TSI is an amazing service

TSI is an amazing service. They are professional, courteous and helpful. If any glitches come up, they immediately work things out. Tom and Richard are sensitive to the customers needs, and they are excellent communicators.

I experienced problems with my first shipment in April 2020 but I was told it was the fault of the third party shipping company the job was contracted out to. The same issue occurred with my second shipment in June, only this time it got worse and the shipment was lost. I left multiple messages for Bob and Renee which were not returned. Finally, I connected with Bob over the phone and he said he'd look into it. Later that day he sent me an email saying he was "confident it would be located in short order" and that he'd "be back in touch very soon". I never heard from him again and a subsequent voicemail went unreturned.

The shipping problems cost us serious time delays and absolutely no attempt was made by TSI to make things right with us, and the customer service was unacceptably non-communicative.

TSI did not show up during the time they said they were coming. They ended up coming and taking the mattress without the bill of lading and without calling or letting us know they were coming. TSI did not charge us for the bill of lading so that was nice but it could have went better. Overall customer service was great but contacting driver was frustrating.

So far I have only scheduled a pick up and delivery for a future date. However, communication with representative Kathy has been excellent. I called a handful of companies and her communication with me by phone and email has been far superior to the others.

I have tried several times to contact TSI about the additional charges for a missed delivery date. You left a message on our voice mail stating that you would be delivering the item the next day and to confirm that it would be okay to deliver the item the next day. I received the message late the night before and it was too late to contact you to tell you that I would be unavailable. I have tried several times to resolve this issue. I do not believe that I should have been charged the $150 for the missed delivery.

Hi it was fast and easy, they packed the mattress and bed well, with plastic and blankets and delivered it on time; i would have liked for the price be more affordable.i paid close to 700 dollars without insurance.

I didnt needed the bed right away, but did needed it to be picked up within two weeks of setting it up..

The whole process was very easy and straight forward. The only suggestion I have is to collect the actual address the item(s) are being delivered to at the time of booking. I was only asked for a zip code. There was some confusion toward the delivery date as to where the item(s) were being delivered.

I was told I would receive my bed in 4 to 6 business days and it took two and a half weeks and at one point they told me it was lost. I am extremely dissatisfied with this service and will never use it again. I chose this company because of house fast I was going to get my bed and it turned into a disaster. Honestly, I feel I should refunded some money since my mastress came with oil stains.

Failed to pick up package when stated, said we'd have to pay extra to get it to its destination on time due to no show on the day it was supposed to go out, and kept $50 back from refund. Theives is what Transit System is!

TSI picked up the rug as promised, but hadn't delivered it to our son in New Jersey several weeks later. When I followed up with TSI, they said that they didn't haver our son's phone number, even though it was listed correctly on the shipping papers. They also had my phone number, but never called me. Bad service from a company who is in the shipping business.

From my first point of contact the customer service at TSI was wonderful. I didn't have any idea of how I was going to get various furniture items, china, stemware, etc from my mother's home in Tenn to Texas. As it was not a full truck load of items but it was more than I could take in a car. TSI took care of it all in an efficient, timely and well organized manner. I will use them again in the future and highly recommend their services.

There was a miscommunication at first and a mover contracted by TSI came unannounced and wanted to take my things without packing them first. I refused and called TSI who quickly remediated the error. The real crew came a week later and were the nicest two guys... very professional, courteous, and efficient. The shipment was about 25 days in transit, and was delivered on the day promised. Everything was in perfect condition and I'm very happy with the experience. I mailed some less precious items to myself to save money and USPS managed to break about 20% of them so my only regret is that I didn't spend a bit more have TSI handle everything. I would definitely use TSI again.

The 2 antique items were picked up in a timely manner in Florida. We received a call and the items were delivered here in Illinois when they said they were going to be. Also, the 2 gentlemen who delivered my items were very courteous and professional. I would definately use TSI Shipping again.

I shipped my mother's 75 hope chest to her only granddaughter. I had checked various national moving services and was shocked that I would need to pay a high minimum, regardless of what I shipped. I was very happy to find TSI online. The chest shipped sooner than I expected and the day of pick up went very smoothly. The chest was delivered about a week later from California to Texas. I was very happy to complete this project and was very pleased that I found TSI.

I contracted TSI to move a dining room set that included a marble top side board. Upon pick up/loading the drivers were given SPECIFIC instructions. DO NOT put the base of the side board on it's side. It must remain in an up right position or the marble top would be damaged. You folks shipped the base on it's side. Why would any body ever ship a piece of furnature in any position other than up right? You didn't and the marble broke in half. It was noted on the paper work at time of delivery and no follow up on your end. Terribly unsatisfactory.

Easy to forget to remember to pay at time of shipment. It could avoid a lot of phone calls, unreturned phone calls, voice mail, paying bill by phone etc.
