They sent me the wrong contacts and tried making out like I ordered them ones! Not happy and they won't refund

I am a loyal happy customer of TTDEYE until my recent purchase I purchased yellow contacts I say purchased because when I ordered them they charged me and completed my order I received a email from ttdeye " The TTDeye Pure Yellow | 1 Year is out of stock in your order, we have arranged another contact lens of aSIMILAR COLOR for you. They belong to the same series, just a LITTLE DIFFERENT COLOR. " keep in mind I never once said it was ok for them to send me anything that I didn't order I thought ok maybe they aren't that different and they are still yellow at least. I emailed back ok can I see what I'm receiving. Got a email back and I laughed A LITTLE DIFFERENT COLOR what? They had the nerve to send me PURE PURPLE contacts! Not going to mention THE PURPLE CONTACTS ARE A LOWER PRICE! I got upset and said I wanted my money back now they emailed " so sorry that we cannot cancel the order and refund you when it is on the way. Hope you can understand." why would y'all send me something I didn't order if they were out of stock don't charge my card and complete my order smh
