They have lost 2 of my packages and refuse to communicate or compensate me for these missing package even though I have sent numerous emails to the company.

Well first I was afraid to place tje order after reading so many bad reviews, but I did it anyway. Its true, that the shipping was longer then I expected (around 35 days) but I also placed the order during COVID -19. The packacing was super cute, contening mirror, case for the lanses, tweezers and some kind of help stick (to put the lens in your eye). The lenses are super realistic looking and there is no "pixels" showing. The only problem I have is with the diameter. I was used to 14,5 mm, but these lenses have 14 mm. Its little mit not comfortable for me, but that is onto personal preference, I guess. Overall I would recommend if you dont mind longer shipping and smallwr diameter.
It has been over 20 days and I still haven't received my package. I cannot track my package or find any info about it. There customer service is terrible can't find a way to contact them either.

At first I was hesitant to buy from them, due to all the ( PROBABLY FAKE) reviews. First off the prices are amazing, please see for yourself before believing these fake reviews. Check the prices, and you will see how great they are. They have a variety of colors at great prices. ONE BIG issue is that the Post Office makes mistakes and then this company gets blamed, which is totally not fair in my opinion. DONT BLAME TTDEYE for mistakes of the UNITED STATES POST OFFICE. I am so happy with everything I bought from them.
If I had known what I know now I would've never bought from this company what a waste of time thinking I was going to have contacts was better off using that money and went to my corner store and got them never again been patient enough smh

However, sometimes, it may take longer than 20 days due to some unexpected and uncontrollable factors, such as fewer flights. I really fell in love with packaging and with cases. It does take about 10 days to receive. I am definitely ordering again... so happy with the products.
I' ve ordered on 18.11.23, it's 03.01.24 now and my package seems to be in transit for a whole month. Hope for a refund at least

The shipping has been impossibly slow, which would be understandable because of the pandemic, however it's actually because these are being shipped to the US from a foreign country (they won't tell me which) and the items are getting stuck in customs. The customer service has been very slow to respond and not helpful at all. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I've worn lenses since I was 16 and colored ones since they were first a thing, way back when. With TTDeye, you are lucky if you EVER get your lenses, and if you do not, don't count on a refund. I fell for them not once, but I am embarrassed to say, twice. I actually cried the second time out of sheer frustration.
If you choose not to listen and purchase here anyway, please be sure to come back and leave a review for others who may or may not listen. I didn't listen, and now I want to save others the same frustration I feel.

The shipping was pretty fast, and they arrived with a cute lens case with a suction thing and tweezers, as well as a mirror! They're VERY comfortable to wear. Definitely would recommend them!
The lens make your eyes burn and ache so bad you cannot wear the contacts longer than a few minutes. They do not stick to the eye will fold and pop out. Trying to get a refund or return them is a joke here's the company's return policy:" Returning the product is allowed if the packaging is in good condition and the product is not opened so that it does not influence the second sale. " Second sale- sooo they are resale declined products from one consumer to the next during a pandemic! This company refuses refunds and wants to argue in a nice nasty way. As a contact wearer of many years, I know what I am doing with contact lens and based on 9/10 other reviews, it is definitely the company's fault. In addition, the colors do not show up, they are muddy and your eye color will show through. It is not worth the hassle or pain you will experience. This company needs to be investigated and shutdown and the social media influencers need to stop feeding into these soulless devils for free products.
