When I signed up for this training I wasn't sure if I will waste my money or time as there are so many resources on the Web. So far I haven't started the official training yet, but I will. First, The booklet I received for my "specific" breed was clearly generic and used for other breeds, as it wasn't edited well, nor was it terribly accurate. The site access to "free information" all seems to lead to more books to buy.
Second, I left messages for months to get someone to call me back to discuss cancelling my monthly "subscription." No one calls back. When I finally gave up calling and went to the website, it gave me an inducement to pay another $37 for a lifetime membership. For "faster" service, it told me to log a ticket which the system won't submit. Nor will it submit your cancellation. I had to go to my bank and initiate a dispute in order to stop the payments.
I was skeptical that any trainer online could help me with my dog, so I asked Sally to tell me about her experience. I then told her the dogs in the mix of my dog and she immediately told me what my dog needs and why it is bored. I was impressed! Then she gave me a variety of ideas to use to work with my dog without my having to run or go hunting or anything crazy like that. I'm excited to get started.

Tracey, Abby was a Chihuahua in your video but a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel in mine, lol! They ask the breed of your dog and "Voila!" That's what Abby becomes! Since Cavalier King Charles Spaniels never bite anyone, I immediately knew it was a scam. I can't imagine a Chihuahua biting anyone (at least not seriously enough to call animal control) either!

Thank you site jabber! Unfortunately I had put my credit card info in then got suspicious while they kept saying my order wasn't complete and kept trying to sell me more. When I didn't want to buy all the extra's they never gave me a chance to confirm the order just suddenly said the order was complete. I immediately ( before even leaving the page) asked for a refund! I will let you know how that goes.
Also when I tried to cancel the order all their troubleshooting FAQs definitely indicated a scam. I just wish I would have checked sitejabber a few minutes sooner.!
This course covers a lot, but doesn't actually give specifics of how to train your dog. For example, it says in order to teach your dog not to bark, you should first teach them to Speak. But it doesn't give any instructions on how to actually train that. This course would be an informative read for free, but not worth it for the cost.

I feel reassured. I have always been told that dry kibble is best for dogs and you shouldn't put anything on it or they won't eat it if you don't add things. I also would love for my dog to eat earlier in the day than 10 pm. Sally and I talked and i feel better about his chosen time to eat and have ideas for trying to change it.

Yes I did receive your tips and we tried out the ignoring bad behavior when she was nipping my daughter. I had my daughter turn her bad and ignore her and then Ellie just kinda stopped and looked. Then when she laid down after that to get her toy, my daughter bent down and then petted her and told her she was a good girl. I do look forward to all your tips.
You are fabulous! I have read and read on the internet and haven't found all the tips you've given me. I feel so much more able to control my dog and prepare him to be in an airport, on a plane, and to simply be in the house and on walks without constantly barking.

Happy to talk to another Sheltie owner. We have been very frustrated with potty training after his near-death illness, but Sally was so encouraging and had very definite ideas for working with Shelties.
I enjoyed my talk with Sally and realized that lots of things we are struggling with are simply puppy issues and will get better, but I now have strategies for working with them to make them better sooner.
This has helped me so much. I was traumatized by my dogs being attacked by two pit bulls and needed to talk to someone about it to know how to handle it in the future and help my dogs recover from the trauma.
