I booked a hotel on Traveluro for a cheaper rate. I later found this review and was worried about the legitemacy of the service. In the end, all worked out as expected, so it's not all bad.
SCAM SCAM. Went to hotel on the day and traveluro hadn't sent our booking to the hotel at all. Called customer service with international number with huge roaming cost and was told it would be rectified. Called again & Was told twice that an agent would call me back but no result. Stuck at hotel for last 3 hours waiting for their response. Not sure if I book another hotel in higher price now and have to follow them up for refund. Better to avoid them.
Booked a hotel stay. Tried to cancel before free cancellation period is up. The "Manage booking" button doesn't give you "Cancel" option, instead, it gives only 3 options: Send confrimation; Send receipt; View price detail. So I called customer service that I found by googling. Guess what? Automatic disconnect after long hold. I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charge and leave a record of my calling time which is before free-cancel deadline.

Biggest scammers. Zero customer service. No support. Just a money-making website with no customer support and satisfaction. Listings on the site are all with fake pictures for hotels. Website never checked the authenticity of the hotels before or after listing on their platform. Above that not providing any support if the customer gets cheated on.

On your blasted website, you promised me a fully refundable booking with free cancellation. Since then, I've been trying relentlessly to cancel my booking, only to hit a wall every single time. Today, which happens to be the booking date, I still haven't been able to reach Traveluro.com on their customer care number for assistance with my cancellation. This is outright FRAUD! If I had known about this level of pathetic service and deceitful information just to lure unsuspecting customers into booking, I would have never chosen your sorry excuse for a booking platform. I demand my full refund immediately, and let me tell you, the mental distress this has caused me is beyond measure!

This site is trash got a non refundable room at travel lodge turlock and walked in it literally 10min and found it being infested with roaches called travulro asking for refund and they refused there thiefs don't use them there's plenty of sites that give u ur money back if it's cases like this no one should stay in a hotel that's infested gross

I attempted to cancel my booking more than 48 hours in advance and they would not try to assist at all. They would not issue a credit for the future. It is a family emergency and they are not very flexible even 48 hours in advance.

They did not have a problem charging my credit card, but they had a huge problem issuing payment to the hotel when I was checking in. It was so hard to contact their customer support. I waited for a long time. I had the hotel charge my stay on my credit card because Traveluro could not fix the issue.

Travelero essentially robbed me blind. I bought the hotel room for the wrong dates and requested. They corrected the dates. I got an email saying that they were unable to correct the date. And then somebody did correct the date long story short. I was informed I would not get a refund. And they would not honor the original date. That will tell her was booked. This company robbed me of $120. Steer clear do not ever do business with this company.

Traveluro site said electric vehicle charging was offered at the motel but when I arrived it was not. The Motel said they would approve a refund as long as I requested the refund through Traveluro. Unfortunately, it's impossible to reach Traveluro. I've called several times and either I'm on hold indefinitely or it goes straight to a busy signal.

Booked a hotel through this site. Hotel had bugs, mold and filth. Tried to call the number given for customer service and could not get through for 2 days. Finally got someone and they would do nothing for me, told me you can't cancel a reservation even if hotel is bug infested. Shared pictures and they did NOTHING.

Please, do not book with this company. They will steal your money. When they need to refund you, they won't answer your calls & will lie that they are working on your refund when they finally answer an email. Scammers big time! This was a terrible experience. I bought a hotel room thinking it was for the night but Google have a date set to the following month instead of the month we were in. (February instead of January to be specific) I've called multiple times and explains what happened and why I didn't get the insurance because I thought it was for that night and the went on and on about how the website is set up and how I didn't click the box for insurance blah blah blah.
I understand what I did, but people make mistakes and their customer service was the worst customer service I've ever had.
They did not refund me and I will never be using this company again. Do not recommend

This portal is a scam. Although they advertise their vouchers as total cost, destination hotels will add additional fees that are not covered by traveluro adding up to 30% of the total price. Nowhere in their website or terms is this mentioned. Avoid

Traveluro and their parent company holisto will not answer their phones and finally it will simply dissconnect on you. Email them at *******@holisto.com and repeat email over and over with your phone number…their insurance is a scam, do not purchase it. BE WARNED! Just see the number of times I had to call!

I cant make a call. I sat on hold just to be rejected 25 minutes later now I'm getting hung up on everytime. Why won't my card work on your site? My card is good. I have money. It says declined but when I reach out to my bank your site never even tried to run it. Is this a scam site?

Traveluro failed to pay the hotel for which I stayed so the hotel billed my card. I've been in a dispute for over 3 months now and fear I am just going to be the loser. Their customer service was a series of passed calls and no help in the end. Citi Credit Card cannot even make headway with them. Buyer beware.

In November 2023, I made a week reservation through Traveluro website & I realize the hotel was too far and could not make it to my reservation time. I've decided to cancel the reservation within the 24 hours time frame and ask for my refund. Unfortunately, this process was impossible. I've been trying for the past 3 months and nothing has been resolve. I also approximately $2,500.
