Recently, I bought a contact lens from this website and the quality of the lens is excellent also the shipment period is so excellent. I got my product in very less time. Also the customer care support is also good. Overall, nice website to buy lens

This site does not deserve the bad reviews it has. I ordered from them a bit ago and got my product and it is exactly what I wanted and came pretty quickly. The item ships from China so it does take about a week to get to the USA. I thought that my tracking number wasn't working because the package did not appear to be moving for awhile so I emailed TTDEYE. They responded the next day explaining that since it was coming from China I would not be able to track it until it got to the US. This turned out to be true, and I was able to track it after about 7 days. I appreciated the quick response and an actual explanation. Their customer service is good and the products are great quality, have already ordered from them again.

I ordered these impulsively without doing research first and I emailed asking if i could cancel my order. They said not until i receive it. I received them and now i want to return them and get refunded $30 they have not answered my emails. I have emailed 3 times. I want my money back! Pls

I recently just order a pair of contacts and once i put them in, one contact was scratching up my eye the entire day! I let them soak in cleaner for 24hrs and even tried putting them in different eyes. Flash forward a day or so later and i now have an eye infection.

I ordered $100CAD worth of their items on their website on May 18,2019 and almost 20 days later I checked the package if it is even on it's way but then I found out that it was sent back to them due to the package broke or something. I decided to contact this page and ask what's up with my order and they replied that it was returned to them because of the liquid and gave me another tracking number to track my order. I was already frustrated then I asked when should I expect my order to arrive. They replied, that I have to wait another 10-20 days for my order! What an awful customer service that this website have. It wasn't my fault that the item broke that they can't even send me the new package ASAP. I don't recommend this seller and I will never ordering anything from you guys ever again!

The product is very good. I bought colored lenses from the site and they arrived quickly at home. Really the quality of the product is great and the shipping was fast. Also, the customer service is professional

From past few years i was wearing glasses and i wanted to put contact lenses and i got to know about this site. I bought power contact lenses and the product i got is best and quality one. The shipment was quick than i anticipated. The service provided by them is also great.

I placed on an order on the 24th of August and now it's September 17th and I still haven't received my package. I provided them with my correct shipping address and they're saying it's undeliverable and insufficient address when it's right. Ttdeye is a scam, shop elsewhere!

At first, I was really skeptic about buying because of some reviews I was seeing, but I'm glad I did because they really look good on me, sooooo love them! I bought the trinity green one. I want to try the twinkle brown one next time, they look so cool.

I was looking to order a pair of cosplay lenses for a convention and paid for expedited shipping. The next day I was contacted by customer support to let me know the lenses I'd ordered went out of stock. They offered to switch the lenses out for another pair of my choice off their website without having to pay the price difference. It was tempting, but it wouldn't arrive in time for the convention anyway, so I requested for a refund. Customer support was extremely pushy and kept trying to convince me to change my mind, offering discount codes and once again offering to switch the lenses. I shouldn't have to fight to get my money back from a company who appears to be using the "bait and switch" scam, as another review mentioned.

I placed my order, uniuni there courier I assume lost my package, they kept lying to me.
Roger from there csr tried to help was rude, 2nd parcel was sent for me. I received it today, no apology note. Nothing! I asked for my money back and they denied as I no longer required there product rather without my consent they sent me a package. No idea till date where the original parcel is! Never using them again

The contacts arrived fairly early and they were great for a month but after that my eyes got red, they swelled up and i was in so much pain even days after not wearing the contacts even though they were supposed to last a year but didnt even make it through a month. And now if i try again even after cleaning them properly they feel like sandpaper in my eye. Theyre pretty but not worth losing your eyes.

I am disgusted and hurt by this this. They said it was supposed to be a Christmas gift for someone, They have never experienced anything like this and I'm honestly disgusted.

During Covid moments people are going through a lot and having money problem. If you guys aren't able to deliver their package on time or they haven't received their ORDER the least you guys can do is refund them their money back.

I have a YouTube platform and I will be doing a video on this and read all the reviews on here to my supporters because this is disrespectful, unprofessional and disgusting. Do better

My recent lenses were bought from here, they are pretty comfy actually and my eyes got used to them real quick, the lenses themselves are soft and squichy, clear and provides excelent vision, id definately recommend this

Received the contacts. Purchased 2 separate pairs. They would not stay in my eyes at all. Looked at the expiration date one showed 2018 the other 2021. I wouldn't recommend them at all if I could give 0 stars I would

These contact lenses are very comfortable to wear and have great vison. Also, the lens have no health side effect and require little cleaning. I like them very much. I recommend everybody to use them!

Ttdeye.com found me through instagram where they ask if they could send me a few pairs of contacts to try out. It took a few weeks to get them in the mail but they were so amazing when I got them. You can check them out on my *******@Illusivebeauty1. You can also get them in your prescription if need it but it might take a little longer to get them to you. Like I said I absolutely love the contacts and the options are endless.

So 65 dollars later I have 3 sets of contacts that are unbearable and unwearable. Set 1: California brown. They are bright orange. Forget what they look like on-site, not a warm brown. I have dark brown eyes and with this contact in they become cosplay light orange. So scary. Next: Nasa Gray. So huge they barely fit my eye. My prescription is -6.00 in both eyes. Color is not hideous, but I can't see as the lenses don't fit my eye and keep popping out all day. 3rd color: Allicent (?) Brown. They are a weird light grey and so fake looking, like a blind reptile. As I said 65 dollars wasted as I threw all 3 sets in the garbage. Don't believe the pics on website, these lenses are pure trash.

I ordered contacts about a year ago from them. They worked great while I had them so I wanted to get more for my cosplay. I had a last-minute convention to go to, so I rush ordered them. They never showed up. So I placed another order like an idiot. I canceled both and am waiting on them to return my money. I highly doubt I will get my money back so save yourself the expense and go somewhere else.

I purchased my order during the buy 2 get 1 free sale. That was on August 26, now on this app I have called Shop to track every order I make says that it's in Memphis. But it's been there for 5 days now…. Plus it keeps changing saying "it's in transit, arriving on time" or "in transit, arriving late". I look at the tracking literally almost every hour to see if it left but it hasn't. The email from TTDEYE also says that it takes 10-20 days for a package to be delivered. It's day 15. I stay in Louisiana so Memphis is seriously not that far. I even researched the distribution center it's at……TERRIBLE. If I don't receive my package by the 20th day, I'm sending an email about a refund because these type of carriers for packages is ridiculous. TTDEYE should use DHL, FEDEX, or even UPS. I've never heard of 4PX in my life.
