Trainer listened to my issues specific to my pup and replied with several different strategies. She quickly followed up our call with an email and several videos. She also made herself available for additional questions I may have.
Having the modules to go on and being able to repeat them as needed has given me added confidence to keep at it. I can review and move ahead as well as skip the ones that don't apply to my puppy. We received some free info, but then we were deluged with e-mails guilting us for using it without paying for more. Too many high-pressure e-mails. Also, the free dog-grooming dog was not just for Cockers, nor even specific to Cockers, so not what we needed. Again, we found some really useful information from TrainPetDog, but it came with too much pressure to buy more.
