Every time that I have went onto customer service they have been awesome! They answer all my questions and are very quick to respond. When I went to order a swim suit they were all out of my size so I asked customer service if they had any in inventory, within the next couple of minutes I got an email on how to place a manual order and got everything taken care of! I absolutely love their swim wear and highly recommend ordering from them.
I ordered a swimsuit for my granddaughter for Christmas in November. She loved it but after trying it on in January, the bottoms were too small. I admit that I didn't read the return policy. However since it was a Christmas gift, the return couldn't have been met anyway. They still will not allow an exchange. Sure wish I had not ordered from this company!
Would never recommend buying from them. Suit was poor quality for the price and did not fit correctly. Return policy was so complicated and had to pay an additional $12 to ship back after paying $20 to revive it. Was THE WORST!
I ordered a suit for my daughter. Long story short bottoms are way too small & also skimpy for a teenager. Which means I would have to pay for shipping back to Hong Kong I thought... Which was bad enough. But no, even though their return policy says you canreturn any piece, they say no it's not in its original condition because the shipment included two pieces. Buyer BEWARE! There is a reason they are shipping from overseas!
I never write reviews but I feel like I have to considering how terrible the experience has been with triangl. I ordered a bikini (inesa style). After one wear in the ocean the white turned yellow as the inside lining colour bled through. I have tried multiple times to obtain an exchange through about 15 emails back and forth telling me each bikini I choose is out of stock (even though in stock on their website). I believe this is a tactic to not allow you to exchange. Way too much of a hassle! I can't get a refund either so would not purchase again.
I bought a few bikinis for my daughter and on two occasions I have wanted to return one of them as it didn't fit her well. First time I got discourage and kept the item rather than spending more time trying to get a customer representative to send me a return label! Second time after many tries I found out that they do not provide you with a return label! You have to take care of it all on your own! All they do is provide you with their address! Thank you! That company needs to learn to be a little more professional! They lost me as customer, I do not have time to deal with that type of things.
When getting the bikinis at first I was so happy with them despite the import charges which were a lot more than anticipated weeks after the delivery. They are really bright and an amazing fit true to size guidelines and help the online chat offers. However as I live in England don't get much wear from bikinis but the colour after washing has ran into the lighter colour I was really upset with this after the price I paid for them however the support team are really helpful and are sending me a new bikini. I highly recommend this company and their amazing swimwear. There aren't many companies around anymore that offer such help, it is a credit to them!
Incompetent customer service staff who clearly do not know the first thing about serving customers, with an ‘not my problem' attitude, unwillingness to help or deal with any problems that may arise. Sizing is extremely inconsistent as I am a size 6 Australian so often a size xs, but in tirangl I range from a xs all the way to a medium, before ordering I read their size guide but still had to exchange almost every single price, size guide is useless
Beware! This company has a 14 day return policy, no exceptions which is ridiculous for a bathing suit that costs $80! I ordered this early to ensure it arrived on time for my daughter's birthday (with supply chain issues, one has to!) but realized when she opened her gift that they sent cheeky bottoms instead of the regular fit ones I order. It was day 17 since the package arrived and they refused to return or exchange the bathing suit. I plan to contact the BBB as this seems super sketchy! Awful business model, awful!
I normally don't review items but my dealings with this company has been so problematic that I am forced to leave one. My daughter purchased a bikini set from the company. After sitting in the jaccuzzi once, the bottom color faded. When I contacted their website, they first suggested I use a paste made of baking soda. This did nothing. When I communicated this to them again, they simply chose to ignore my message repeatedly.
The company has a terrible shipping / return policy and any problem will be at the customer's expense.

Answer: Be very wary on top of $20 dollar postage we had £50 nearly 50 euro addition fed ex charges for taxes and handling. Disgrace. Whilst their website does say we are responsible for all the taxes and cost they are very very high and ultimately not worth paying for
