anything so I emailed customer service. Lady tells me to "check my post office" as if the parcel is supposed to magically appear there or something. Then she says it will take "up to 4 weeks" for international shipping! Why didn't they warn me earlier? And it's been 4 weeks already.
Our local retailer in Canada only carries to size 10 - with tighter fitting items I like to size up. I went onto the TopShop UK website - found the three items I really like and ordered them... then checked the reviews. I was horrified by the very low ratings everywhere, though I know there is more reaction to a poor experience than a good one. I knew at checkout the Estimate delivery timeframe was a bit of an overpromise, so I had already set myself to wait. Two days after the Estimated date I started to wonder if the reviews were true. Day three I was pleased to find three beautiful shirts in my mailbox. Why Topshop does not pad their delivery by a few days - or warn of a buffer in the delivery timeframe - I don't understand. If they did they would have fewer bad reviews I'm sure.
I think Top shop does not have anymore such cool clothes as it used to have. Lots of different brands added, few are great and Top shop line is missing... pity. Only a few. To be honest These last 6 months in my visit in London, I have found in Primark more interesting things. Top shop needs to aim more towards fashionable people and not Middle East if that is its target now. It was the Topest shop. Please come back!
I'm pissed, in March I ordered a $55 dress that came with burn holes in it, from front to back. I called and they said they'd send me a return label/refund recept, nothing, it's now May and I've tried countless times to get my money back and get rid of this dress and they have yet to get back to me. 2 whole months. I wish I could give no stars because this store is causing fraud and should be shut down.
I placed order number ******* on October 8th. I have been going back and forth with USPS and Topshop for about a week now. I never received my package and an getting nowhere with a refund. Topshop customer service keeps asking me the same thing (do my neighbors have it, is it in a safe place, does anyone else have access to my mailbox) it's getting frustrating. My packages if small enough which this was, would have been placed in my individual mailbox in the cluster unit. It was scanned this but because there are multiple mailboxes inches away there is no actual proof of this.
Very nice site with good filters on the category pages but the design looks a bit to bland but helps the clothing stand out, not a fan of massive image banners on the home page. Product pages again are not very colorful and samey, but overall an ice site. Never ordered from them so far.
