They are good when everything goes well, but if anything goes wrong, then we have a problem!They are never liable for their mistakes.If they lose or damage your parcel, they start to doubt you, then avoid any compensation and then pay as little as possible and of course it is never their fault...We have to pay extra to have insurance to cover their mistakes! Amazing!
I was turning onto hwy 75 from I39-90 in south Beloit Ill on 9-21-23 at 7:30 pm. I was in left lane global Express driver in right lane. As were turning global Express driver cuts into my lane and I slammed on my brakes and the trailer came within inches of my car. Followed driver into truck stop to see if he was intoxicated the driver said he changed his mind on lane change. This could have been a fatal accident.

I managed to enter the details on-line which was accepted by your system.
I was then told I needed an invoice which I prepared and gave to the collection agent when he collected the package on 21st September.
I was then told I had to itemise the prices on the invoice which I did and sent it through by Email.
I was then told on 29th September that I needed commodity codes which your agent, Alan Moore, kindly sorted for me and I was told everything was OK.
We then waited 6 weeks whilst the package was scanned daily in your Stanstead warehouse awaiting shipment. Why? We dont know.
After numerous phone calls with Martin, I couldn't tell you how many) we finally received the package back and a refund so we can start again with another shipping company.

My package is showing that it's been stuck in Smyrna, Ga for over two weeks. I don't live that far from Georgia. They're contact information doesn't work and they don't provide any shipping updates. They're a bit sketchy.
They completely damaged the box I was shipping my goods in. They then decided the fact the items arrived damaged was due to insufficient protective packaging. Didn't care the box had been ripped open by a cowboy transport allowing all the contents to be thrown around. Terrible company. Awful customer care. Out of pocket! Don't trust them. Don't use them. Cheap for a reason, get what you pay for!
Used Baggage Hub who contract trans global. Boxes to UK from Canada. One box got wet somehow so they put most everything into their box. Umbrella didn't quite fit so they just broke the handle to stuff it in! Then all the wet clothes put in which became mildewy and mouldy. 3 items totally missing! Bunch of thieving crooks!
My go-to for overseas shipping, and some domestic (UK) shipments. Reliable, affordable, professional. I never have an issue with TG. No hidden costs, no surprise demands for extra shipping fees, and even a useful amount of cash back for loyalty. Quite simply the best out there.
Don't waste your time or money, they will not deliver. My parcel they were meant to collect on 21/8/19 is still sitting here a week later. I've cancelled the service, as it really isn't a service it's a shambles
Unfortunately they do not know where my package is although no one is admitting this. It is now 2 days overdue and I have been told different things each time I phone:-
1. It waiting for the next flight out
2. It is in the Belgium hub
3. It is in Holland stuck in customs
4. It is in Rwanda
So basically they are not fit for purpose as a courier. I cannot recommend this company. Choose one that does not depend on other carriers it means they will have more control and information!
I used this company to ship a parcel from London, when it arrived it was damaged beyond repair and they tried to blame it on the carrier and said there would be NO COMPENSATION. Avoid them and go direct to Royal Mail/ UPS/ FEDEX or DPD, as they use them anyway to move your good and they just take a cut. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
