Just received my first pair of prescription colored contact lenses and so far im not disappointed. Great prices. Lens are comfortable and soft on my eyes. Will recommend this website to all. I do wish shipping was faster. Thats the only negative flaw from me. Other than that, Im about to make my second purchase from TTDEYE.COM right now.
Hi I am not received my item at ttdeye and when I realised it I tried contacting them for years now all they tell me is the after sale story "my question is how can the after sale rule apply to me when I haven't received the item in the first place? It's not small amounts its 189 $ and 130$ I cant just loose my money for nothing because i am a celebrity i am going to teach them a lesson they have harrassed me and I'm getting lawyers to deal with them if they dont comply and send me my package that they did not send me they sent the post office of zambia I have the post office as proof empty package and expected me to pay for an empty package

Honestly I've never heard of TTDeye before till today and honestly I love love love the colours that I seen. And the products awesome. I would love to try this.
I ordered August 15th it is now October 13th I still have not received my order. I also reach out to customer service multiple times and got no response. I will never purchase from this company again and I advised my friends and family not to either! HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!
First off I made an order online and realized I didnt want it anymore the SAME day about ONE HOUR after ordering and they told me that "it's too late, we cant cancel orders once theyre made" which is such bull$#*!. I decided I would return the moment I got it, didnt even open the package. Worst mistake ever I should have just kept it because 5MONTHS LATER they claim they still "dont have it" its bull$#*! because my tracking shows it got to China and theyre always pretending like "nope we checked out mail and dont have it." they always start their stupid messages with "Hi dear" as though using this term of affection will make you forget how horrible their service is. Never ordering from them again so disappointed
I ordered three pair of lenses spending like 80$, took a month to arrive and when the package arrived THERE WAS A PROBABLY 5$ CHINESE SMARTWATCH INSIDE instead of the contact lenses i spent lot of money on. Customer service was the worst. Never got nor the lenses nor a refund.

When I went to track it, it says confirm arrival and it's says at the US but I can not see where it is at anymore and I haven't received it in my mail I ordered it and I don't know if I will get a e-mail that it would get delivered I ordered it April16,2023 it is now April 25,2023 and I can't track it any further or know how but it does say 10<20 days so if it doesn't come in by next week May 5th then it will be a problem and wasted my money

About the tracking info, it is updated when the parcel arrives at its next station. But it needs time to transit from one station to the other. So it is normal for the tracking stops updating for a period of time.

I've emailed ttdeye bout 5 times and they tell me my order has been delivered I keep telling these people that I have not received my order and I get no help from them on my order
Here's my experience:
I've ordered from this place a total of 4 times. The very first two times were a while back but it went smoothly and the contacts were great! The only issues I had with was the packaging: they'd add cute stationary items along with the order but the face glitter that comes with it would always break causing it to go everywhere in the box.
The very last and recent orders didn't go as smoothly. The second to last order that I bought took more than a month to get to me. My sister who had ordered a pair of contacts after me had already received hers, so I contacted customer service... the lady who helped me out was sympathetic and very professional, she got me my package within the next day.
However I won't be shopping here anymore due to the most recent purchase. I had ordered one pair of contacts and waited AGAIN FOR PAST A MONTH; I'd check the tracking but it'd always say that my order was received at the parcel, nothing else... so once again I contacted customer service. They got to me the next day and said that the reason that I haven't gotten any tracking info or my package in general is because THE COLOR WAS SOLD OUT! So I waited A WHOLE MONTH for basically nothing and they never thought about notifying me about this issue witch gave me the impression that this mightve been a scam. I kept my cool and compromised with them; they told me to choose a different color with no charge. And yet I'm still awaiting for my package to arrive. I'd recommend finding contacts elsewhere for the risk and sake of your time.
I finally received my order disregard last review everything is great the contacts are great. The packaging was adorable it just took a little longer

Terrible Customer Service and company lied about replacing wrong lenses if I paid shipping and handling, but has yet to send the replacements. I am currently looking into filing a lawsuit for theft.
This was my first time ordering color contacts, so I made a large order at the beginning of November, thinking it would come soon; it did not and arrived a couple of days before Christmas. I followed the guidelines for preparing the contacts and wore Edge Brown to a wedding over the Christmas holidays but noticed they started to slide around significantly. The same with another pair, so I contacted customer service, who stated I probably tore them. I made another order, but new pair of Edge Brown still slid around to my surprise. It turns out the Base curve was not correct in any of my contacts.
Customer service tried to have me wear the contacts longer to see if that worked; then when the time had passed they said too much time had passed to refund. Then when I pointed out that I have been contacting them since the beginning, they offered to replace the contacts if I paid $20 shipping and handling. When I did, I still did not receive the contacts. They keep sending emails asking about which contacts don't fit, which I want to be replaced and to cut up the once the ones that don't fit before they send new ones. However, in these emails as well, they identify that they do not have my particular base curve of 8.4 and don't want to replace any contacts I can not use. Nor are they willing to refund me my money.
Ultimately they have gotten my money for the contacts I cannot wear, received extra money for shipping and handling of contacts they do not intend on shipping and want me to cut up the contacts I have in my possession and have paid them for already.

Do not order from them because the product is inconsistent; delivery is not secure or definite, and there is no guarantee of refund or resolution if a should occur. The company reeks of shadiness and bad customer service. They can not be contacted by phone either.
I gravitated to them because I have dark eyes and am a first-timer wanting to try color contacts without looking weird. I'd watched youtube videos of trying ttdeye and other contacts but didn't look at ttdeye's reviews.

So I spent 100 in contacts that I never got, the company they use to distribute their products is a scam and I practically got robbed I urgently suggests you to look somewhere else for contacts!
Garbage company. Garbage customer service.
Problem 1: placed the order on September 20th and it still hadn't shipped 10 days later.
Problem 2: Customer service only responded about once per day, or only when I sent more than 1 email when communicating to figure out how to resolve problem 1.
Problem 3: I then get an email stating one of the products I ordered is now out of stock. Of course, it wasn't out of stock two weeks prior when I originally placed the order.
Problem 4: Now, because of the aforementioned problems, I'm in a time crunch to ensure this order arrives before October 26th and tell the customer service rep to just send the order as is so that it will arrive before that date.
Problem 5: After not hearing from customer service for 4 days they finally respond saying they can't control how long shipping takes and cant ensure the order gets here in time. Even though the sole reason it isn't going to arrive on time is due to their mess ups. There is no reason they wouldn't be able to do rush delivery to remedy this whole situation. So, I've now told the customer service rep to either rush deliver the order or cancel and refund it. I have yet to see how they respond to this latest communication.
Also, just as an extra tidbit of information, the customer service rep I've been dealing with goes by Meredith.

It is the worst company to but lenses from, first of all i did not get my items, they wanted me to go through lot of hazzles to find, which i fmdid whatever i could to find my parcel then customer service is very very poor, after lot of follow up around 20 days after theydecided to resend my shipment, also promised me to give 10% doscount coupon which againthey gave after numerous follow up, so ultimately after 2 months i recieved my items, inbetween i tried the other lenses figured out its difficult to use in for a first time user, so decided to return so first they said you can return but you gotta ship it to china woth tracable tracking which they never gave, they give you the shipping numbeg to track from china, also for refund they want the customer to bear shipping charges then ultimately when i was ready to return after that too they said you cannot since its fulfilled twoce ultimately this stress is not worth it specially when you are not even tried lenses before
