What more can I say. If you don't mind throwing your money away, buy from this company! Still waiting for my order after 6 weeks and several emails. The original shipping time was supposed to be 2 to 4 weeks.
Have ordered several things and I know the prices are way out of line; however, if you know the approximate price and watch what their bottom prices are you can get a good or fair deal. They write back if you send an e-mail but don't always answer your questions. I also found out they are connected or were "Q Bids" which was a complete fraud-never purchased anything there. If you're patient, have some needs and know approximately what the actual price is, you CAN get deals. But they're not as big a savings as they cite. Also you can sometimes get free shipping, which for heavy purchases is helpful. Would NEVER order perfumes, bags or clothes as you could get knock offs or inferior merchandise unless you know quality manufacturers. Good idea to check out and compare before bidding and if your tend to be an addictive personality, beware! All in all, so far the experience has been fairly positive with purchased items shipped quickly. Be sure you understand "how" it works!
While some products are of better quality than others, and price is not always the sole determiner, overall, this seems to be a very good site. The prices for S/H are super. I've now dealt twice with customer service and both times they were friendly, courteous and very helpful.
After reading a review by a big newspaper I tried tumble deal. Ordered a couple of items and they arrived quickly they all appeared legit. Was disappointed with a pair of earrings, the stones were so tiny my 6 year old neighbors daughter didn't want them. Overall very happy with purchases

I have submitted several requests for the 2nd set of henckels steak knives I ordered in my 1st or 2nd order and have rave no response. I am still quite happy with the past purchases but don't know what the issue could be.. Laura
I never received my first order. No fault of Tumble Deal. Post office delivered, and someone else (helped themselves to the mail). What a bummer. It's hard to trust folks nowadays. But I believe there is still good and honest folks out in the USA. Just have to *PRAY * for them. God is wonderful.
I was excited about the 'fun' site and ordered a few jewelry items. They do indeed have an incredible "magic" photographer! And descriptions are incomplete and inaccurate! The pieces I received are 'five & dime" quality. Don't be fooled by the silly 'retail prices".
They are nonsense and the site should be stopped from including them.
If site states item has $100 value - don't pay more than $7!
I returned every item I ordered - except for the watches they said were shipped, but were completely Out of Stock on.
Truly not worth the time!
My experience with Tumbledeal deal was positive. I do think shipping is a little slow. Well slower than the 'ships within 1-2 days' they advertise on this site. And the original price shown for the handbag I purchased was high. But other than that I'm still a satisfied customer.
Am thinking this site is really a hoax. You buy what you think is a more expensive item (Westport 1000 TC Egyptian cotton 6 piece sheet set valued at about $160 at Macy's) and they keep sending you the cheaper quality merchandise (Home collection 4 piece cotton/polyester blend sheet set). Wasting my time having to send the wrong item back again. All I want now is my money back. Don't waste your time like I did on this site.
Update:
Now I am sending back the item again to get a refund. Still waiting on the return label. So, I am going through going to UPS twice and am very frustrated. Do not purchase from these people please.
I have purchased several items from this site. Everything arrived in perfect condition. I received a Coach purse that is truly a "Coach" original, not a knock off. Ordered two sets of sheets (different kinds) and they are gorgeous and soft and awesome. I ordered some jewelry, and did return one item I really didn't like. When I called to place the return, the rep was extremely pleasant and helpful. I received my refund in one week. Either I am really lucky, or this is a great site. I will continue to shop this site. Great for Christmas gifts!
I LOVE Tumble deal! I'm addicted to this site! Quality products at FAB prices. If the bidding closes on your choice, it'll come back in a few further down/up the page. They give you other shots at it cause, they have good inventory. Very honest, caring customer service if you ever have a problem or are new to the site, as I once was. They really want you to be happy customer They don't want u to feel cheated. Not into ripping you off. I swear by Tumble deal... really
The quality of leather used to make these bags is beautiful. A classic bag that doesn't need to have initials all over to identify itself. Just ordered the cherry color and it's beautiful. Thank you Michael Kors!
I have purchased many items on this website, however 1 item broke after wearing it only 1 time. Customer service immediately sent me a return shipping label and a duplicate receipt and a note that they would replace the item. AWESOME
I have received the nicest items from tumbledeal. Its hard not to want the beautiful things I see that gets put up for purchase. Stopping a bid is quite fun. But you gotta be quick. The items are deals! Thank you.
They place items up for bid take the money from your account... Apparently you won the bid. Wrong!
You get an Email that unfortunately they cannot execute the order due to stock issues and that the money will be placed back into your account within a couple of days.
Wonder what would happen if you overpaid... I guess they would make a point of finding the items...
Reputable companies don't conduct business this way.

Also keep in mind with Tumble Deal, "over paying" should never be an issue because YOU get the opportunity to freeze the price at an amount YOU are willing to pay. Even though I was a little worried about these sheets fitting our deep mattress, they fit perfect. I also did not know how soft they would be as there was no advertised thread count as you would normally see on sheets, BUT I am so glad I purchased them. These sheets are the softest sheets and so far as a little cooler that others we have tried. Received them before the anticipated date. So happy with them! A must have for comfy sleeping..
I was initially excited about possibly receiving quality merchandise fir a reasonable price. I ordered with the best intent, but received an item that looked nothing luke the advertised item. It was smaller and of poor quality. I will attempt to return it, but am not hopeful based in other reviews.

This item was exactly as ordered and given a 5 star rating.
The previous item I bought from them does not work, but I have yet to apply for a refund/return as we have experienced a family crisis.
I will be contacting them today, so we shall see.
*Update: Contacted TumbleDeal regarding non working item and received a prompt and courteous reply. The same day I received the prepaid return Label in my email and will be returning the item tomorrow for a full refund.
No more doubts about TumbleDeal now, and I will definitely shop from them in the future!
Won't catch me buying from them. When I click on an apple product the next screen flashes a much lower price and then goes back to the higher price and continues count down. After watching a few auctions, I noticed the price that was flash was the same price that the auction ended at. Just a cheesy marketing scheme, you will never get a great deal. Maybe just some fair prices, but I can get fair from Amazon.

I bought 5 items from the site and wished I had read more reviews first. When it comes to Jewelry they have a VERY good photographer with a macro lens. Nothing came as it appeared - much cheaper looking in person. Then they say it's buyer's remorse and there is a 10% fee to return items... For me it had nothing to do with buyer's remorse - the cost was low - just not low enough to justify they quality (or lack thereof) of the products.
STAY AWAY from this site...
I think that more info for products like jewelry needs to be on the information list about the item. Like is it nickel free or what kind of metal is the item made from. Some people have allergies to certain metals. I like this site Tumble Deal & I have liked every thing except my bucket bag but, my concern for using the purse out weigh keeping the bag.
I decided to give this website a try since i saw the amazing deals you could receive while the prices kept getting lower. I got the Clear Crystal Slake Black Silk Bracelet Made with Swarovski Elements. Let me tell you all. I had to go through customer service to receive my shipping number since i never received that information, then a day later got my number. I will say that customer service was very nice and helpful which helps a lot. But then when i got my package i opened it up and looked at it and said you got to be kidding me. I paid for this thinking it would be what the product says it was. It was a cheap fabric material that a little kid could make. I am so appalled. After that i wont use this website again cause now i think all the jewelry is knock off brands cause that for sure is not Swarovski!

Very pleased with my overall order, the notifications of when the order was placed, & how soon I should expect to receive it. (No wondering). Plus, the ring I ordered is more than what I expected for the price I paid. I just received it yesterday & haven't worn it out but have around the house. It's an eye catcher for sure. Ordered a ring set in a size 8 but received them way bigger. Contacted customer service and they replied right away and sent shipping label to return the wrong size rings and within a week I had the right size without any problems!
