Pricing, pre-pick up communication, and timely pick up were all excellent. However, one of the items on the pick up list was not checked and it was left behind. TSI follow-up, after being notified of the issue, was very good.

It was easy and stress free to buck, and it arrived faster than expected. If I ever need service of the same nature I would definitely use TSI again.

Overall I give high marks for the ease and very courteous service of this company. The cost seemed a little high however that may be my fault as I gave dimensions of the twin beds being set up not thinking they break down to a much smaller dimension. That being said the cost of the beds including the shipping cost is

Very professional job but price seemed high considering distance (NY to Boston). Another person I know paid a little more than I did for a much longer cross country trip. Differing price didn't make sense to me. But no complaints about service and white glove service. I would definitely recommend to others. Thanks.

Professional service, excellent communications and damage free delivery!

TCI did a excellent job of delivering our furniture. Very careful with glass sections.

Workers on both sides of the pick up and delivery were GREAT. Almost didn't go with TSI because the price was higher, but service was strong. Wish calls came from a central number as they came from all over the place and I had to screen them as phone spam first, but not sure if that could happen. Overall, service made this worth it.

Good communication up front and always available to check status of pick up and delivery dates.
Pick up and delivery was professional. TSI made moving a few pieces of furniture from PA to FL easy.

For White glove service, we expected the delivery team from Plycon to move the furniture upstairs as part of what we had paid for. They did carry the dressers up, reluctantly, after telling us that wasn't their job.

The process to arrive at a price was good, going from high level to exact, based on the actual furniture measurements. The communication was good and let us arrange the pickup and delivery. Everything arrived safely with no problems. The pick up and delivery teams were very efficient and courteous.
