The reason I love topshop so much and keep going back there is because of the lovely shop assistant at my local branch. She always says hello and is very friendly and always refers to me by my name which is an added bonus. Not only that, topshop always have great clothes in stock. I always shop there, especially for all my wardrobe essentials, Topshop and Evans are my favourite shops.

Do not buy online. Was unable to get a return label online. Contacted customer service via email four times (no telephone support) & received one response, & no return label. Like what you buy, because you're stuck with it.
Hi! I placed an order a month ago, with quick delivery. My 2 days delivery was cancelled and they mentioned I will receive my package in 5 days. Well it's been a month and my clothes are not here. Tried to get in touch with customer service, who are not providing any information about my order, only that it has been dispatched and future info will follow. - As you can imagine I am here because they have never gotten back to me, and I am starting to be desperate.
The order that I placed is huge and I am really worried that I just wasted my money and will never see my clothes.
Save yourself and your nerves, and avoid TopShop! Really!

I had been hearing some really positive things about Topshop jeans for a long time and finally decided to pony up the money and give the brand a try. Spent a little over $70 on a pair of the Jamie jeans and was told in an email from Topshop that I would be receiving a tracking number shortly. That was two weeks ago. I looked online and saw that their average shipping time for the US is between 5 to 8 business days. I decided to try and get ahold of their customer service on Twitter and after waiting for a few hours for a reply they finally said that my order was considered lost in transit and that they would be giving me a refund. I live in the US and there are no Topshop stores near me so how am I even supposed to try this brand if their stupid website can't even send me what I ordered? Just a bad experience overall. I want to try out their jeans but I don't want this to happen again. I guess I'm just s*** out of luck?

Sometimes I find that the value for money of products from Topshop varies.
I have recently brought a pair of shoes, which I was very pleased with the quality of them and the price.
The staff in store are always kind and helpful.
Though I find that a lot of the clothes (not all) are not value for money as the quality is nothing special and not great when compared with other high street shops with the same price points.
I feel as a brand Topshop lacks consistency.
Use other company's logo so you think you are buying the real deal they are a fraudulous company asked for refund several time specified didn't want shipping they don't reply nor respect our demands. Mastercard called me when money was taken on my crédit card and told me this company is red flagged declared them to police fraud department RCMP. Also had to chance credit card number for protection cause they tend to take money on credit card without consent
I went into the topshop in sydney on george street. I tried a couple items on and decided to think. The girl at the change room was really rude and looked absolutlely miserable. I went back later to buy something I had tried on earlier. I was served by the same rude girl but she was now on the til. She was a blonde pregnant woman. She didn't smile say hello or thank me when I left. The only thing she said was the total of my items in a very monotone uninterested voice and again looked completely miserable and like she hated everyone in the entire store. How do people like that get jobs in customer service? Its not hard to smile and be nice
I used Topshop to purchase a little nicknack from their online store and had no trouble.
The item I purchased was a cute salt and pepper shaker. It came well packaged, unbroken, and best of all, it came just as pictured online. Also, because of their free shipping no minimum rule, it was a really good deal for me.
However, I haven't heard the best things in terms of clothes shopping. For me, I am not a fan of most of their clothes and they cost too much for me, so I wouldn't know.
For my own experience, I didn't have any trouble.
It is worth noting though, their tracking for your package kinda sucks big time, doesn't keep you that well up-to-date. Oh well, it did come, in one piece, and for the most part, on time. [the date of arrival changed on me once from the 11 to the 12-13.]
My shopping experience at The Grove
To night I bought a pair of Sunglasses at the top shop at The Grove. It was $45. I bought a similar pair one month ago at Zara in UK, much much cheaper and they gave me a brand new pair at the cashier. Tonight, this pair at display was full of finger marks and Ashley, the girl at Cashier told me this is the only they have. OK I bought it as I really like it but felt very unhappy afterwards. Main reason was the attitude of Ashley. Arrogant and rude! She can say it nicely, then even buying a floor sample, would feel not so bad!
This company is the worst. I ordered a swimsuit for my daughter, it took over 2 weeks to arrive. It is too small, so I tried to log into my account to arrange for a return, and my account is locked. I have tried to get a new password, reset, to no avail. When I was emailed asking for a REVIEW of my product, I took that opportunity to ask them for help with a refund/return. Nothing. I've been emailing TOPSHOP for 2 weeks, begging them for help with a return/refund. I'm never ordering from them again.
Ordered 3 weeks before Christmas, was never informed it could take 3 WEEKS. I still don't have the order and cannot track it. They are no help. I'm sure I will have to pay to send it back IF it ever gets here.

Although I live close to the biggest Top Shop retailer in North American, I still like to visit topshop.com for the latest fashion. According to the website, I wouldn't get a tracking number if I ship my order with Standard shipping method. However, I got the tracking number via email after they shipped my order. After couple weeks, I received my order. I didn't order much, only 4 clothes and a pair of boots. Unfortunately, After I spent $500+(duties+taxes$150+)I had to sent 2 items back as they were a hold either on the back of a top or a side of a legging. The second time was very funny, I have neither given a tracking number nor received my order! Thank God that they have a wonderful refund policy. I called them few times, luckily I was being offered a refund by a lady with a very sexy British accent.
I ordered a delivery to Australia for my daughter. Worst experience of on line shopping I have ever in my life had. I sent 3 emails to their contact us link... not one reply. They did not resolve the problem... I messaged them on Facebook... no reply once again. Telephone call not answered... I was calling from Spain. Had to end wait of call. I still have had no reply to any of my messages. Since my order was placed in October 2017... today is 7th December 2017! Rubish shop and will never use them again!
I have been waiting for a return shipping cost refund for over a month.
Topshop had sent me a different dress than what I had ordered and thought I wouldn't notice. It was very clear to me that the quality and lace design were totally different and not accurate to the description on the website. When I called customer service I had to wait for a very long time and finally reached someone that said I had to post the shipment back to them and they would refund me the money.
I sent all the paperwork and receipts and I was not refunded the shipping (only for the wrong dress). I have been emailing the company for 1 month now about this issue and they have failed to reimburse me for the out of pocket cost for shipping that I paid for their mistake! I have never dealt with such horrible customer service. I would warn all potential customers not to buy from the website topshop.com because their customer service is awful when dealing with returns, even when it is all their fault!

I had no problems with My online order. I ordered my coat December 27th and they said that it would not be here until January 5th and it arrived today which was awesome. The only con i would say would be they did not send me a tracking number and also did not send me an email when it was delivered. Besides that no complaints.

I waited over a month for my order and still didn't receive it. ( I was told I could not track my order either).
I then asked for a refund. A proof of payment wasn't asked for from me ( to see how much I was charged in my currency)
I only received half of my refund.
The customer service is useless.
I would advise people to not buy from this Company.
Sent FAKE logistics reports for a couple of weeks - then - vanished - like "Caspar the Ghost." Ordered an electric wheel chair - saw on Facebook. Professionally done video - so I thought it was legit! WRONG!
Topshop is a dishonest company that employs people, promises to pay for services and then disappears without every paying for the work done. They do not respond when contacted.
My only complaint is when somethings out of stock they could tell you before you key in all your details and press buy before getting an email saying theres none left...
I can't believe how AWFUL your customer service is. You get me to sign up for your email in promising a 10% discount code - which DOES NOT WORK. After about 5 days and 12 emails later, someone FINALLY promises to just refund my account the 10% after I order.
And guess what... 1 week later and another 8 emails later - I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED MY REFUND!

Topshop has an amazing style. They have great basic clothes that you can match with anything! Would highly recommend. The clothes fit great and allows for flexibility.
I love topshop they have the most affordable clothes that are good quality. This company is always up to date on the most recent trends. Highly suggest.
