The reason I love topshop so much and keep going back there is because of the lovely shop assistant at my local branch. She always says hello and is very friendly and always refers to me by my name which is an added bonus. Not only that, topshop always have great clothes in stock. I always shop there, especially for all my wardrobe essentials, Topshop and Evans are my favourite shops.
Ordered a 75$ dress which was torn on the side when it arrived. Had to pay 12$ for return shipping which were not refunded despite topshop.com terms of service. I wrote several complaint emails but only got automatic replies. No more orders from topshop.com for me!
It seems like I was one of many to be scammed by Topshop! I was desperate to find a particular item and rushed to purchase it in time for Christmas before reading reviews. HUGE mistake! Although I ordered with plenty of time, Topshop failed to deliver a critical gift within the quoted time, with NO communication, causing us to scramble at the last-minute for a substitute gift. The item for my new daughter in law, (who spent Christmas with us for the first time) will arrive weeks after the quoted time and after the couple returns home (out of state), causing me to incur shipping charges. It was the only thing she asked for, so it was a big deal that I didn't have it for her to open on Christmas Day. Both their website and my receipt say 4-7 days as the quoted delivery time, but that's a joke. Other reviewers quote several weeks beyond that and MANY report not getting their items at all. Of course they block consumers from posting on their Facebook page, so you cant warn others about their deceptive practices. Thats a clear indicator of a dishonest company. After reading reviews on various sites, I doubt the item I purchased is even authentic. It is probably a cheap knock-off and I would be better off returning it immediately. Which will no doubt be a nightmare (if I can even do it at all) and is just great since the item is sold out at any trusted retailer now. Curse you Topshop!
I VISITED TOPSHOP WITH MY DAUGHTER ON A RARE MUM/DAUGTHER SHOPPING EXPEDITION. I WAS DELIGHTED TO FIND THAT TOPSHOP CATERED FOR THE MORE SENIOR LADY AND NOT JUST THE TWENTY SOMETHINGS. IT WAS A REFRESHING EXPERIENCE - THE STAFF WERE COURTEOUS / FRIENDLY/ PATIENT/ AND SEEMED VERY HAPPY TO OBLIGE IN ALL AND EVERY POSSIBLE WAY.
I LEFT THE SHOP HAVING BOUGHT SEVERAL ITEMS FOR MYSELF AND SOME JEWELLERY - MY DAUGHTER HAD SEVERAL BAGS ALSO.
I WAS DELIGHTED NOT TO HAVE TO LOOK IN A LOT OF OTHER SHOPS- AS I HAD FOUND EVERYTHING I NEEDED FOR AN IMPORTANT FAMILY GATHERING IN ONE SHOP. TOPSHOP!
They had the cheek of sending me two items not the same product code that I ordered, I sent them both back Royal Mail Tracked, they only refunded me one, I am still outstanding a refund for the other item.
Contacted there thick customer service they are not helpful and just keep telling me they haven't received my other item, EVEN THOUGH I HAVE ROYAL MAIL PROOF IT WAS RECEIVED BY THEM.
I am really disappointed with this company, they have potentially stolen my money and not refunded me.
Even staff inside every Topshop I have been in to have serious attitude problems for god sake you work in Topshop not harrods.

Clothes quality is mostly rubbish, but it's a matter of taste, and some brands they carry (not topshop brand) are pretty nice. So it's all good until you have a problem to solve, because the customer service is the worst, most useless and infuriating I have ever seen. Just getting a reply takes forever, also I'm sure they pretend not to understand your problem so to discourage you. Their return policy is stupid as f., they make you pay in advance for a printable label, but it's not an option, you can't complete the return process if you dont pay for the label with the company THEY chose. Then when you go to the post office the label doesn't work, they scan it and the code is not recognized. So you pay again at the post office, come back and ask for a refund of said useless label, and this is when the odissey begins. A NIGHTMARE... as I said, they keep not understanding the issue again and again, it takes 2 days to get a reply, every time a new person answers and doesn't bother to read what has been said before so of course they don't understand $#*!. They just don't care to understand! Even though they work at customer service (?). At last I get the refund. In the meantime my invoice goes back to the topshop warehouse. They send me a PARTIAL refund. Yes, minus those 10,10. I'm speechless, I don't have energy for anger anymore. This is just DISHONEST and pathetic, they lack the basic respect for the customers. Will never ever buy again and I will do my best to make everyone I know do the same.
I had the most embarrassing experience of shopping in this store where I was accused of stealing a $300 jacket that my boyfriend bought. He bought the jacket some weeks ago to wear for my birthday but ended up not liking the way it fit but he had lost the receipt and I was returning it in exchange of some other items. After the cashier did the store credit in return for the new items I picked up as I made my way through the door security came and said mam please follow me *dont make a sceen* and escorted me to a room on the lower level at this point I don't know why I'm being brought to this room. The man the started to raise his voice saying he has been watching me in the store and that I took the jacket of the hanger then placed it into my wallet and that I didn't even enter the store with the jacket. I think this store workers are racist because the guy asked me how am I able to afford a $300 jacket with no receipt to show the proof that I actually bought it. They went and reviewed there security camera then returned and apologized for accusing me of stealing the jacket but that apology was not good enough for the embarrassment that I still feel! Good store to shop for unusual items but racist workers I will not be shopping here any longer.
My first purchase with standard shipping which was free, took over two and a half weeks. Pretty long for wanting my shoes so when I wanted to order another pair, I decided to take the $15 express and duty paid shipping for faster service. Now that is suppose to take only 2-4 working days... I expect it to come to my door in 4 days if that's what it states! But since I'm understandable that it is shipping from the uk, a week will be fine. I contacted customer service on the phone, and that took me ten minutes to wait, and when I finally had someone help me, I can hear that they are very busy in the back. I then asked the lady that if I paid for the $15 shipping, shouldn't I at least get my tracking number already since it's been two days? She then very kindly checked the day when it was suppose to leave the warehouse and when the latest it should arrive to my house. Only a week, so I was fine. I understand that it is a very long distance from there to here in the us. So I'm sad it is taking longer than I thought but it was a very kind service. If it doesn't come in the day she said though... I will be pretty mad. So hopefully it comes in the day she said it would.
I never received my order after 3 weeks. They said they shipped it but they ship from overseas with no tracking number. Who does that? They did refund my money.
I was intrigued by the website as I have had nothing but good experiences while shopping in store at Topshop, although the website is ROTTEN!
In January I ordered, some jeans, a dress and a top. They took a while to arrive, around three weeks. When they arrived, there were in excellent condition, all individually wrapped up as you would expect from a dry cleaners. So the clothing itself and the posting was good. I found the jeans short in the leg and just ill-fitting. I then got a return number and sent them back, around the start of February. And that was the last time I seen the jeans and the 40 pounds I spend on them! I have sent six emails, over the past 4 months, at no prevail! Not once response to any of the queries that I had. The NZ customer assistance line that they supply on the website doesn't even exist, the numbers been disconnected or changed!
All and all, I would never shop here again, and would NOT RECOMMEND shopping here, unless you know exactly how the clothing fits or if you want to be out of pocket! TERRIBLE!
Ordering different items - you may get different service. The prices are nice though and the drawbacks are typical for this business types. Good in average!

I went into your Topshop Bromley store on 08/08/2019 I saw a pair of jeans for £20 however when I went to the till you said they were marked at full price you did not offer to honour this price and you were rude and I am a regular customer I am extremely upset as the price something is advertised is the price the customer should get your staff on till Roisin was not helpful and the manager I spoke to did not understand that the store was at fault awful customer service was given
Very very disappointed ordered a jacket weeks in advance of Christmas as a present for my daughter, ever time I phoned was promised it would be here in time for Christmas, then tells me 23rd December it wouldn't be here. And to rub salt to the wounds offers me a £10 voucher, will NEVER shop here again
TOTAL SCAM, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEIR TRACKING IS A TOTAL FABRICATION STALL TACTIC. AFTER THEY SHIPPED IT BACK TO DISTRIBUTION CENTER FROM WRONG ADDRESS THEN THEY SAY THEY SEND IT OUT AGAIN TO THE RIGHT ADDRESS AND DAYS LATER SAY IT WAS DELIVERED TO THE FRONT DOOR. I was in Dublin for the day for a 5 seconds of summer concert on April 26th and was shopping on Henry Street in the shopping center. I was looking around the store and their was a vintage clothing line of items on a rack, i am not sure where top shop bought these items off but I purchased a vintage Peachy denim dress. When i walked to the counter i was greeted by a terribly rude young man in a blue shirt and blonde hair. He was extremely grumpy since it was close to closing time. He told me about that the item i bought was apart of a clothing line that i could not return or refund, I thought that was a bit odd but i wasn't going to ask any further. The item was 30 euro and i am extremely angry that this man failed to inform me that the good was damaged! There were four tiny holes in the back of the dress and a ripped off tag in the back. I failed to notice this and i went up to him again and he refused to do anything about it and clearly the only thing on his mind was to get home and into bed! Terrible attitude from the staff and i believe he should've informed me that the good may be damaged! Absolutely raging! I wont be stepping in top shop ever again!

I just filed a dispute against this business. I was given an invalid tracking number, and cannot call because the phone is out of order.

I have bought some clothes from this website before and I just love what I received, the shipping took its time even tho I had to pay but besides it taking forever I loved what I got.
Had 2 good experiences with no shipping fees EITHER way- it took FOREVER to arrive but that was OK... items were as described. However- not sure if it was due to weather or the Holidays or WHAT- but last order - not even as $$ just never showed up! Their emails do not work- they were even asking me via email to REVIEW My order (which had never shown up) You can't track the order as the page says it's "unavailable". I finally CALLED- the woman was nice but told me this happens ALL THE TIME that items just "don't show up"... That's it. I'm very disappointed- waited a month and ended up with Nothing. Now I have to deal with cancelling the transaction on my Credit Card as I don't even trust them to do the Refund- she didn't seem at all interested in taking ANY information at all from me! Not the Order # or anything- just if it wasn't here by now- it's Not coming... WOW. No more shopping w/them from me- Bummers! Their clearance stuff was great. I really wanted my $15 zippered leggings and warm furry scarf!
